I popped by today because I needed an oil change. It was my first time going by myself to get an oil change so I was a little nervous. Everyone was super friendly though and Chase, who assisted me, was very professional and spoke well. He helped me make more educated decisions on my purchase and showed me how to change my air filter on my own. 10/10 will definitely be back for my next oil change! Thanks guys!

Very friendly and knowledgable staff. It was awesome to be able to stay in the car while they changed my oil. Service was done very quickly and I was on my way. I would highly recommend to my family and friends.

Wooooow! First off, I have brought these people so much business. I've told so many to go there and they have. However, after today, I will call upon all my veteran brothers and sisters to boycott this establishment. Sad that I was asked to move back in line for another customer. And you guessed it, the new manager, a Caucasian lady; asked me to move back in line for another Caucasian lady to get in front of me. I explained to her that I was indeed a Disabled Veteran, and that I have never been treated this way at this establishment before. She didn't care she stated, as they are under new management she said with a snarl. Then she proceeded to the other customer's car to say "he will move, I got you". Such a freaking disgusting act, and such a desperate attempt to hold power over another. I tell you what, I will make sure to spread the word of this and I will definitely be contacting higher up. Veterans do so much, to be treated like dirt, so disgraceful.

They Left the oil cap off after my fianc� had had his oil changed. When I called the next day after my fianc� realized it because all the oil had poured out the next morning The assistant manager said if there was leaking oil, you should have turned around and come back.He literally drove straight home. He didn t even know until the next day that this had happened And once he realized we immediately called. I understand Mistakes happen, that s not the issue. The problem is the assistant manager was EXTREMELY rude. He kept blaming my fianc� for their mistake and yelling and screaming over top of me and was defensive and just plain nasty.I have never had an issue at Valvoline and we have used them for years. This assistant manager is a problem, and if this is how he treats customers, I see them losing a lot more customers in the future.

A wonderful experience all-around! This was my 2nd time here at the Timberlake Road location in Lynchburg VA. From start to finish was around 20 minutes. I love it that no appointment is needed and you stay in your vehicle. I had a few questions for the staff, which he answered clearly and happily. I had a $25 off coupon too which was fantastic! I highly recommend you give them your business!Service: Oil change

I left a review a week ago that was 5 stars. I since then changed my mind about this place. I tried to give Eric and the "manager" the benefit of the doubt this time. Eric broke the rear windshield off of my wife's van and said he would have it ordered immediately. It's been an entire month since then and I've called 5 or 6 times and all I'm told is that "it's on back order". Mind you... I can look on Oreily and Amazon and have the product shipped to me in 2 days. Eric and the people I've spoken to... besides London... have been very unprofessional and nonchalant when it comes to customers. I won't be back here again after my windshield wiper arrives. I'm disgusted

I ve been a loyal customer since they have opened. I ve had my experiences the guy are HORRIBLE lack of communication, I couldve be rude and nasty about everything they have done to my vehicle but instead I was harmless and just asked questions, they always seem to act frustrated like somebody owe them for there mistakes i drive a dodge charger when I got it 2 years ago they broke my dipstick off, never replaced, went again when it was time to get another oil change they accidentally spilled oil all on my motor I left out of there smoking like pop eye the sailor man with his pipe in his mouth, recently they stripped my bolt so never made it a issue I said it s fine let them e vac I said I llbeback when I m due again so I went yesterday 12/05/2023 @11:00 whole different crew.. so I asked the big did he mind and told him the story he catches a attitude with me and proceeds with his day, how do you think that made me feel? But long story short i want to give thanks and appreciation to the GIRL who changed my oil I will not be going back if she s not there my car drove better then it ever has after getting my oil changed my her and she got the bolt off for me!!!The guys couldn t but Paul the manager I give him his credit he was very patient about the situation and got right on it with her!!! Shout out to them!! The rest needs the big boot out of there because if that s how they treat customers vavoline will lose and not gain much at all. Oh and never got my new sticker for current mileage on my windshield would do some Justice if they put the date on it from last time but as you can see it s blank lol

Best service I have received in a long time. My car wouldn't start and like many this meant my whole life would be affected. I called and these guys were ready to help. They did a diagnostic on my car that saved me from a trip to the dealership. Ultimately saving me a ton of money. They were kind, caring, fast and efficient.

I stopped by there on my way home from work to get an oil change. I asked for the price and was told 96.99 for the synthetic. I asked if there was any discount. The guy asked if I had a coupon I said no and said he couldn t offer anything off when I never had that trouble before. So I left went up the street to take five oil change they had a nice first responder discount and were very pleasant knowledgeable and fast, they showed me the over right oil filter that you guys put on and over tightened drain plug you put on. They now have my business and you have lost mine.

After waiting 45 minutes to get into the bay.They lost my washer fluid cap. The employee Eric was very rude when asked basic questions. First i was told they could get a replacement the same day then i was told it will take a week. The assistant manager Kate confirmed they ordered the replacement cap and the replacement was expected in a week. However they never called to let me know the part was in and the part they ordered was to small for my suv. After over a week of waiting on them to replace it i now have to order the correct part myself. This location has gone downhill in the past few months i have never had such a bad experience getting my oil changed.

Absolutely loved this place! I haven t had my car serviced since I was in highschool and it was relieving and refreshing to go somewhere that wasn t trying to up-sell me on anything with employees that do their job so efficiently! I can t remember what the guys name was who did my service, but he was so nice and honest! My mom and I went to get my oil changed and my tires rotated and we don t know much about how cars operate and this guy was just so sweet and professional. Him and his team do a great job and you can really tell that they enjoy what they do. They also fixed a brake light that I didn t even know was out! 10/10 experience I will keep going to this location! Today my husband and I stopped in to have our vehicle serviced. We were promptly greeted pleasantly and professionally by RT. He introduced himself as the manager and we knew right away we were in good hands. When I tell you the service was completed EXACTLY the way it should, I mean it! RT was thorough, professional, friendly, and courteous from start to finish. I highly recommend this location, and intend to use them for all available services.

Was told to try this place out, and had a massive oil leak problem after. My car broke down and I had it towed to my mechanic. They told me whoever changed my oil screwed up causing the leak. I went by this Establishment today to have the oil changed. It was a great experience, everyone needs to see William when u go in. I grew up in car business and I tell you what Will is the MAN! He was quick, efficient, and very informative! I found a new home base for maintaining my vehicles. Oh, best bonus of all awesome prices with coupons!!! Sadly they were training new employees and damaged my car. But the person who damaged my air flow sensor was the manager.I would suggest going else where for about two years until they get some more experience or a different person other than Salene working there
