I was stranded at 6 am with my alternator out, called Manassas Towing and was quoted with great price. The driver, Rene, showed up within 30 minutes. Rene reached out and provided ETA, which was great. He towed my car to a shop of my preference which was little further away and once he arrived, Rene sent a photo of my car to let me know that everything was safe and sound. I have received a exceptionally friendly and professional service. Definitely satisfied and would recommend to anyone!

They picked up the phone right away on Saturday afternoon. They had the lowest price in the area. They arrived within 30 minutes. Rene, the driver was polite, nice, clean, and professional. The drive was very smooth. I strongly recommend them.

My van broke down outside of centerville Virginia Saturday will I was on the way to Washington for a hockey game. I called manassas towing and they sent out a truck right away! The driver, David was very nice and helpful. He even helped me get to my destination. Eddie his boss even made sure my van got back home(2 1/2 hrs away)! I highly recommend theses guys if/when you need them!

Phenomenal experience with John helping me out in a pinch, when I needed my car towed in the middle of a highway.He was very professional and kept me updated on his arrival, keeping me calm all throughout.Highly recommend!!

I called Manassas Towing when my car overheated on the PW Parkway and Eddie who answered the phone was very straightforward with his questions and told me he'd be there within 30 minutes.When he arrived, it was obvious Eddy is a skilled professional and he took care of everything getting the car loaded to take to my automotive repair shop and he even dropped me off at my house which was also local. Really appreciate it!

We were two old ladies driving from Charlottesville to Ikea when we broke down in the middle of a busy road. Rene was there in 10 minutes and could not have been more friendly, helpful, or competent. . Used him again later in the day to get our truck towed a second time once again, fast, efficient, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

They re really good I am so glad I called them. There in time . professional driver. He knows what he s doing. I have a good time with him going with him back to my mechanic I just don t have any negativity. Those people are worth it money.

Coming back home on a flatbed is a right of passage for every vanagon owner. Of course we were not happy when after a week-long camping trip, our baby chewed up its engine on I66 just east of Front Royal, but Eddie came, as promised, within 45 minutes, to pick her up. He was professional and courteous, just a nice guy. He texted several times on the way to us with updates.Our driveway is narrow with retaining walls on each side and is a tight turn off a 4 lane, divided road with a curbed median strip. From the pictures, you can see it is just wider than the truck bed -- a fraction of an inch on one side and was less than a hand width on the other, with a slight curve in the wooden retaining wall.Eddie drove us to Arlington for a very reasonable price dropped the undriveable car into our driveway like a champ. If your baby needs a ride home, call Manassas Towing. Great people, thanks Eddie -- would give you 10 stars, if I could.

Rene Cruz towed my partner s car last night at 9pm and did an outstanding job! This was by far a very difficult job for him as my partner s Mercedes had a front left wheel which came off and bent the axel. In order to load the car properly onto the tow truck, Rene had to jack the car up numerous times and reposition the tire in order to move the car. Fortunately I do not live far from where the car had to be delivered. Once we arrived to the destination, Rene spent additional time unloading the car into a parking space, following the same meticulous procedure of jacking the car up and repositioning the tire so that he could off load it safely into the parking space. He was extremely careful with the car and showed he not only was highly skilled at what he does, but also showed sympathy for the unfortunate situation my partner and were in! I will recommend him hands down to any of family or friends in the future should anyone I know need this service. He by far earned 5+ stars for a job well done!If you re ever in a predicament and need a tow, call Manassas Towing and request Rene s assistance!

Waited 2 hours for a tow, no call. When I called, the dispatcher I had spoken to hadn t added it to the queue. The guy who had taken over the shift was all over the place said he d call and find out what happened, never did. When I called back, he asked if someone could come by tomorrow, to which I said no because we had already waited over two hours. He then said he d call back with information on whether the driver would be comfortable towing a motorcycle, never did. About an hour later, we roll into Preston s Pub for dinner and low and behold, a Manassas Towing Truck. Called them again and it went to a full voicemail mailbox.Do not recommend. 0 out of 10.

Harlan is a very good driver and a friendly person. The service is perfect. There was some misunderstanding about the pickup locations. My suggestion is to use txting or massage.

Rene came out at 8pm to move a dropped classic Toyota MR2 that some other tow companies were afraid to touch. He was very professional--an expert who really took the time to make sure no damage was done to our vehicle.

Eddie was fast and professional on handling my vehicle that was stuck in a level parking garage.. really professional drivers will come anytime of the day to get you out of a bind..me and my husband are very satisfied with Manassas towing

Eddie was amazing! Showed up fairly quickly given the fact I live in the middle of nowhere. Managed to save my vehicle from flipping over into a ditch and did it quickly too. Couldn't ask for a better job I thought for sure my car was going to take serious damage to get it on flat ground but nope came out as good as she was when I ran off the road.Service: Car towing

Early on a Saturday morning, one of my vehicles was involved in an altercation with a fire hydrant. On scene I diagnosed that the vehicle was not drivable and not towable on a flatbed (completely sheared front wheel assembly). The insurance company was contacted. They sent a flatbed. When the operator arrived an hour later, he informed me that it would be $375 and it would be towed to his shop. See ya. The insurance company was contacted again. This time I was told that I would have to file a claim before the vehicle could be towed. I said, "enough of this tomfoolery" and I called Manassas Towing. Within 10 minutes, John arrived with a proper truck for the job. John is very professional and quite cordial. He hooked up my vehicle and transported it to the shop that I have used for years. He backed the vehicle into the far back of the large garage and transferred it to the lift where its repairs would be done. If you need a tow, call Manassas Towing.Service: Car towing

Had an excellent experience with John. Had a flat on 395 and the spare was also out of air. He was very professional and quick. There was a delay because he was stuck on another job but kept communicating and was kind enough to drop me home once the car was delivered to its location! Highly recommended!

John came out to Fauquier County to tow my big van to a mechanic after the radiator cracked on a Sunday afternoon. He was very polite and knowledgeable and delivered my van safely to it's destination. I also felt the fee was very reasonable. Edit: They referred me to a friend of theirs to help with an additional issue I had. Their friend ended up taking my money and running and provided no services. I called them and they said they would talk to him. He still will not take my calls or return my money.Manassas Towing was really easy to work with. I had a boat that needed to be towed from Manassas to Alexandria. With little notice they came back with a great price and were able to deliver the boat that evening. The trailer was old and the hitch was frozen shut. They spent 20 minutes working on it and were able to free it up, attach the boat and get under way. They let me know when they arrived at the drop off location and were able to put the boat right where I needed. After they left, they realized they still had two bottles of boat oil still in the truck so they turned around and delivered them to my door with a smile. I would definitely recommend them for any towing job. Thank you, Manassas Towing!

I got a flat on Rte 28 and needed roadside assistance b/c the wheel was stuck. I called another service first and they said they'd be there in an hour and then 20 minutes later said they couldn't perform service in the location I broke down. I called Manassas towing next and they were there in under 30 minutes and Eddie fixed the issue quickly and courteously.Service: Tire change

Absolutely predatory. Around 10 pm on a Sunday night, a friend stopped in front of our townhouse to drop something off. Less than 5 mins later, while the person was standing in our doorway, the driver hooked up the car and had it lifted. Luckily we noticed and confronted the driver. He informed the owner of car since it was already hooked up, he had to pay a $100 drop fee to get his car back. The driver lied and said someone in the HOA called and complained. At 10pm on a Sunday night, a member of the HOA called and the truck suddenly appeared in under 5 minutes? Nope. It s obvious this company instructs its drivers to stalk this neighborhood for easy targets. Shameful and dishonest.

I needed a car towed from Manassas to Prince George's County, Maryland. He told me when the driver would arrive to pick up the car and the cost. The driver arrived on time and it was WORTH every penny. He was EXTREMELY professional and my car arrived as it did when I last saw it. I am very pleased and they will forever be my go to tow service.

Had a flat tire on the interstate on my way to the airport. Called the company and connected directly with John a tow truck driver. He came directly to me. If you know 395 in Arlington you know that is on crazy highway. This young man pulled may car very close to the guard rail and placed my spare on the front driver side There were times he had to get up and move to the front of the car as large trucks were speeding by. The service was complete within 20 min and I was on my way to the dealer and made my next flight out of town. You should know I don t normally give high regards to towing companies however this experience was superior in service and responseService: Tire change
