Really didn t want to do a bad review on a small shop but this has became too large of an expense to let it go under the radar. I purchased a truck last year with a transmission done by C & M with a one year warranty on parts and labor. Early February I lost all forward gears in the truck. Called the shop and they said they d be happy to look at it and I told them if the problem was out of the warranty I d be willing to pay for whatever it needed. Got the truck to the shop and after a month it hadn t been fully looked at which was fine. I needed the truck back for jobs and arranged to pick it up and fix it elsewhere. I told Chason to put the key in the truck but somehow the key ended up in the ignition left in the ON position. When I got to the truck it had zero life in the battery s not even a dim dash light came on. The glow plugs and fuel pump have obviously been damaged with the fuel pump sounding like a dying cat. I called the shop and all I got was repeated sorry and excuses for the key. This is a ford truck and the dinger is loud and annoying on these trucks. Whether or not it was intentional is beyond me but personally if you are making that type of mistake I don t want you working on any my vehicles.

I've had various repairs done on my Lexus SUV and my daughter's Malibu by C&M. This is the most honest, reliable, and skilled automotive repair shop I've seen in many years! I highly recommend Chason/C&M to anyone in need of repairs!

Fixed my wheel bearings. Good job. A little pricy. 300.00 for replacing bearings on one wheel. And another 300 having to stay one night at the Virginian Hotel for a 9 AM appointment.

My transmission went out and I chose C&M from recommendations and reviews. Once they got into the process of replacing it, they discovered there were many more problems with the frame of my vehicle which were extremely dangerous. Chason and Team went above and beyond to make sure my car was safe to drive before letting me get back behind the wheel. They truly put their customers first!!I had my second major repair on my car a couple of weeks ago. I had my car inspected and found out one control arm would not pass inspection and the other wasn't far behind. The place I took it to quoted me and I declined letting them fix it. I called C & M and not only were they reasonably priced, they fixed it post haste. This is absolutely the best team of mechanics and personnel I have ever worked with. They will have my business and gratitude always.

A big shout out to Chason Briney. Heading to Danville VA from Harrisonburg our battery light came on. I Google closest place. They were about to close but took us in. He checked it all out and was able to send us on our way. Highly recommend this company ! Kind, fair , and honest. Thanks again !

Chason is hands down the best tech I could have hoped for. I needed my work truck to get fixed ASAP so I could get back on the road. They had my transmission done in 2 days. Great business!! Thanks again.
