I went there to get two new tires for my car, and I absolutely LOVED the guy working at the counter. He was so nice and funny. Definitely had great customer service!! It was I believe Marcus I can t remember. It was an older guy with glasses and he s goofy!! I loved his energy!!

Very unorganized and slow. Ordered 2 tires online, could only find one. Half an hour later they found the other tire. Was going to have them installed but ended up asking for my keys back and took the tires to have them installed elsewhere. Probably would have a better experience at a different location.

I wouldn t even give them one star. Ordered tires Nov 25, still no tires as of today and was told 3-5 Business days. Spoke to two services managers who said I ll call you back for sure with info NEVER HEARD FROM THEM. Phones ring off the hook. No one knows anything about anything. Terrible service and poor customer service. However what they will give you is excuse after excuse on why the tires aren t there.

Friendly and helpful staff. Timely service for a Wal-Mart service center. We got an oil change and a set of tires done in about half the time as back home in Florida.

i had a tire appointment to get mine changed at 7 am. they didn t even unlock the door until 7:30 even though we could see the workers inside. two other people were waiting outside with me. it s well priced, but if you re hoping to save time by booking an appointment early in the morning don t even bother.

I got there during the last hour they were open on a Sunday. I was surprised that they could replace two tires. I had a warranty on one and purchased another tire. I've had a great experience each time that I've been there. I would recommend them based off of service and my experience there.

Poor service. Don't even waste your time the employees are very scattered the phones are ringing off the hook and there is little to no help sat there for an hour waiting to tell someone why I was even there.

Vacationers, I was so pleased with this place, so while on vacation I needed an oil change, most places I called quoted 54.99 for my synthetic oil change. Not Walmart auto care, they have a $19.99 crew price which was a God sent It's a first come first service, it only took 1.5 hours( which was fine cause I did some shopping) for there was 3 cars before me. They were polite, considerate and very professional. I was a happy camper as I got my vehicle and only spent $21.10. Just my opinion but if your ever out of town and need an oil change check walmart Auto care first, prices are amazing and who doesn't like saving money if you can

Eli took great care of us! The rest of the shop team was really helpful and were really funny. Eli even made coffee shop recommendations which was a huge hit since we are from out of state. Thanks Eli!

I don t even think they deserve one star. Got there at 10, guy at the desk said it would be an 1 1/2 wait. Two hours later, my car still hadn t been taken back, and he s now saying he can t give me an estimate other then it s gonna be a while, so we left. When I got there, my car and my sons was the only ones outside of the work area. I think they pulled other cars in front of ours. Needless to say, we will not be back.

I ordered new tires online for my car and the checkout process was easy. The shipment was delayed a few days which was frustrating, but not the end of the world. The tires are performing well!

The staff was friendly and informative, the oil change was twenty dollars, and they replaced the filter along side a clean 4.5 qt. of oil, tire pressure check, tread check, and battery check. I haven't noticed any issues or changes at all beyond a car that purrs happily with the fresh oil in it.

If you have plans at any point for the rest of the day DO NOT come here. Worse then the cable guys. Takes 6 hours to get new tires on 3 months ago, now come for a simple rotation. I figured I'd go grocery shopping while they work, 95 minutes later and they still aren't done. Oh and BTW I was the first customer of the day and watched them drive my car in before I started shopping.

Lynchburgh, VA - Had to call multiple times to get someone. Found tires I wanted and tried several times to get ahold of someone at the shop to verify if they had them in house. The phone just rings and rings and rings. Had to reach out to the pharmacy, they transferred to a manager who then got an associate to assist.

I went in to have a simple rotation. When I left there was a horrible noise from the tires. Husband went back and spent 4 hours there. They could not figure out what it was. Had to have mechanic look at it. On top of that they put a Lexus cap on my tire. Called in and the worker said they had so many from other cars but could not find mine. Manager would call. Still no call. Horrible service! Apparently forget to put caps on tires or put the wrong cap on the wrong car.

Awful - called 3 days in a row and no one would answer the phone!!! Someone said that the tire department was closed in Madison Heights. I went by there and they were open. It's their loss as I took my business elsewhere. Guess losing a $500 sale doesn't matter much to them.

I typically go to Walmart to purchase tires for my car because the prices are reasonable. However, the last two times that I have went there they have not had my size tire in stock. My tires are normal small size and it doesn't seem logical to me that they would not have them in stock.I am very disappointed about my recent experience.

Great Tire Prices - Clearance! Great Service from the one & only Lady working that desk trying to make keys, ring up ppl, answering the phones. She needs help bc it takes hours & days to reach that dept. She works so very hard & needs help!

I have come to the conclusion that the auto center in Madison Heights Va is trying to close up or at least see how many people they can tick off. First experience was for an oil change, something simple right. Only at walmart do they tell me my car needs a special oil filter which they carry for $80, just for the filter. Needless to say, I went elsewhere. I thought I would give them a second chance. Needed 4 tires but, because their computer says different and they can't go by the tire size that is actually on the vehicle, they told me I would have to remove the wheel and bring just the rim in for them to change the tire. Here is a hint, maybe your computer is wrong, lord knows how many times I've seen things in the app and they are a different price when I get to the store. I am now telling everyone I can about the Walmart con. No wonder so many people hate Walmart.

Worst experience ever! Called Saturday around 3pm to ask if they were busy (they are supposed to be open until 7) the lady that answered was rude and told me they were closing and I stated that their hours said open until 7. She rudely told me "well we don't have any technicians scheduled" and then told me to have a good day and hung up the phone. THEN, today my fiance got up at 8 am to take my car up there for new tires confirmed with them over the phone ahead of time that they had my size tires, waited two hours, just for them to come out and say "oh sorry, they didn't do the inventory, we don't have any tires, check back thursday"......Will not be going back there. Spend more money and go elsewhere!!!!

They literally never answer their phone. I've tried for days to make an appointment since this is one of the only places that do tire installations. I've even tried multiple times calling the main customer service number at that location too and no one ever answers.Service: TiresService: Tires

The auto center closes at 7pm. The employees that work there decided to take their break at 6:30. It burns my bottom that they would do that,considering I had a blow out. They were the closet to me and get there and it's closed.

Quick and friendly service. Granted they didn't have the brand I was looking to get, but I couldn't reasonably expect them to keep every possible variation in stock. That would be insane. Still, speedy and professional service. Well done.

Was told to come in at 7AM when they opened. When I arrived at 7 I was told they were not open yet and could not see me for half an hour. I came back 25mins later. I was told there is a 1 1/2hr wait because they scheduled other customer before me. As I was leaving, I saw someone just arrive and pulled into the garage. Terrible place to do business with.

Ordered 2 tires online from Walmart and was going to get them to install the tires as well. After waiting for over an hour I was told they couldn t install the tires as they weren t the same size as the tires that the vehicle originally came with according to the sticker on the inside of the driver side door. Even though the tires ordered are the same size as the tires that are currently on the vehicle.

The MGR left oil cap off when he changed the oil in my daughter car. But Wal-Mart made it right for her. But that's a mistake that should never have happened. Praise God it didn't mess car up.

I purchased tires for my daughter's car the end of April. One of the tires has a defect, the side wall of the inside has a bubble and blew. When I called the tire center where I bought them (Madison Heights Wal-Mart) they told me because I didn't buy the road hazard warranty that I need to contact Douglas Tires myself and see what they will do. First off, the road hazard warranty wouldn't have covered it because it's a manufacturer defect, next no one can give me the customer service number and when I try to look it up, it only gives me the information to contact Wal-Mart since it's a "Wal-Mart tire". I will never buy another tire fro. Wal-Mart!!!! All they have is excuses and try to pass the problems off to the tire company, who you can't even contact!

Was told I would have a 1 1/2 hour wait, 2 hrs later I was approached about using a different oil . My car was in the bay but had not even had the oil drained!Unacceptable! Asked for my keys and left.
