Powell Tire will always go down as the best tire place in history! Everyone from Madison Heights and Lynchburg uses this place! They are extremely busy so you have to come with patience but the wait is always fun! Josh and I went to school together and he takes good care of me everytime I call or come to that location and his wife provides the best service as well when calling in reference to tires! Thank you guys for your service

I give this shop 5 stars, however I woke up the next morning after having 4 new tires installed the driver front was already flat. Great service fairly quick, they are busy so have to be patient and price was decent.

They did a great job from ordering the tires to installing them. It may not happen every time put They ordered the tires at 8am and had them in to install by lunch the same day. I had tires put on two trucks, one car, one trailer. 16 tires in all in one week. No complaints about messing up their schedule and I know it did, but they were very professional and just got the job done to accommodate my schedule not theirs. I will most definitely be going back. The great service and more than fair pricing I experienced this week is well worth a trip from Bedford to Madison Heights

These guys are hands down the best. They service my trucks on a regular basis. Always have supplies in stock and always accommodate me quickly and professionally. Highly, highly recommend.

I've always been treated very well at Powell's. Stopped by for a tire rotation, and to check out a slow, continuous leak in one tire. I was greeted courteously when I arrived, and they were able to get started right away, even though I arrived half an hour earlier than my appointment time. The guys are SO EFFICIENT!!!They were able to find a small nail in the leaky tire and patched it. Rotated the tires, and reprogrammed the pressure sensors to the appropriate location of each tire. These guys are so amazing! I was very well taken care of. Thank you guys!!

I cried because they didn't try to rip me off when they could have. I thought I needed a $60 pressure sensor. I had put air in the tire, but the sensor warning would not go off they fixed the problem and didn't charge me a dime. Good people do still exist. Thank you, God, and thank you Powell's tire.

Great quick service with the best prices in town. I received a great condition used tire with a replacement stem put on in less than fifteen minutes. If you need tires go here and you'll leave happy.

Went by there for a tire repair and one of the men told me I would need to buy a tire because it couldn t be patched. Make a long story short, I then went to Harris tire and they told me it could be patched. I was glad he told the truth because I almost bought a new tire for no reason. I know the owner of Powell probably wouldn t have lied to me but knowing that his employee did just doesn t fit right.

Went with a friend to have tire fixed. He already had 3 other places but could not find leak. They found a small screw, removed it and repaired the tire.

Best tire shop around! I had a tire I was driving on that had a screw in it and I had thrown a wheel weight. I pulled in about 45 mins before closing time. I was expecting them to just tell me they didn t have time and that they were closing soon (what the other guys told me). 3 or 4 dudes IMMEDIATELY started lifting my truck with jacks and said they would have it done in about 30 minutes. They patched my tire and balanced what needed balancing. They finished in LESS than 30 minutes and I had my truck back on the road riding smooth again. Pricing was very reasonable as well! No complaints, definitely recommend Powell s Tire.

Cant beat the price or the service. They alerted me of an issue with the front end of my car and suggested placed to go get it fixed. Great people, respectful, very knowledgeable... And again, you wont find a better price on a single tire to a full set.

Very good customer service. The fastest tire shop I have ever seen. My first visit - been twice - I was shocked when they said it would take 30 minutes total. In 5 minutes my wheels were off. I've never seen anything like it. Plus, the cheapest prices in town if you ask me.

I've had great friendly service here! It's a down to earth tire garage so expect some grease and real mechanics. Great prices! Usually same day service! And you'll love the friendly kitties that reside there! Kids enjoy it and my pocket definently does!

I came in with a flat tire repair on my van and a flat on my lawn tractor. They were able to fix both very quickly and at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend...

I got 5 tires mounted and balanced here. Very easy to deal with, they had me in and out in about 20 minutes, the price was the best around, and I drove home happy. The van rode great with the new tires, and I noticed they balanced them with the weights on the back sides of the aluminum wheels (not the outside faces). Nice touch.

EVERY time that I go, I am always treated fairly, honestly, and respected. Nice small business that will help you as much as they can. Typically quick on their work. Call ahead and see if they have what you need and then head on out.

Thought I d give them a try since Cash s up the street recommended them as they send all their tire work to theses guys. Scratched a brand new rim. I m pretty mad but what can I do except not go there again.Edit 12/12/2020Noticed steering wheel was shaking. Returned to have front tires re-balanced. They were off quite a bit just looking at the new balancing weight amount and location on wheels. Both were rebalancedEdit 12/19/2020Still felt car shaking at highway speeds. Returned to have rear tires rebalanced. Again, off by quite a bit. Asked owner if the calibration was off the wheel balancer.I won't be returning. What a big waste of time.

Excellent service every time, customer service is top notch,kind,smiling,where ive purchased 12 sets of tires for 6 different vehicle's. Will buy my next set from him too im pretty sure. 4 star, no one gets a 5, perfection is obsolete anywhere. This is reality

quick cheap and easy. was sceptical of taking my s2000 there, but after today i will most likely never go anywhere else. puts all other tire shops to shame. good job guys you made a customer out of me.
