Mr. Tire had 4 of the Hercules tires I was wanting in stock and was able to get a 5 from another local store. They mounted and balanced my tires two at a time as per my request and notified me when they were ready. Excellent service my the folks at Mr. Tire, Madison Heights, VA.

Awesome staff and attention to detail! Helped me fix my car that other shop made up stuff that would cost me thousand. The mechanic fixed the issue confirmed he saw nothing wrong with what the other mechanic saw super fast saved me thousands! I have already recommended them to family and friends. Where I will be going from now on!!!!

My friend was sold $1400 dollars worth of repairs that his Jeep didn t need. They supposedly diagnosed his ride and said that this stuff was the problem (IT WASN T). Jeep ran worse after their fixing what they said was wrong. Took car to another shop, within 5 minutes it was diagnosed with a bad drive shaft. These people put axles, control arms, bearings and some other crap on just to upsale a repair. Never fixed the problem. Worst experience ever with a garage. You ve been warned

Worst place ever. Went In and asked for a complete diagnosis on my front end was told I needed hub assembly and cv axel at the cost of $1600 and the problem was not fixed. They upsold me the cv axel which I didn t need and when I picked up my vehicle the problem was still there Went straight back and they informed me that they couldn t find the problem. The manager which I ve still yet to speak too was the one that said I needed all that Took it to another shop and they found the problem in 5 minutes which was my drive shaft Also explained what was fixed there and how much and they proceeded to tell me that they ripped me off. The shop that I had check it out said they would have done everything they did for $750 but the issue is they just lied about it. They only wanted to sell me more stuff I didn t need just to make a profit. I would never recommend anyone to this place. They will rip you off. Stay away from there.

Went in to get my car inspected called ahead with an appointment. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. The workers were super nice and the guy doing the insoection was super nice and thanked me for letting him do it. Always enjoy going there will go back again.

Had a great experience with them getting my tires the following day and they were put on quickly and everyone was very nice and polite and would highly recommend getting any work done here. I ve never had a bad experience.

I have used the Madison Heights location of Mr Tire for the past 4 years for tires, rotations, wheel alignments, oil changes and state inspections. Recently I needed tires for my travel trailer and ordered them on line directly through Goodyear. I was delighted to see Mr Tire listed as an authorized installer. Cory did an outstanding job of accommodating my 37ft trailer. With my truck attached 55ft. 5 tires mounted balanced and installed along with a state inspection in 60 minutes. Excellent service as always.

My husband changed 4 new tires. For the truck, all 4 tires are special tires. They forgot to change the seal and one tire to always have air leaking out. So we back to store. I left my truck at 9:00 in the morning, said that if it was finish please call. We waited until 6 and no one called, so I called to ask. They said it had finished long time ago, and this time they put in the problem seal. But they're ignored the other tire. My husband told me that If you need to change tires Won't go here again.

Just got an alignment done on my Infiniti. The whole process took about 40 minutes, and included a checkup as part of the service. There s a noticeable improvement in my ride quality after the service, so the fact that they were able to work through that so quickly is amazing. Staff were friendly and relatable too. After a week s worth of delays and miscommunication from other companies in Madison heights and Lynchburg, it was refreshing to be treated with respect as a customer. Thank you Mr Tire!

Corey, is spectacular. He gave 5 star service with kindness, understanding and compassion. He cared about our family and their safety. He explains things well. He even showed my kids how to mount and dismount tires. Corey is amazing, please support him well and we will be happy to always come in and see him. God bless you Corey! Thanks again.

Got tire rotation. Super friendly and helpful, we brought the car a little early and they did it right away anyway.When we came back they said it was on the house. Such nice people.

All the people there were friendly and helpful and provided three replacement tire options to choose from. I have gone to Mr. Tires on Timberlake and in Madison Heights and I have appreciated both places! Would definitely recommend and return to Mr. Tire

Went to get an alignment described to the guy what my car was doing and he said he would check to see if it was more then alignment. Mind you I was willing to pay whatever the extra was 30 mins later guy come back with my key saying 99.99 no receipt no explanation until after I asked again then he proceeded to say OH yea I did see a lil play in the one side. So were you going to mention to a paying customer all the details you mentioned to all the rest that came got zip ties that were none paying and all the extra I heard you explain to them was not mentioned to me.Second bad experience WILL NOT BE returning l thought last year forgetting to call 30 min prior to let me know you did not have my tires in stock was an accident for a pre paid appointment was bad but this is just ridiculous.

This place is TOO busy. They overschedule thinking (probably) that a few won't show but then they all do. So for most things don't plan on waiting around, they will take hours to get it done. AND some of the men there have attitudes when you bring up the long wait and aren't above making snarky comments. Corey (and one other guy, I didn't get his name) saved the day by finally getting it done and giving a discount when we mentioned the long wait.

I have brought my SX in the shop multiple times and I am always impressed with their work. The price is always fair and I ve never had to wait any longer than half an hour.

I went here for an oil change and tire rotation. Everything was going fine until after their courtesy inspection told me that I needed new brakes and that the brakes I had would never pass inspection, which it had 3 days prior. To top it off, when I got home, I checked my marks on the tires and discovered the rotation was never done either. I could almost understand this if they were busy but I was the only car in the bay and no one was waiting. Not a company that should be in business.

My parents brought their Ford F-150 up here for servicing. It needed sparks plugs and belt replacements. This truck only had 70,000 miles on it and after they were done it had to be towed to a different shop. They broke two spark plugs off and then ghosted my mom for three days about it. Took her three days to find out from them that she needed to have the truck towed.According to the shop manager, they had no idea the truck had a Ford Titan engine, or he would not have taken on the job. He admitted this to me over the phone. So they had no idea what they were doing but proceeded to work on a truck with seized plugs. Somehow that s supposed to make this all okay?The shop we took it to says it may cost up to $10,000 to fix as the heads may be damaged. No one offered to pay the tow bill, and everyone acts like they don t know what they can do for my mom. This is totally unacceptable. They will be getting a rating on the BBB from me as well.Edit: the 1-800 number is a joke. They won t help you resolve anything. The lady all but hung up on me and the shop manager Corey explained the situation to me but offered zero help.Do yourself a favor, go to your dealership for services! They may be more expensive but at least they will guarantee their work!

I had the absolute best experience ever at Mr. Tire Auto Center in Madison Heights. Jerry Miller and his team went above and beyond to accommodate me on very short notice and quoted me the lowest prices in the area. Jerry s assistant, Matthew, drove me home so I didn t have to wait at the shop during my repairs and I was able to run my other errands while my car was worked on. Scott and Mike did a wonderful job with installing new tires and tie rod ends and even took the time to explain all the repairs to me in detail. This team worked really well together to make my car safer for a wonderful price. I d recommend them to all my family and friends!

I just wanted to say thank you to Scott my mechanic, Matthew, Jerry & Taylor for making my experience at Mr.Tire pleasant. It was a long day but they were very kind and made me feel comfortable. They kept me informed of everything that was going on. They worked extremely well and hard that day. They had very positive and uplifting attitudes with all the customers. And because of these 4 guys , I will continue to go back to have work done on my car. I couldn't have ask for better service between these 4 guys.So thank you very much for my pleasant experience and keep up the awsome work.

Codie and the Mr. Tire team are exceptional! Codie patiently reviewed tire options with us, explained differences, and validated inventory before promising the job. Codie was proactive in communications and even recommended a tow company saving us time and money. One day later - the tires arrive, they complete an inspection and we're on our way. I trust Mr. Tire. They provided peace of mind and a quality job when we were in a bind.

Beware. I had high hopes for this place to not be one of those who takes advantage of customers who don't know the difference between work that needs to be done and lies to get business. Went in a week ago for an oil change and that ran $89.00 ok good. High price but it got taken care of. They also do a "32" point inspection which includes checking brake pads, tires,etc.well it passed inspection so we scheduled an appointment to have it inspected and they call us and say the brakes failed inspection and it would be $200 on top of the $20 inspection fee. Just got home and checked the brakes myself and they are fine. They said the guy from last week didn't know any better when he did the inspection. Beware of this place because they will lie to get your business. Too many dishonest shops that give the rest a bad name.i will never give them my business again. Disappointed ex customer

This location has amazing customer service and is very knowledgeable about their products and services. I was lucky enough to get the help from Matthew, he did an amazing job and gave me advice on how to keep my car up to date. Even though I scheduled last minute, they were able to squeeze me in and did a great job. Highly recommend to anyone in the surrounding areas!! Thank you to this team.

I called them after 5 because another shop had their tire guy leave for the day. I get it, I'm in business. But the guy who answered the phone agreed to stay late for me. Even though my car is a rental and I know rentals negotiate the prices. His name was Mathew (give that man a raise). Excellent customer service. I'm bringing back another tire job because of this. They have my tire business if nothing else because they made my day with this. They were joking, happy, and genuine people. Anyone in the community should definitely check them out. It took longer than normal only because he helped other people do their pickups as well. I see that as a plus.
