I do not recommend Old Reliable auto services to anybody not even my worst enemy. He got over $1200 out of my pocket of my hard earned money and the whole time it only needed a $60 part. Witch was a mass airflow sensor. He is not an honest man. And he has no problem taking money from hard-working good people do not waste your money or time.!!!

Wish you could leave zero stars. Went in to speak to owner after calling for two weeks straight (5 times today 8/5) and after having the vehicle for over 4 months now. Old man (owner) screamed in my face after simply asking if their phone works/right number and how long windows have been down in vehicle sitting in lot. Had vehicle towed off lot. Unacceptable, disrespectful and simply insane behavior. NEVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLES HERE.

The younger mechanic Button showed up ON MY DOORSTEP, over 44 dollars my husband owed for a fuel pump that had only been put on 3 days prior. Literally showed up at our home on a saturday screaming and yelling belligerently in front of our kids. We paid him and asked him not to come back, he spun wheels out of our driveway yelling and cursing out the window. Very odd, unsettling behavior... I would not recommend this place...

I used to rely on these guys for inspections and diagnoses that I needed a machanic for, but after my recent dealing with the younger gentleman, I will not be returning. I called to get an estimate on replacing a hub and bearing and I was quoted $125-$150. I also requested a quote for them to just press the bearing, and I was quoted $30. I had my own parts. I did not know who I was speaking with, but I remembered the voice. When I took my car to them, he told me that whoever quoted me "gave you a deal." He charged me $150 for the labor. When he called to confirm that he was replacing the correct side, it was 12:41. He called again at 1:29 to let me know my car was ready. $150 for 39 minutes of labor?! When I left, my Abs lights were on along with the traction control and gas lights. When I took my car back, he tried to act like none of the work he did would have caused all of the lights to come on. He tried to continuously reset the computer to turn off the lights. When that continued to fail, I googled the issue and found that he installed the bearing backwards. That there's a magnet on one side that connects to the ABS system. My car is 7 years old. I am certain that it is not the first model to have a magnet on one side... anyways, I had to lie to the place I got the part from to get a replacement for a "defective part." Then I had to waste a 2nd day for him to fix the part again. Instant karma for him over pricing me.Anyways, I do recommend Old Reliable if one of the older gentlemen work on your car, but I do not recommend the younger gentleman.

just wanted to say that ed and button have both been amazing, kind and very communicative and have went out of their way to find a old honda part for me that is very hard to find. this shop has always treated me with respect and has gone above and beyond for me as a customer

My Mother in Law took her car hear it was running fine and when she came back it all the sudden would not start. Seems shady to me i would avoid this place.
