Jesse was patient with me as I fished to find the car I wanted to leave with. He called around and a actually had two vehicles transported to this location for me to test drive and determine which was the best fit. The manager Eddie was very helpful with the application process and helping me keep my payments within the range I wanted!! Such a wonderful experience. If you're looking for great service and a reliable car, 1st Choice is the place to go!

Jesse Regan was the best sales to person to work with! He was incredibly knowledgeable in helping me find the perfect vehicle & I am super happy with my purchase. He was not super pushy like typical sales man. I would purchase from him with any of my future car purchases! Zach was also super helpful with the financing part. Overall, I had an amazing experience and I highly recommend going to see Jesse for any of your car buying needs. He will help you find the perfect vehicle that fits all of your needs! I had an amazing experience and I could not recommend him enough!

Jesse was such a great and knowledgeable salesman! We saw our 2020 Toyota Tacoma while stopped at the light and instantly felt like this was the ride for us! If you re looking for a new to you vehicle, 1st Choice Motors is a great place to shop. Jesse made everything easy from start to finish. He and everyone that I had interactions with during my purchase were personable and professional. Jesse never made me feel pressured into anything and knew exactly what I was looking for. This is by far the easiest car buying experience I ve had. The Million Mile Warranty is a plus too!

I had went to multiple different car lots before arriving at First Choice Motors and finally feeling comfortable enough to purchase one. This was primarily due to how friendly and helpful Jesse was during the entire process. No matter what came up, he made sure to make purchasing a new (to me) Nissan as easy as possible. Definitely recommend doing business with 1st Choice. Especially Jesse, he's been nothing short of incredible to work with. Very well spoken and honest. Answered any and all questions that we had. So if your looking for a new vehicle even if you don't buy anything, he's definitely worth talking to. The rest of the staff that we encountered were just as friendly!

This is my second time purchasing a vehicle from Gary Coleman. I specifically sought him out for this last purchase as I found him to be very professional during my first purchase from him. As I expected, it was a good experience. Also enjoyed interacting with the dealership manager, Eddie. After a not so pleasant experience with another dealer who didnt have the time to talk to us, I went to 1st Choice Motors. I found 2 cars I was interested in-one in Madison Heights and one in Lynchburg. They brought the one from Lburg to Madison Heights to save me time. Jesse Regan was amazing! I test drove both and chose the one I wanted. Jesse was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and the paperwork process. Eddie was also so very helpful! Probably the best buying experience I have ever had purchasing a car. I would absolutely recommend 1st Choice and Jesse to anyone looking for a fair and honest deal!

You will find great customer service here and Gary Coleman is #1!I heard the 1st Choice Motors in Madison Heights radio ad,� decided to check out their inventory and made the short drive from Lynchburg to Madison Heights to take a look and found a great selection of vehicles. We have used online sources to find good deals in the past, but soon realized we could find great deals locally at 1st Choice Motors. We looked at other local dealers for our recent search and found the folks at 1st Choice Motors to be knowledgeable and the easiest to work with.The condition of the vehicles are top-notch and super clean, the service is excellent, and the price for our 4Runner was competitive. When you are there ask about the FREE Mabry Million Mile Warranty and the 1st Choice Service Department.
