Very long overdue for this review. I ve been here with my vehicles many times for inspections, emissions, oil changes list goes on. They are extremely fair in their pricing, their timing, and their service. I ve been able to get same day services done many times here, I even have left my car they work on it, I come back and I know I can drive off safely from their lot, because they have values, and morals at this shop, it s evident when conversing with them. The owners are great guys, I will continue to come here whenever I need work done. And I highly recommend anyone else to stop by because clearly these guys have had their skin in the game for a while, and they ve become the most reputable shop in the area - at least by my standards.They ve done work on my Lexus GX, Mercedes S class, Lexus SC, so it s a great shop for luxury vehicles as well.

Really disappointed at their communication. Took my car there on a Friday to have inspection and emissions done. Wasn t told until I went back that it didn t pass. One of the reasons was my check engine light was on. They assured me that once my oil was changed the check engine light situation would be fixed. Took my car back a couple days at 9:30am after fixing all the issues except for one. 4pm- never heard from them. Chose to go back and ask how much longer it would be. Their response- Oh we were about to call you , as they were sitting in their office. Turns out getting the oil changed didn t fix the check engine light and now it s going to cost $1000 to fix everything and obviously that s without labor fees

Very poor service. Very disturbing owner. A grey haired, gotteed, midget who is very angry at something is no place I want my car repaired. All should avoid this place on principle alone. Would have given negative stars on this dump.

Bill's has been great to me! When I was new to the area and needed to bring my car to a brand new shop I was nervous but everyone at Bill's was so nice and polite. They did a great job keeping me posted about my car and really put me at ease. Even when I erroneously submitted a review meant for another shop that was not as great, they were still gracious about it and I'm so glad they were. They are truly reliable and courteous at Bill's. I recommend them to anyone in the area.

I'm not satisfied with the fact the labor cost on the coolant and other connected parts that were replaced by AUDI dealer in Chantilly on my 2014 Q5 was not covered by Audi manufacturer as I was expecting. The fact that the labor costs are almost 3 times the cost of parts should not be underestimated by Audi companies otherwise it's ludicrous and not worthwhile. It doesn't help for both the dealer and the manufacturer Audi USA.I'm still pursuing my dispute on this issue.

Best auto shop in Manassas. They are very honest and helpful. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. They found out the inside of my tires were cracked all the way around and said there was no point in a tire rotation and advised me to go buy tires right away.

This place is wonderful. It's waiting room is clean and bright and large. I got clear information before they did anything and the prices are fair and perfectly reasonable. The owner/manager is very personable and very friendly. This garage is not run by people who want to get what they can when you walk in the door, but by people who want to keep your business because "cars are gonna break down".This was a great experience and I'll definitely be going back!!! Recommend anyone who needs repairs to try them out.

We had to have a tire plugged at 1 pm on a Saturday. We called Bill's, they said come by and we'll take care of it. They completed the job quickly and the price was extremely reasonable. Thanks Bill's!

Bill's Auto has been my go-to repair shop since I moved to Manassas 17 years ago. Since I have a newer car now, I do not require their services as much, but they still take care of regular maintenance and inspections for my family. I have never been let down and have always felt that the prices they charge are fair.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

These guys came through in a pinch, I needed to top off air in my tires but all the gas stations' air pumps were broken and drained half the air out of one of my tires. Bill's was nearby and I asked if I could get their help and they had me in and out in no time, no issues and good service. Will definitely consider these guys for any future work I need on my car

Bill s Auto Service is the friendliest, honest and has great service. I started having my car repaired here a few years ago. I have always felt I was treated fairly and the repairs have always been top notch. I went to other shops and dealers before I started with Bills Auto and had bad experiences. My only regret was not finding them sooner.

This review is not about service because I didn't receive what I needed. First off, the lady at the counter was very rude. I needed a simple service, tire balancing. It's 12:03 now and she said they closed at 2. I was okay with waiting 2 hours because I had nothing else to do today. She checked with the mechanics and she said they would do it. I asked the price, she said $60. Wow. Nissan charges $39.95. Looks like I'll go to the dealership to get this done. Also, the lady told me that I couldn't wait on the weekends. Well it's raining today so would I have had to walk home in the rain? How rude and inconsiderate. If you don't have time, simply say you don't have time. No need to have a rude tone with a customer that is ready to spend money with you. Definitely won't be giving this place a chance again. It's a shame because this is a 5 minute drive from my house.

This shop does great work. My son said the car hasn't ran this smooth years. The only issue is they do not credit the diagnostic fee if you get the work done there. This is the first place I've ever been to that does this. I went to bills auto for a muffler delete on my g37s, walked in was greeted immediately, I met Mac(who was the person working on my car) he was a very genuine person who's very funny and easy going. His craftsmanship is beyond amazing and he'll point out any sort of issues with your vehicle for you and he's very honest. %100 recommend to anyone who wants some exhaust work or mechanical issue. Would definitely come back.

Tried to use them. They quoted $600 just in labor for rear shocks. Said it was 2.5 hours per side. Other places said 2.5 hours total.I'm not an auto tech and I did it in about 1.5 hours total and it was my first time doing shocks, probably don't have the best tools for the job (all manual tools). So yeah, if they're claiming it takes 5 hours to do what a complete amateur can do in 1.5 hours, I'm not trusting them with anything. Sorry.

Bill's Auto has been our exclusive auto repair shop since the late 1980's. Bill, Wes, Christie and all their employees have honest and done great work at a fair price. We now drive almost 60 miles to continue to have our cars serviced by Bill's. They are the best!

I love to take my Toyota car and truck to Bill's Auto! They are honest and trustworthy! They are a place that I can trust that I will get an honest assessment of the work that I need, and they don't encourage me to get things done to my vehicles that aren't needed, but will make them more money! Love them!!

I don t normally do reviews, but I do love the honesty Bill s has. My dad took his car there faithfully until he passed and now I do. My last car was too much to put into and Bill s were very upfront with me about that. I appreciate honesty over someone trying to make a buck.

I absolutely recommend Bills Auto repair! Fast friendly and fair prices!Communication is top notch! They really do go above and beyond for their customers! Glad I found a trustworthy auto repair shop! Can t go wrong bring your vehicle to Bills!

Bill's has worked on our cars since we moved here 5 years ago. My daughter has even brought her car here for them to work on. I came to them to get a truck inspected, I was told that there was an issue with the front rotos, it didn t sound like they were saying the truth so I had to take a second opinion. So the problem wasn t the front rotos, they lied trying to get money out my packet for something that didn t need to be fixed. The problem was the upper ball joints. In other words they aren t honest all. So be careful with this business.

Came over here looking to get a resonator delete and an H pipe installed for my Mustang GT. I met Mac and he helped me with what I was looking for at a really good price. Trustworthy and reputable mechanics. They are reasonably priced and knowledgeable in their craft. I would recommend them for all of your repairs not requiring dealer repair (such as a requirement for a recall).

Have been coming to Bill's since 2004! Found them initially when I got an outrageous estimate for brakes from the dealer on my AWD van. I was in line at the grocery store and an old veteran -- in full uniform -- coming back from the Veteran's parade in Manassas was recommending Bill's to another shopper. He said, "Bill was my go-to guy for helicopter's back in the day -- now he's my go-to guy for anything auto related!" I went home and called. Kid you not, the estimate was 1/3 LESS than what the dealer was quoting. And, in the end the total bill was 50% of the dealer estimate. A decade, four cars and a pick-up truck later, we simply don't need to go anywhere else. You'll be just as satisfied as we are, promise.

This place is always in point, love their honesty, hard work, fast delivery. Couldn't be happier with them. That's why we always bring our cars back should we need a repair, emissions, etc done.

Horrible. Failed the car of inspection because of three light bulbs that were out which i perfectly understand. But taking two days to fix it........and without calling me to let me know the status of what is taking so long. Then when I called they had attitude and hung up the phone on me. Never take your car here.
