I just bought my second vehicle from Madison Motors. My first vehicle was a 2002 Ford Ranger pickup I bought from them in 2010, and it's still going strong! When my car died with 225,000 miles on it, Madison Motors was the first place I looked for a replacement. I was not disappointed! Once again, they had the perfect car for me with low mileage and a good price. Luke was very helpful and friendly, and he made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I appreciate that they are a family owned and operated business and are trustworthy used car dealers. Highly recommended!

If you re looking to buy a used vehicle, Madison Motors is the place to do it. A younger guy myself, I ve been saving for a couple years to finance an affordable, reliable truck. I searched at dealerships all around Virginia and decided to look at Madison because my father and brother both bought vehicles there and had success with them, plus they raved about Luke and Dwight. Boy was I glad I stopped by. Luke was helpful every step of the way. He got me locked in at an interest rate 5% lower than any friends my age have been able to get, got me in exactly the truck I wanted, and was there to help me every step of the way. Even after buying and weeks after rolling off the lot, he had an answer for any of my questions within 20 minutes of me contacting and really looked out for me the whole time. Honesty, transparency, and trustworthiness qualities dealerships aren t often known for is exactly what you get with Madison Motors. Couldn t recommended them more.

Just bought a new-to-me 2013 F-150 from Luke. Incredible shopping, buying, and financing experience!! I ve been looking at trucks for the past 3 months and finally made the decision to drive from Chesterfield to Madison to check them out. Yes, they had a truck I was interested in and that s why I made the trek. But, Luke and the team made the buying experience worth it. More than just a truck purchase, it was a great day. Great day, fair price, and AWESOME experience!! I ll definitely be buying more from them. Thanks!!

Davey made the deal. I have been looking for a truck for some months and noticed Madison Motors had the best deals. I only had my SUV to trade. The process was simple and stress free. I would definitely recommend this dealer for quality, price, and service.

My wife and I just bought a Prius from Luke and they took great care of us! They weren t pushy, let us drive it around alone to get a feel for it, and charged a fair price. The entire experience took maybe an hour from start to finish. This is what every dealership should be like.

I recently purchased a 2nd vehicle from Madison Motors and would highly recommend them to friends and family. They took care of me every step of the way. Madison Motors went above and beyond! It s a friendly, non aggressive sales staff and great family business. They had a large selection of trucks. I purchased a 2007 GMC Sierra 2500 diesel, which I love. We needed it to pull our camper we recently got. Thank you Davie for all you did great experience

Honest, no-nonsense dealer. Drove up to look at a truck I was interested in. Ted let me take the truck for the day so I could inspect it and test drive it at my leisure, and let me take it to my mechanic for an inspection the following day as well. No pressure at all. Very laid-back experience. They were reasonable about negotiating on the price after my mechanic found a few minor issues. A month after I bought the truck I found another small issue with the truck and gave Ted a call and he cut me a check no questions asked to get the issue fixed. Overall a great experience!

I was overwhelmed and at a loss when I had to replace my car. As soon as I stepped onto the lot at Madison Motors, I was treated like family and never felt pressured, which is always my fear when car shopping. They were patient with me as I test drove several cars, listening to my needs and wants in a car, searching for the perfect fit. Eventually we found the one! Sadly I have no need to purchase a car frequently, but if I did, I would 100% buy from Madison Motors. I also love they use a small bank for their financing, Blue Ridge Bank, and they offer competitive rates!If you're looking for a new vehicle, I cannot suggest Madison Motors more. They are true gems who made a normally anxiety inducing process an absolute joy.

I purchased a 2013 Ford F-150 for my daughters first car. Madison Motors had to he best price and a peach of an F150. I m so thankful to do bison with such polite and honest people. I traveled almost 3 hours to go to this dealership and I was very happy with the experience! They even gave me a 30 day 1000 mile whichever comes first powertrain warranty. If anything major happened, they would split the cost 50/50. This business stands behind their sales. Not many used car places do that. My daughter loves her new truck!!! Great job Madison Motors!!!!

I had a great experience buying from these guys. I drove a little over two hours to test drive and inspect a truck they had listed on CarGurus. Davey and I exchanged emails and phone calls ahead of time and had the a deal done by the time I showed up as long as the vehicle checked out. The truck was as advertised and I happily drove it home with no issues. I also had a chance to chat a bit with Dwight, the owner. This is a great family business, and the fact that they've been around for 38 years says everything you need to know.

My husband and I went looking for a vehicle at Madison Motors in February. Ted came out to assist us and after looking at and test driving a couple of trucks we chose a silver Silverado and we enjoy it very much. Ted helped us as well as others at the dealership. Excellent service all around. They made the process of buying a vehicle simple and straight forward without any pressure. The process of receiving an offer on our trade-in was also extremely smooth and straight forward. Great dealership and great service. I bought a 2014 F-150 after looking on the internet for weeks and weeks I came across this dealership after they posted it. I worked with Ted over the phone and he was great. The vehicle was priced fair and had some interest but being first he honored my call. I live out of state and worked with the guys and I flew in and was picked up by Luke who was awesome. They worked with me and honored my time. When I arrived we had covered everything over the phone the process was 5 minutes and drove home in a great truck. If you looking for a used vehicle these people are great. My best buying experience. Even if you out of state give these guys a call.

*Update after 6 months: The car has been rock solid, just as promised. Grateful!I bought a my first car from Ted in May. Ted was kind enough to detail the car, make an extra key and replace the engine oil. Ted was straight-forward and frank about the car, and gave me plenty of time and space to make my decision. By the time we agreed on the price, it was almost closing time on Friday, but he still came through on the low interest rate financing, the DMV filing and sent me along with permanent plates. I can't thank Ted enough for making my first car-buying experience a memorable one.

We had been looking for a good used vehicle for awhile, but it wasn't until we went to Madison Motors that we found what we were looking for. Dwight showed us the inventory they had, and helped us through the buying process. We bought a 2010 Honda Ridgeline, and are very happy with the purchase. The next time we need a used vehicle, it's the first place we plan to go. Dwight knew the vehicles very well, everyone was very friendly, and there was no pressure to buy. Highly recommend them.

We had a good experience with Madison Motors. Purchased a 2014 Kia Sorento. A buyer must do their homework before looking to actually purchase and inspect your potential purchase carefully.We had to change the oil immediately after purchase and some small nicks in the paint were touched up with something other than car paint, (find that deceptive) . However, I have had it for several weeks, after a good detailing and auto check up.. Im very satisfied with my purchase.

Went to Madison Motors for a specific vehicle on their lot. We were very impressed with their service during the entire process right off the bat. We were coming from out of town and they were very accommodating with keeping us updated on the vehicle as we made plans for the trip to the dealership. Once arriving at the dealership, we found the vehicle completely cleaned, newly inspected the day prior, and filled with fresh oil. They let us inspect/drive the vehicle and were ready to purchase once returning to the lot. Our salesman Luke was friendly and helpful during the process and answered all of our questions. As someone who has owned a vehicle dealership I can say that I was very impressed by their operation and look forward to giving them a call next time we're in need of a pre-owned vehicle. I very highly recommend these folks.

Go see Ted Brame at Madison Motors. As with any used or even new vehicles there is a chance you'll have some issues within the first few days.I had this experience within a few minutes of buying my vehicle. In short Ted said he would take care of it and he did. Buy in confidence at Madison Motors.

I was referred by a friend and within 2 hrs i left with a great vehicle at a great price. They arranged financing, for half the rate capitol one was willing to do and did all the dmv nonsense for a fee that wouldnt cover my time waiting on hold with my insurance company. Which they also did for me. Best experience buying a car ive ever had!

Emailed Madison Motors about a truck I saw on their lot and Davie could not have been more pleasant. We setup a date/time to come in and meet. Davie was busy, but he passed us off to Luke, who was equally as pleasant. I felt our negotiation was more than fair and they gave me the right value for my trade. In and out in less than 2 hours with our truck. I would highly recommend Madison to anyone and would definitely go back again for future purchases. Great experience!!! Thank you!!

Madison Motors is the best Dealership I ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with. They are very professional, kind and accommodating! I purchased a vehicle and was having some issues shortly after, they went above and beyond to help me get into another vehicle which they did not have to do, but they honor their vehicles. I m so grateful and would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to go there!!

Disappointed I definitely get they are used and as is vehicles. But recently baught a vehicle from the dealership had it for 16 days now and already having issues new front axles needed, car is shaking bad when you start it up, low oil leak somewhere and also they never cleaned the vehicle even though I saw them cleaning others. Customer service was not too bad but vehicle wise I wouldn't get another from there.

(Ameer)There is so much to comment on how amazing this establishment is. As someone who has visited a bunch of dealerships, this one truly stands out and is among, if not, the best. Here are some things that really stood out for me.The price you see online is the price you pay, no other fees or anything of the such as with other dealerships.Unlike some other dealerships where you can feel the sleaziness, this dealership is honest, up front, and is most respectable. I was in and out in record timing, and they were all most helpful.The owner, Mr Dwight.... He's an amazing man, and really helped me out a lot. He went above and beyond, and I truly respect his company he built, as well as who is he is as a person.

They always seem to please us and work with any issues we have through the transition of purchasing a different vehicle.
