My wife and I came in for an oil change on black Friday. We were Expecting a wait when we arrive. There was a team member named Savannah she promptly helped us and we asked if we could stay in the car. She said sure no problem. She helped guides the car up to the Bay. She was very friendly knowledgeable and helped with any questions that I had. She topped off my wiper fluid and also put air in my tires. We were very happy with the service that we were provided we will be back.

My car was running perfectly fine before I got there. After they got done doing my oil change it started making a weird noise. The next day my car broke down in the middle of the street. I called and talked to the manager but she/he kept saying it wasn't their crew. No disrespect but they weren't there when their "crew" was working on my car. So how would they know?..NEVER AGAIN!

Today was a GREAT DAY and a even better experience with the Jiffy Lube team out in Madison Heights They were VERY NICE They were very FAST Now I MUST ADMIT the price was a little bit outrageous without any coupons or anything it came out to 85.00+... BUT QUALITY OVER ANYTHING IN MY EYES The team was amazingly fast all along side making everything worth the price spent SHOUT OUT TO THE TEAM FOR A GOOD WELL DONE AND LOOK FORWARD TO BEING SERVED BY THEM FOR MANY MORE YEARS TO COME

It was ok. They weren't that busy but they were. It took awhile for her to put my info into the PC and come up with an estimate. That's my only complaint. The one guy in work clothing was just standing around.

Management and the staff are knowledgeable, courteous and great. Quick service. STATE INSPECTIONS are first come first serve, M - F from 9 - 4:30 PM.

Never been to jiffy lube, however to be my first time I wont go back. I needed them to check driver front tire for a flat repair, they told me it was going to be a 45min wait with only 1 car in the shop and no other vehicles in the parking lot. Also told me it was $35 to fix a flat, idk if thats their rate for fixing flats however thats high/ecspensive. Hey if u didn't want to or wasn't able to fix flat tires I'd rather someone just tell me that then to beat around the bush jack up prices and say its a long wait. To each their own I ended going to Walmart and yes hr wait time but there was solid evidence of other vehicles that needed to be serviced along with flat repair at walmart is $15. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO JIFFY LUBE FOR ANY SERVICES. The location for the jiffy lube that i dealt with is Madison Heights, Va

Employees Savannah, Randall & Dakota go above & beyond. I live in Forest, sent to 4 diff JL's for a tire change to pass inspection, all the previous 3 JL's mysteriously had "air compressor issues" or "not enough manning", so i was sent to this one that finally accepted my reciepts, i found out later they didnt even get the money from it! They help you out for the sake of the JL name, not shoving it off to someone bc it's too cold.....may the triune God bless them always!

Went there, people were nice. Got in got out in a reasonable amount of time. You have to take jiffy lube with a grain of salt . They are ther to run a business and make a profit. Just be knowledgeable and tell them what u want done nothing more nothing less.You will walk out satisfied!.

Pitiful almost 20 trucks in our fleet never again in the waiting area for 10 to 15 minutes and I was the only one there all of a sudden a lady pulled in and they jumped on her car so I asked for my truck back and left they didn't even feel out paperwork or anything terrible experience.

I just got my oil changed. I called a couple weeks ago and they told me it would be 40 something dollars. When I just had it done they didn't tell me anything when I got there. They just pulled my car in and did it. I didn't think anything of it since I had already spoke with them previously. And then charged me almost 80 dollars instead of the 40 something. Other then that they were alright. My car seems to be running much nicer so far. I'm just a single mom on a budget and wasn't prepared for that. Edit: After I did this review they messaged me and apologized and acted like they were going to fix it. But they never did.

Anytime I need an oil change, inspection or anything else I always choose Jiffy Lube in Madison Heights. They are quick, friendly and the prices are reasonable (and the free vacuum is just the cherry on top). Friendly and efficient service at great prices! Everyone here is always kind and down to earth with me about my car's needs. They explain everything that needs to be done and never do anything without my approval. They give me a heads up when it's time for another service. This place makes it easy and convenient for me to take care of my car. So glad they're close by.Service: Oil change

Took my car here for signature service last week. They changed the oil but did none of the other services listed on their signature service list. I asked if the air filter was ok when they were finished, he told me that they did not check it because they were shortstaffed. However, being short staffed did not stop them from charging me over $78 for a simple oil change which is more than double what my mechanic does it for. If I m being charged full price I expect to get everything I m paying for whether there are staffing issues or not, I will not be returning!

This place is incredibly unprofessional. I went here for a state inspection and was told 45min was the wait time. Nobody asked for my information and I offered to leave my number, which I was told I would get a call as soon as it was finished. I killed some time and drive by an hour after leaving the car and see a bunch of guys just standing around hanging out, nobody even looking at my car. I stop by and hour and a half later, still with no call to find out the car is finished and it failed inspection. The inspector told me it was my lower ball joint, but the letter of rejection stated it was my wheel bearings. I ask if they can put the car on the lift and show me what the issue was so I know what I m looking at and what part I need, and around 4pm they tell me the mechanics left for the day even though they told me they were open until 6pm. I ask them which part I need and they said both even though only one part was listed in the letter. I took my car elsewhere and they put the car on the lift and showed me why my wheel bearings are not the issue. Will not be returning to this place since it is lacking professionalism.

Service was quick and people were friendly. I paid more than double what I normally pay at my dealership and yes, I called to confirm the price difference while waiting. Next time I will drive across town, which I hate doing. I really do appreciate the friendliness of the staff, though!

Even though I showed up literally minutes before they closed on a Saturday, they got me right in, did my oil change and sent me on my way!!! Great customer service. Will definitely be my choice locally in the future!! Stop by and see them, they will take great care of your ride!!

Great service, a bit over priced I thought. I brought my oil and filter with me and they charge me $38 for 20 minutes worth of work. But, I paid for the convenience. Food for thought :-)

11 months ago I would have said Great people. Performs great work! Now that they have broken something having to do with my tire I will say otherwise. They also fired the person who worked on my car and told me btw which is very unprofessional. Needless to say,, They failed to fix the issue.

I went to Jiffy Luve Friday to get an oil change, I specifically asked for an oil change only. James proceeded to tell me that my antifreeze was low and I needed some of that. I was okay with that, he said it was 2.99 a quart and I needed 2 quarts. He then asked if I wanted some type of oil treatment for $20, I told him I wasn't paying $20 for that so he tried to get me to get the treatment anyway saying he would give the the antifreeze free if I got the oil treatment. I said no again I didn't want it so when he called me to pay for the service, my bill was $66 and some change, he had charged me for that oil treatment that I said I did not want...I told him that I was not paying for it, he then said he gave me a discount but only took off $10, still that is unacceptable! No matter what I said, he still charged me $20 for something I did not ask for. He then asked for my receipt and wrote $15 off next oil change, so I looked at him and said I won't be back again! Jiffy Lube staff need to listen to their customers! I'm very disappointed in him. Do better for the next lady customer, I feel like he took advantage of me because I'm a woman. I won't be going back again.

Richard, Tom, and Randall are AWESOME!!! Came in last month with my fiancees car to get an oil change and inspection. During service Richard came in to go over some "recommendations" for service. While a few of them sounded fishy he was never pushy or trying to force me into buying stuff. He also mentioned that her brakes and tires were actually bad and were likely not to pass inspection. But instead of just telling me and pushing the sale, he took the time to go with his mechanic Tom and inspector Randall to look it over. We actually had no idea so it was a nice catch by them all. Even with the extra work Tom was able to get brakes and tires done in less then an hour and had me back on the road quickly.Overall it was a great experience (except for my wallet), Richard and his staff were very friendly and quick to serve. This probably just became our go to shop for oil changes and light car work.

I have gone to this Jiffy Lube for years. I am used to them offering an array of various quality oil changes (choice of oil) and pulling me out of the waiting room to soft sell additional services. This morning took my car for oil change. Was not given the same options of oil so assumed it would be what the computer showed from the prior visit. When I was pulled out of the waiting room I was told about the filters (as usual) but this time I was also told about my battery that it was "shot" and functioning at 3% and could go any minute. I was shown the gauge used to test. I noticed there was a rack of brand new batteries that they were offering starting at $110. I deferred until I could get a second opinion. I was then told my battery terminals had acid and was asked if I wanted them cleaned (thought this was odd considering my battery was supposedly shot) and I responded yes since I know that this is a very simple task and assumed that it was one of the courtesies they used to provide (like topping off all of the fluids). I was also told coolant was low and asked if I wanted it topped off and I responded yes. Few minutes later was called back up to pay and the bill was $84. I was taken back by the price since my oil changes in the past ran between $40 and $50. I inquired about the high price and was told that my car required an oil "blend" that was higher priced. Additionally I was charged $10 for the battery terminal cleaning and $7.00 to top off coolant. When I mentioned that I had not had to pay this in the past the customer rep took off $10 leaving my bill for an oil change at $75. The employees were very friendly, however I left feeling as though Jiffy Lube had tried to take advantage of me. I immediately went to another auto service place to check the battery condition. The battery was checked and I was informed that it was perfectly fine and fully functioning at the appropriate rating. I explained that I had been told differently. I was shown a more specific gauge that showed both the normal performance rating for my battery and where it is currently performing. Again I was told that it was completely fine. I am disappointed in Jiffy Lube and after many years of using them I am considering not ever returning.

The past two times I've been here the service has been great and very quick (and even though I didn't go at peak hours it was still fast for what I expected it to be). They helped me get a discount which was super nice of them to do and everyone there was very friendly.
