Nykira has provided the best customer service I've received in a while. I messed up my online order, but she was able to assist me and fix everything plus have me out the door with a smile in less than 3 minutes. How lucky is advance auto parts to have such an employee like her. Give her a raise ASAP! We want her attitude in the workplace.

Best experience of buying parts for my Mercedes Benz! The staff in this store are friendly and helpful, Nykira B, who welcomed me to the store with a very professional and positive attitude in the beginning all the way to the end, she was diligently helping me out to find the right parts for my car and she put some extra efforts to make sure I was happy with my purchase Nykira is a professional, expert and the best customer services representative! I am sure Nykira is an asset to this company I wish her all the best!

I love going to just about any Advance Auto Parts store because the staff is always available to help you out finding the right parts according to your vehicle. From mechanical to small maintenance stuff. Quick in and out visit.

God definitely put a angel in my path today in such a tryin moment. I was stranding and stuck with a dead battery today and I call everyone even the police department and no one would help me. So I don't know why I hear this voice in my head that says call advanced Auto and so I did with little hope that they would help I called there and lady named zufan answered the phone and with my crazy request of someone coming to jump my car I knew I was looking for a marcle and she started to say no sorry we do not do that and i started to cry and a voice in the background says what's the matter what does she needand so she explained to this gentleman by the name of Bill what was going on and Bill took it upon himself to ask me where I was at and said that he would be there in 10 minutes to come and give me a jump for my this man and this woman could have simply said no and went on about their day and I could have been left stranded but there kind heart would not allow that to take place thank you both for what you did for me today I will never forget either on or you I would give you a 100 stars but they only allow 5 but you definitely deserve more then that Bill and Zufan you to saved me todaythano you both for being so thoughtful and caring

If I could give a 0 I would. Very rude and racist sales rep ( Allis) she even told one of the other sales rep not to support spanish interpretation. Very disappointed!

My sister & I attempted to change my car s windshield wipers on our own. We spent over 30 minutes attempting to put one of the wipers on but we couldn t do it. We thought we purchased the wrong size so we went back to the store to exchange. We walked up to the associate named Joel & explained that we weren t sure if we bought the wrong size. Joel offered to see the car and try to put them on. Joel had us out of the parking lot in less than 5 min. When he clicked on the first wiper, my sister and I busted out laughing. We were impressed with Joel s quickness!!! Joel left before we could properly thank him and we were too embarrassed to go back into the store. He deserves a raise, a bonus, and additional PTO!!! We were having a rough day and he literally made our entire day and we just want him to always be blessed. Thank you Joel!!!

This place is great. I had a little emergency and needed new brake pads and rotors immediately! I barely got into the store before they were supposed to close, but the clerk was super helpful and made sure I had everything I needed before I left. He didn't seem in a rush to kick me out, took the time to check if there were any deals I could take advantage of, and even helped me load everything into the truck.Thanks again, you guys saved the day!

The unhealthy looking female that works here is only clocking in to make customers hate their experience and leave miserable. She's rude and hides from work in the isles behind the counter drinking and eating. None of the associates have good phone etiquette and mumble broken English if they don't want to deal with your question and then put you on hold out of nowhere only to have another associate do the same thing until the rude female gets on the phone. I'll never go back here again. No smiles No friendly Hello nothing but people avoiding work and hating having to get you anything.

I needed wiper blades and decided to to Advanced to buy them. The clerk behind the counter recommended the pair that I bought. Then he volunteered to put them on my car. Great suggestion and service. Update: I find that this location always seems to have the parts I need for my car. Unfortunately, there were only two counter people to help customers get their parts, so it was a little slow yesterday which is abnormal for this location.

So I had such great service today that I thought I'd write a review. I came into the store today to get oil and an oil filter, not knowing what I needed of course, I was looking through my manual trying to figure out what to buy. I asked someone for help locating the oil i needed in the manual and he stopped what he was doing and pulled everything up on the computer. He helped me get the best for my buck and I couldn't be more pleased. I brought the supplies home and changed my oil myself for the first time. Dave was very knowledgeable and eager to help!! I highly recommend this location! Every Advanced auto parts I've ever been to has been very helpful, he even signed me up for email rewards and coupons. Thanks Dave!!

These guys were Awesome. One of my radiator hoses busted called them to see if they had it they did. Mentioned that I didn't have many tools and I was loaned some. Guy even came out and held a flashlight for me while still attending customers while I was under my hood for 45 min. Awesome thanks from a single mom in the middle of the night.

I purchased fuel injectors from this store. They shipped the fuel injectors almost individually four different shipments. I had to pay a shipment charge on all four shipments which ended up costing me more money than just going and buying somewhere else.

Wouldn t accept a return that wasn t even opened purchased within 14 days.Edit - after driving to another Advance auto parts they were able to complete my return. They Ethiopian lady that is the manager at the store should be fired or the policies need to be updated. Ridiculous that I had to drive to a different city just to complete this return

I was looking for a spark plugs socket, and that only few, none matched the size I needed. I also needed a short piece of hose pipe, and they cut the piece and gave it to me for free! How nice, so unexpected grace, thank you much!

I bought a car battery online and went in have it put in. The battery was ready for pickup almost right away. They did a great job installing my battery. The staff was very helpful and provided quick service.

My friend had a battery that died, so after we got a jump, she came here for assistance. The employee was nice enough, and did offer to put a new battery in for free (he also did a free battery test as well). So my friend bought and had one installed. However...when she took her vehicle to her mechanic, he told her that she didn't need a new battery. So who knows, right?! And this is why I gave it only 3 stars...

I arrived at 8:57pm to pick up brake pads I had ordered online for store pickup. The door was already locked, but the manager let a customer out just after I tried to get in. He told me it was 9pm, they were closed, and would not let me in. I'll follow up on this review after I see what they will do about this poor customer service...when I drive back out.PS. I verified it was indeed before 9pm through several means.

I am not sure why they keep removing my review but I started last month coming here and asking for a donation for a car show.Each time I was told to come back the following Friday.Low and behold today was no different it was another excuse so please remember that when you go to shop here that they do not like to help our community.Although Car quest on Euclid Avenue did not have an issue with donating a large expensive the luxe car wash kit valued over a $100 their response was anything to help our community at a time like this please think about that the next time you decide to go to auto zone.Please help support a business that actually cares about our community and that would be car quest on Euclid Avenue.

I always go to this Auto store to get the things I need. Most of staff are very knowledgeable. I always drop my dirty oil at this store. Very organized for the things you're looking for and you can always order what you need.

Never in my life have I been to a store with a more disrespectful, rude person managing it. The last few times I've been to the store the manager has insulted and embarrassed me. Twice I came in with the item and receipt to do a return, and she loudly refused. I was given no explanation and asked to leave both times.The last time I was there she accused me of trying to steal an item , a quart of oil that I hadin my hand.I would NEVER recommend shopping here. I have spent thousands at advanced auto and I will make sure nobody from my garage goes there again.to refuse a return of wiper blades that I had purchased a few hours earlier with no damage, then loudly ask me to leave when I asked why is outragous.She was crazy rude and I've never been treated that way at a retail store.

Picked up the part that i ordered today... i was ok with the timing belt kit being 30$ more than the competition, this place is close and easy to get to... but when i picked up the part somehow it became my fault that the employee did not ring me up for tax... i didnt check to see if tax was on the receipt, i just paid and got out... i do not think i will return after this transaction. Customers should not be blamed for a issue on their part.

Advanced Auto usually has the truck or car part that I need and with their online pricing and coupons combined the prices arr generally very very fair and beats the other auto parts stores. The staff is always pleasant to encounter and the service is usually pretty fast as well. in the rare instance that I need a loaner tool to perform the work on a vehicle, they usually have it in stock at one of their locations.

There was this young man.. U wont be able to tell where he comes from... He walked with me to my car and showed me where the engine air filter was and i was kind of forcing it and he was like "dont move too many things" .. There are autoparts places every where but i want to stick to the place where they get it i am a woman trying doing it myself and save some dollars... I didnt know u where gonna help me so much... For free... Thank you... I know where i want to get my autoparts. Even if i dont always get all the help he provided to me...

Not overall good service. its my second time I went to change the battery at 6:40pm they said we dont have enough people to do our self Had 3 employee and when i argument they said 1 employee leaving soon and we cant do that. unprofessionalism is at best.

This is by far the worst Advance location in Northern Virginia they will tell you they have a part and its reserved and then not have it when you arrive. They also refuse to have any parts transferred to their store from any others. The manager is unfriendly and unwilling to help and unapologetic for it.
