I'm very new to towing and needed a 5th wheel hitch for my truck. I met Steve and told him what I was looking for and I had a ton of questions. He answered every question and we discussed a few options. I did some more research and after more calls to him and more questions he ordered the hitch. Called me when it came in and set up a day to have it installed. He couldn't have been nicer and I apologized for all the questions and wa line it's all good. Bottom line is I would definitely recommend these guys for your needs.

I was very impressed with the customer service and hard work from the staff. Everyone was very nice and knowledgeable and it was clear they had a lot of work and were working hard. It s refreshing to see a good shop that gets things done in this area. Definitely much better than other trailer shops in the area.

We were coming from New York heading to Florida when we noticed our leaf spring broke on our 5th wheel. We contacted Steve that afternoon. He was more then helpful, professional and confident by the pictures we sent that they would be able to fix it the next morning and have us back on the road same day. We arrived just after 5pm (shops closed) they allowed us to stay in our camper on premises with prior ok. Next morning as they stated 8am they got started on it and fixed the issue and we were back on the road by 11am. Thank you to highly skilled mechanics that made all this possible and at a very reasonable price. They went the extra step to change the other sides leaf spring and rotate the tires with us authorizing the work. Highly recommend and will use again.

Awesome store with great customer service. I took my horse trailer there to be inspected and the team was great. Even backed my rig out for me and changed my tongue out for the correct length. This is my new go to trailer place.

Very happy with this company. They had my new toad set up and ready in 24 hrs. They even trained my in how to attach toad for pulling. Great work

Very professional, skilled technician and customer service people. My job was completed on time and I am totally pleased with the outcome. They installed a Blu Ox baseplate and wiring to allow me to tow my car behind my motorhome. At my request the also installed Anderson Powerpole connectors running direct to the battery for my ham radio. This is definitely a five star operation.

Been dealing with American truck and trailer since 2021. These guys are top notch! No one else touch my trailer, Good customer service, fair price, Chris (shop lead) is encyclopedia.... Such an abundance of knowledge... much respect to that establishment and to the staff.... They are highly recommend

Had to get a stealth hitch installed on my car back in January and these guys had the best price in the area hands down. Install time was also relatively quick considering the labor and effort required for those things. Highly recommended

Mark and his team are great. They are helping me to maintain and modify a 1966 M416 military trailer into an overland rig for exploring the outdoors. They do good work at a fair price, and then my family beats the heck out of it off road.I appreciate them taking on a somewhat off nominal project and helping me find creative solutions to the unique problems associated with building onto something that was made in the 60s.

They inspected my trailer and found a couple of minor issues. They fixed them on the spot for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend them for inspections and service.

I have used the service here at American Truck and Trailer Supply for several issues with my trailer, (New axle) Tow hitches installed, Electric Trailer brake controller install, and a great Retrax XR retractable aluminum locking bedcover foe my truck. I contacted Mark at American Truck & Trailer about getting some new tires installed on my trailer, and they were able to get me in the day after. All the guys were friendly, and very helpful not only with what I came there for but also for some other work I needed to have done. I am glad I found them as they will be my go to place for my trailer repairs. I highly recommend them.

Great experience with this company! We went in with our first horse trailer to get it inspected and a few minor repairs. They were very helpful without being condescending. There were no attempts to sell us something we didn't need. Everyone was friendly and helpful, service was good, and prices were very reasonable. The location is great - easy to find and not too crowded. They even helped us back out since we were pretty new to driving with a trailer. We will definitely be using this company for any future work.

We took our travel trailer here for the state inspection and the guy doing the work talked us through every step and taught us how to take care of the brakes and bearings.Not being one to get my hands dirty, when we had an issue with a wheel later in the year, we got in touch with them again and they fixed it in about 2 minutes and the work is perfect.Will definitely be coming back here for any trailer related needs.

I've been taking my trailers to get the annual inspection for years. They are more than fair with their pricing and do good work when anything needs repaired. Steve's very prompt with communication if you need any updates while the trailers in the shop.

I have been looking to get a hitch installed on my Jeep and had one special ordered from American Truck and Trailer Supply. They were extremely helpful over the phone when I was inquiring and patiently answered all of my questions. They installed the hitch today and did an excellent job faster than promised. Mark double checked everything to make sure everything was correct afterward. While waiting around the shop for the work to be complete I observed how nice the staff was to the other customers and those that called. I highly recommend them. Thank you!

You know that feeling that you don't like to go to a mechanic shop because you are afraid they may sell you way more than what you need! Well not here. I had recently purchased an RV and needed to do several enhancements to make it ideal for our traveling. I needed to have my new truck properly outfitted so that it could be pulled by the RV. I also needed to install an electronic lift on the bed of the truck to carry my Bike. After several calls around the town, I came across American Truck & Trailer. Mark took the time to understand what all I needed to have done and was very patient with answering all my questions. His team were all very nice to work with and at no time I felt that they are trying to sell me anything more than what I needed. I can comfortably say I will go back to them in the future and recommend my friends to visit this company before going to any other servicer. Job well done.

Everyone here is professional extremely helpful and honest. They have a great selection of in-stock truck and trailer parts/lights/accessories. They've always been a quick and easy place to go for trailer inspections.A few weeks ago they spent close to an hour helping me track down a hard to find part for my RV. Once they finally found it, they found I could get it online cheaper and told me to just go buy it from them. I told them I was more then willing to pay their mark up since they spent so much time helping me, but they wouldn't sell it to me :) .

Order OEM fog lights for my ram 2022 truck box came today with some damage and tears in it missing parts damaged parts and absolutely no instructions for installation contacted the company with very poor results I was informed I would have to pay to mail the parts back and wait for a supervisor to send me out a new fog light kit

Excellent customer service from the whole team (Steve & the guys in back). I brought in a brake drum with 4 stripped and 1 broken lug stud. They tried to remove them but were unable to. But they came to my aid by having a new drum in stock. And they gave me assistance (ideas) when I had issues with installation.
