Great people and service. I have been coming to Chrome since they opened. The staff is warm, the owner is dedicated to helping others. Fair prices for labor and parts. I trust this group for maintenance and for help when something in my car (older model) inevitably becomes problematic. I m happy to give them my business.

Originally, I brought my car in with no notice and they diagnosed it and thought they had fixed it. However, when I got there I test drove it and the car was having the same problems. The original fixes were problems I was having with the car, but not the key problem. Within one day, they had found the major problem and fixed it, didn t charge me any extra for it, and in addition, comped extra services for the vehicle. They went above and beyond to repair the issue with nothing but genuine great service. My car hasn t driven this well in months. Great place, friendly staff, and I will be returning in the future.

Just relocated into the area. Time to service my car and found Chrome Auto in Madison Heights. I called and scheduled the appointment for an Oil Change and checkup. Same day service! Pleasant, professional, honest, and affordable. Chrome provided photos and detailed report of the service, set up a new customer account and fwd the service link to my records. Very happy and will only take my car (super high mileage ) to this shop in the future 10/10,

My first experience was great! Super easy and convenient to make an appointment online. They did my inspection and oil change in a reasonable amount of time. Let me know of other things my vehicle needed. They were very professional, I plan to bring all my cars here going forward!

I do like their business model. Mr Eddy does a wonderful job with follow upsconcerning your repair and sends notifications keeping me informed regarding training of his auto mechanics, if they are close outside of normal business hours & reminders of seasonal maintenance. I feel his staff is focused on customer satisfaction which is the number one reason why I trust his service jb

Jeff diagnosed the problem(s) with our Avalanche. We assumed the worst, but Chrome was awesome in getting it fixed. Was fixed in the time they said. We have found a new mechanic/auto repair for good. No more jumping around. We love Chrome Auto.

On a recommendation, I had Jeff and his team do custom exhaust work on a car that has a lot of sentimental value to me, and the results are incredible. They took the time to talk me through options and helped me arrive at the best plan, and then they knocked it out of the park! Highly recommended!

Was charged $150 to find the source of a fuel leak, turns out that the mechanic reinstalled the fuel filter cap with the o ring in the wrong spot. I took the truck to another mechanic who took 5 minutes to figure this out fixed it and no more leak at no cost. Wish I could take the 150 and give it to the guy who actually fixed the problem. Know-how goes a lot further than a shop with a high hourly charge.

Everyone at Chrome was so kind and helpful from the time I made my appointment until everything was done. Jeff gave me a detailed quote, gave me a time that the work would be finished. It was completed on time with 10 minutes to spare. Jeff went over the invoice in detail and explained everything that was done, from new tires, tune up, oil change, and a few other things. I felt like I was treated fairly and very well taken care of. Jeff will definitely get my business from now on. I even have an appt. to have them check out a family members car on Wednesday. These guys are the absolute best of the best. Not only did they do amazing work on my 2017 Jeep Patriot but they spent about an hour on the phone with my warranty company to help get my repair bill down. The alignment I got was also very satisfactory which I am very picky about. Chrome Auto is by far the best auto shop I ve been too. Customer service is top notch. Jeff, the owner, is both knowledgeable and ethical. After being conned out of thousands of dollars from multiple car shops around my area, I found Jeff. It s 45 minutes from my location but worth the drive as Jeff has earned my trust. He and his technicians do business honestly. I was going to buy a used car from a dealership, so I decided to get the pre-purchase inspection to figure out whether the vehicle is worth it to buy or not. When I did the test drive of the vehicle, I did not find any problems and I thought it is a pretty good car to buy. However, when I got the result of the pre-purchase inspection, there are more than seven problems are found and a few of them can cause severe problems. I am really thanks to Mr. Eddyy who did the pre-purchase inspection for the vehicle and he was really nice to me to explain all things that he found about the vehicle that I almost buy. He is a really honest and nice guy. I really recommend this trustable place!

Went 2x, first time they got my appointment time wrong, the wait was a few hours long, and I failed inspection for stuff i've never failed before. But the staff was really friendly and helpful, I fixed the stuff myself and got reinspected and the second time went more smoothly.

I have been to Chrome Auto Repair several times now and every time the staff are super friendly and helpful. They communicate clearly and answer any questions from us non-mechanics patiently. I really like how they break down what needs to be done and give you the price of each service up front so you can decide what you want done BEFORE it gets done. I like that with the estimates you get pictures of what needs to be fixed and/or replaced on your vehicle plus notes from the mechanics and technicians. You can also get a detailed print out of your alignment. In my experience, the mechanics are very thorough and detailed when working on a tricky vehicle issue. Jeff was even kind enough to take me to work and drop me off when I had to leave my car for the day. They really do go the extra mile (pun intended) to take care of their customers and I for one really appreciate that. My trust is hard to earn and I trust the Chrome Auto Repair team. Selinoid replacement and hood strut replacement . My 1st time using this business and I will definitely keep them from now on! They were absolutely awesome! Autumn was extremely informative and nice.
