On a recent outing to retrieve parts for a vintage car (4+ hours away) I was with a friend when we lost our muffler on his pickup somewhere between Zion Crossroads and Lynchburg. We didn't want to miss our appointment so we shoved some cotton in our ears and suffered the excruciatingly loud inline 4 cylinder for 90 mins to Madison Heights where we met up with our parts guy.Afterwards the AutoZone was right there so we quickly piled in in order to get our muffler repaired. The staff were quite friendly and understanding of our situation and allowed us to try out parts until we found a working combination. We could not have made it home 4 hours with a loud exhaust again. We managed to attach a working muffler and get on our way.Thank you AutoZone for being there for us and especially to the nice young man behind the counter who let us take parts out of the store until we figured out what we needed and paid.

From SC and rear brakes went out. Stopped and purchased new brakes and got their loaner brake caliper tool set to finish the job. Amazing service and saved our day!

If I could auto zone id give all your stores 0 stars one part that sits there for a month and yall can't send to my home where it was apost to be sent kick rocks i got my part faster within a hour of calling the best part store OReilly auto parts

Went in just to return some oil that I purchased earlier in the day and the process was ridiculous.1.) Asked for name and phone #, why? I have my receipt and it wasn't opened. Make something up to fill it in next time.2.) Couldn't make the return in a single transaction like it was purchased and had to call for help multiple times just to screw it up in the end.3.) Split the return half cash half back on my card.4.) After he scanned the items and receipt (twice) he gave me two "voucher" receipts that I had to get back in line for them to return my money.

This morning on a busy Monday, I went in to get my wiper blades replaced since its supposed to rain a lot this week. The Store Manager helped me, I believe her name was Candace. She is excellent! Thank you!!

Went in looking for a pictickler product. They never heard of it or understand what I was looking for. It seems every time there are new people behind the counter. It's not there falt. The cost is to blame. Low pay no one can stay long enough to learn. It takes time to learn.

I came in with what I thought was a bad battery. The people there were so helpful and courteous. They went above and beyond to help me when my car still didn't start. I recommend this Autozone to everyone!

Just wanted to give a shout out to the gentlemen named Jordan working there today. He seemed to be the manager at the time and stayed polite and professional while other associates bombarded him with questions and he answered phone calls. And then proceeded to ring up my couple items. Thank you !

Some workers were helpful. Others, *mostly" the girls, seem to scatter when customers come in like they are afraid to be asked a question. The day I stopped in it was all young girls at the counter.

Came to return some brakes which were never opened and I was accused of having used them and trying to pass them off as new. The cashier eventually gave in and gave me my money back

If a negative was an option that's what I honestly would of chose! Horrible customer service. The part's manager "Doug" I believe was his name. Literally argued with my husband on the type of oil filter our car takes. When we have had the car for years and been changing our oil.

My check engine light came on. The lady that ran the test and helped me was friendly and knowledgeable. She provided good suggestions, next steps and product recommendations. The store was clean and clutter free.

I was visiting family in Madison Heights, all the way from Charlotte, when my battery would refuse the start even after trying to jump-start it a few times. It was in need of replacing already but, being that it wasn t my car, I was unable to take care of that before. Thankfully, it finally started, so after purchasing a battery from The local Autozone, I took the car there to grab the battery. I also asked if I could have someone replace the battery for me if possible. Luckily, one of the crew members were willing to help. I took this time to write this review to highlight the efforts of Jordan Hennen for an amazing job helping me with my vehicles issues. It took only 10 minutes to replace the battery and have the vehicle working perfectly again. I wished to leave a tip to Jordan somehow, but he politely declined and let me know that it was part of the job. Thank you, Jordan, for the amazing work. To anyone who has questions about their vehicle needs and doesn t exactly require a shop, please visit this Autozone in Madison Heights. Jordan will be of great help.

Pretty good. However alot of the products are not in the right spots which can lead to some difficulty finding the right things. Knowledgeable employees are very helpful tho.

Poor service, unknowledgeable employees, won't come back. They had what I wanted, but wouldn't take the time to check the part to make sure. Just told me they didn't have it.

So after using this AutoZone for two decades as my primary parts store I think they've lost my business. My mom and my daughter were stuck in the Pizza Hut parking lot next door with a dead battery. The AutoZone employees stated that they couldn't, per policy, walk the 25 feet next door to test/jump/replace the battery. She missed an appointment and I had to drive an hour round trip to jump the vehicle and take it to Advance Auto Parts for a replacement battery. Probably the worst example of customer service I've seen in recent times.

Open early, had the jeep alternator i needed. Staff was quick and ready to aid.
