Great experience at Madison Ford! I just purchased a new-to-me F-150 Hybrid and Billy Jones patiently answered all of my questions about this engine. He was so enthusiastic and very knowledgeable. This is my 2nd time purchasing from this dealership; 25 years ago I bought my first F-150 from them as well! Even though they are a bit of a drive for me, I plan to come back for vehicle service as I was so pleased with how friendly everyone was. Small dealership that really takes the time to make you feel special.

I have been buying cars for a little over 50 years now and this was by far my best experience. Melissa, Maggie, and Jeanna were professional, courteous, and customer service oriented. Billy Jones was absolutely amazing to work with! I had a less than ideal circumstance to navigate, and most had turned away and not put in the effort to help me. He was so quick to jump into seeing what options were available for me to do all that he could to help me. I had been trying to work with several other dealerships as well and they all took their time, with some not even getting back in touch with me. Billy answered all of my questions and treated me with respect and dignity. When I got to the dealership, I cried looking at my new vehicle. They were happy tears, of course, because my children and I had been without a vehicle for 8 months and it was so overwhelming. To make the experience even better, as much of the paperwork as possible was completed prior to arriving there so that my children and I wouldn't have to spend an extended amount of time in the dealership. From start to finish, it was seamless, professional, efficient, and an experience that made a lasting impression.I highly recommend Billy Jones and Madison Ford! I am so grateful for all you did for my family and cannot thank you enough.

Madison Ford has always been superior In their prices, customer service, friendly attitudes, and professionalism. Even down to putting on my state inspection sticker perfectly even to the windshield, which may not be a big deal to some people, but I know it is to others. Today I had to take a detour due to road closures and was 5 mins late. David in the service center reassured me I could still come, and was very pleasant to work with. Thank you David and all staff for another great visit!

Fantastic experience! We spoke with quite a few dealerships after finding our used Voltswagen Atlas at Madison Ford, and they were by far the easiest to work with. I can't say enough good about Madison Ford. I purchased my truck there in 2019 and have taken it there for service ever since. The service department professionals know what they are doing and take the time to explain everything to me. As a woman, I never feel like I'm being talked down to, which had happened at nearly every other place I used to go. Most recently, when my truck needed a new battery and I couldn't drive due to surgery, they came and picked it up and brought it back when it was ready. I was so grateful! I highly recommend Madison Ford!

Service department is terrible. Brought my 19 f250 that I bought brand new from them for transmission problems. Got a call next day saying needs a transmission be 10,000 dollars. Truck had 112,000 miles only 12k miles out of warranty and the service department couldn t tell me what is going on, what is failing nothing just needs a transmission. They were rude and just didn t care to explain anything. They didn t try to help with this issue after selling this vehicle telling me how great this truck is motor, trans, body and interior but when it fails they have nothing to say or no help to offer. If they don t want to stand behind their product I will not buy from them again. My parents have bought 20 plus vehicles from battlefield and after this they no longer will do business with them. It s really disappointing how I was treated.

My first time dealing with Madison Ford and Billy Jones was exceptional. Billy was enthusiastic, informative.and answered my questions. He was friendly and interested in my needs. He made the buying process easy and painless. He even went a step extra and manufactured a truck bed hook for me. I will definitely go back to him, and this dealership should the need arise.

Bought a 2020 Ford Escape Titanium Hybrid from Madison Ford. Billy Jones was our salesman. Absolute best car buying experience of my life. Made the deal over the phone and e-mails. Even pricing my trade. Drove 257 mile each way to deliver my trade and pick up the new car. Absolutely no high-pressure sales. Gave me the exact deal worked out over the phone. Car was exactly as advertised. Billy and the rest of the people at Madison Ford were a joy to work with. And thrilled with the car and all the features. Driving home we averaged 43.2mpg! I highly recommend seeing this dealership and ask for Billy for your next vehicle purchase!

I purchased a Preowned, 2019 Ford Ranger here. This was a very pleasurable experience. Within the first 5 minutes of my arrival, Ivan waited on me. He was very quick in getting me the keys so I could look at the vehicle. He was very accommodating overall. Following a brief test drive, he was quick in getting me an offer on my trade which I found very fair. ( Meaning, I didn't feel as if they were low-balling me) Overall, he was a pleasure to do a deal with. Very low pressure. VERY LOW PRESSURE. Did I mention...Low Pressure! What a breath of fresh air! Moreover, he didn't try to get me to buy a bunch of stuff I didn't need. He even took the time, after the sale, to make sure I was familiar with how everything operated in the vehicle. I will never go to the "Big City Dealer" looking for a better deal anywhere else. This was the most pleasurable experience buying a car ever. My only complaint is regarding vehicle cleanliness. The interior of the car had not been detailed. I had to give it a thorough cleaning when I got home. I'm not really sure what went wrong here as the outside was cleaned up quite well. Overall, I am very satisfied and will most likely look to these folks for my next car.

I called Madison Ford an hour before close on April 29th to see if they still had the 2014 Silverado that i saw listed on Cars.com. The salesman Billy informed me they still had it and even put a hold on it for me. The next morning my wife and I drove an hour to the dealership and met with Billy. Fell in love with the truck and traded our 2011 Buick Enclave for it. Billy was amazing with the whole experiance. He made car buying simple and easy for us. Great staff and would surely come back to buy from Billy again.

We drove 2.5 hours because Ivan went the extra mile. He was attentive, responsive, and polite. He WAS NOT pushy. He sent us a GREAT video tour of the vehicle. Jessica in finance was wonderful. I will be recommending Madison Ford to my friends!

Couldn t recommend them enough! We ve had poor experiences with other Ford locations in town, but Madison Ford revamped my confidence in going to a dealership. I drove out just looking to get an estimate on a car we were hoping to sell and instead sold the car and ended up purchasing another vehicle they had on the lot. We even bought a warranty based on the recommendation of their finance manager, though I had been sworn off them for years. Mr. Bradley the sales manager is of the most honest and kind individuals I ve met. If you need to buy or sell, they re the only place you need to go!

I don't know about you but I don't enjoy buying cars/trucks. For about 15 months I'd been evaluating used trucks (additional work vehicle) online and had narrowed my search down to an F150 then identifying 3 at Madison Ford.My wife and i drove over to Madison Friday where Billy Jones warmly greeted us then answered our list of questions. With Billy's wealth of information and no pressure demeanor, we narrowed the search to two trucks and test drove them. We selected a 2017 Certified Pre Owner F150 then went inside with Billy to complete the paperwork. I've been buying cars and trucks since 1977 and this was the 2nd best transaction to date (1st was buying a truck from a friend! Dealership wise, this was the best vehicle purchase I've ever had!).Thanks to Billy Jones and the entire Team at Madison Ford for keeping the process professional and low pressure. Karen was not looking forward to me stressing out and thankful I didn't! Now I've got a great F150 in the driveway. In the words of Mason (12 year old grandson), "Yeeees! Finally. You kept talking about it."" .
