I would give them no stars, if possible. They had my car for a total of two weeks. After the first week of my car being there, I called to see if they had time to look at it and if they were able to do the estimate, when I told them my name and my car, they insisted that I dropped off a Camry when it was a Corolla. They had done the estimate for Camry parts, so they said they had to redo it and that they would give me a call back. They are closed on Friday so I waited for them to call on Monday. I received no call, so I called Tuesday morning. They were able to tell me I needed a whole new transmission and offered me different options. The car was ready late Friday afternoon. When I picked it up, it was so dark I couldn t see the body of the car that well. The following morning, I noticed it was covered in gravel dust and there was grease hand prints all over it from having to be pushed. I also noticed that morning that there was a rattling noise from my exhaust. I called when they opened and told them about the rattle and they told me to come by that morning. I waited in the office for 2 hours for them to tell me it was a bent heat shield that was rattling against my exhaust. They were able to bend it back. Later that day, I was able to take my car to the car wash and I noticed the grease hand prints wouldn't come off in the car wash, a large scuff mark on the hood of my car and scratches on my driver side door. I m very disappointed in their service and would not recommend it to anyone. Find somewhere else to go.

Very nice people and they know transmissions! Highly recommended by friends and neighbors and they were right! I lost a little transmission fluid during some work done by a friend. I actually accidentally ended up at All American to have it checked out and refilled if necessary. Only later did I discover that everyone I spoke to had good things to say about the place - knowledgeable, fair and they stand behind their work. Everything they said was borne out by my experience. This will be the first and only place I go whenever I need A/T service! I pray God's blessing on everyone there because I was very blessed to find them.Service: Transmission

Roger is one of the nicest people that I have ever talked too. Everyone at All American Transmission pays close attention to detail, they are easy to deal with and work is done in a timely fashion. My sister's transmission went in her Nissan Rouge and then my son's transmission went in his Chevy Silverado and we have NO regrets using All American. Would recommend to any and everyone.Service: Transmission

Not helpful for me. Gave me no return call. If I was waiting, I'd still be hanging on. But on their behalf they stay busy. So good luck on yalls issues.

Not pleased at all with the quality of work and the concept of aftercare simply does not exist at this facility. I have had two transmissions replaced in two different vehicles in a matter of 7 weeks and when I experienced issues with the first install, they basically said, "if it's something we did, we will pay for it. If not, you will pay for it." Since I have found in the past that some questionable auto shops generally will not acquiesce that an issue is their problem, I will not be going back.Service: Transmission

They helped me scan some codes from my vehicle to see what was wrong with the transmission and did not even charge me, they were helpful and courteous I would highly recommend doing business here

Roger is a class A guy. I work for Lynchburg Nissan and I was going to be overpriced for a reman transmission through them. I came to All american and they gave me a huge deal. Turns out it wasn t the transmission at all and Roger took care of me and said there was no cost to me at all. They didn t know me from Joe Blow off the street and treated me right and not even a diagnostic charge or anything. Thanks guys!

Real professional work. 11/13/2017. MY BLAZER BROKE DOWN 40 MILES FROM HOME. ALL AMERICAN TRANSMISSION WAS THER IN A BLINK OF A EYE TOWED BLAZER TO SHOP TOOK ME HOME FIXED THE PROBLEM WITHOUT HESITATION. GREAT WORK.BLAZER DOING FINE. THANK YOU ALL AMERICAN TRANSMISSIONS. 11/13/2017

Horrible!! Dropped our work van off to have a rebuild..Nothing but problems,torque converter went out, leaking from lines, reverse started to act up, took it back dude gets in and footbreaks it in reverse and burns it up rest of the way and now can't get a call back..
