Great experience. This store has almost everything you need for your car. Quick stop checking prices for future plans upgrading my older SUV. The employees were friendly, attentive, and helpful. I will visit again.

If I could give this store zero stars I would. First you can t return anything with or without a receipt. Then the employees having a discussion switching between English and Spanish. I am not bilingual and it is uncomfortable to know that employees are involved in front of me in a different language, simply because they can and they know that i can t understand them! Unprofessional at best. I will never return to this store.

This store needs to be stripped of its UPS Access Point status. Employees don't record received packages in their system when they're supposed nor do they record when they've been picked up. Untrained or uncaring employees just hand me a package without verifying my info or marking it received. They just leave packages in an unlocked locker by the front door. So idiotic and irresponsible on every level.

I have bought items here a few times and dropped UPS packages a few times, and the service has always been great until ... On 5-15-2023 I dropped an item for UPS shipping my wife was returning to Best Buy. Unfortunately my wife didn't check the shipping status till she noticed no refund a couple weeks later, on the day after the return window ended. I returned to this store and after some searching a clerk found my package and returned it to me. Another clerk postulated that the UPS drivers sometimes make drops and don't ask for pick ups. That inspires lots of doubts about using this drop site ever again. Fortunately I was able to get a local Best Buy manager to waive the return date and accept the item, at the cost of about 90 minutes of my time and 30 miles of driving. If you do use this UPS drop site, be sure you get a receipt and check the shipping status the next day!

Went in on 4/15/23 about 3:20PM. First time customer and wanted to check them out. They had what I needed in stock and that was good. It was pretty expensive (twice as much as Home Depot) but I don't mind paying more for higher quality and to be assisted by good customer service. I don't know if it was an off day but, to be honest, I got the impression my patronage really didn't matter. Young cashier who helped me barely looked at me, or smiled. I mean, she almost seemed angry at me. Whether I was there or not, came back or not, the impression left on me was could care less. On a positive note, the store seemed in good clean condition overall.

Informed staff, helpful, offered to help replace car battery, but my car was not there. Organized.

Although attendant mentioned my replacement car battery MAY not be installed by them, as it is located in the trunk, after one look it was seen that it would be easy to replace. It only took about 10 min for installing the new one. The price for the new battery was fair, as well. The real question is how long it will last, but that is not controlled by the store, of course. Great service!!

Michael was very very very helpful ! His customer service exceeds expectations! He helped me look up and quote all parts needed for my vehicle, came out behind the counter to assist on the floor, and was extra patient with my indecisiveness. THANK YOU Michael!

Wow!!!! The worst service I experienced at a auto store. I went there Saturday. And no one not even the manager wanted to help me. Not only myself another person behind had the same experience. As I was leaving Willie was kind to come out side and help me t with something as simple as diagnosed machine. Willy was very kind. The manager and all the other staff were not interested.Coky, rude and just want to be bothered. My advice is go to one on Sudely road and talk to Oscar will you get treated with respect and kindness.

They are supposed to open at 7;30 no a soul in sight, and it's 8 am. Not the first time they do this. Irresponsible. As a person that runs a shop I would not allow it.

Won't warranty your starters if they can't replicate your intermittent issue guess they want you stuck somewhere before they will replace faulty equipment
