My daughter is a student at liberty University. She had a flat tire and the team at Timbrook got her car repaired and back on the road super fast. My daughter mentioned she was getting ready for a long drive over spring break and also needed an oil change Brenda, the owner, scheduled an oil change and plans to do a full inspection on the car. Brenda said she wanted to be sure the car was 100% safe and ready for the long drive.As a parent who lives hundreds of miles from my kid, I can t tell you how comforting it is to know that there is someone like Brenda looking out for my daughter, especially when it comes to car repairs. I truly feel like my daughter has a guardian angel who will make sure she is safe and not take advantage of her.God bless you Brenda! Thanks for looking out for my family!

We have gone to Timbrook Automotives a few times and the experience gets better and better everytime. Brenda is the sweetest, most caring person you will meet. Everyone there really cares about getting your vehicle fixed as soon as possible. I personally needed my car the following day my parts were suppose to come in and Timbrook Automotives sent someone to pick up the parts so they wouldn t have to wait for delivery. I was able to get my car back within a few days and am incredible grateful for the work they have done! Truly people of God.

I had my car towed on a Tuesday night, called Brenda Wednesday morning, and my car was fixed before 5 PM Wednesday evening. I ve always had the best Customer service experience here, and the mechanics have always been top-notch. They really work hard to make sure their customers are taken care of. I ve been using Timbrook and their mechanics for over 10 years now, and wouldn t go anywhere else

Brenda at the desk is a delight to talk to, wonderful woman. Been coming here for oil changes and will continue to. As a college student that doesn t know much about cars, I am confident in the mechanic here and can rely on him to not cut corners like other places will.

Many joyful, helpful folks work here! They were able to get my inspection and oil change done last minute when I came after working a long night shift at the hospital. I look forward to using their services again in the future.

I needed to have state inspection done on two vehicles. Went to one place and was told they were booked even though I arrived 7 minutes from the business opening hour (and they didn't do appointment). Drove to Timbrook to try my luck. While Timbrook couldn't do the inspection that morning, the front desk was kind and polite and got my two vehicles scheduled in quickly.Their waiting room was by far the cleanest and most comfortable waiting room I'd been to. (My 6yo son also commented that it was the best waiting room, and it smelled so good.) Everyone I interacted with was kind and friendly. I would recommend this place.

I would highly recommend this place to everyone I know. I had a bit of a car crisis and needed help. After visiting several Auto places and many calls with no luck, I found Timbrook Automotive. They were so friendly and helpful and got me right in. They have an adorable waiting area that has a cottage feel. I've never enjoyed a visit to a Auto Shop before now. I will never take my little car anywhere else. Thank you Timbrook Automotive for helping me and making my visit so pleasant Service: Auto maintenance

I am impressed with the customer service here on the phone and in person. I called a few minutes before they opened and explained to them my tire issue and asked if I could bring it in and how long the wait would be. He told me that he could look at it and if it s something he can fix, I d be out in about a half hour. I was in and out in 20 minutes exactly and they were able to fix the issue. I will definitely be going to them in the future!Service: Tires

They did an oil change and inspection on my car. They also agreed to squeeze my truck re-inspection in on the same day while I was there. The truck had failed inspection prior for legitimate safety issues. I appreciate the thorough inspection. They were very quick. Their waiting area has to be the nicest/cleanest in Lynchburg. The entire staff is amazing and helpful. Brenda took our call after hours and had us drop off the car for them to fix in the morning. Eddie called me the next day and was very informative about my car s issues and potential solutions to fix them. They were able to fix these within 24 hours of me dropping off the car. When I picked it up, they were all very friendly and personable. I wouldn t recommend anyone else for repairs to your vehicle.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Brenda was very nice. They did great work at a very reasonable price. They will be my go to from now on. I brought a car into them at 430pm needed new ac condenser. WasFixed and ready the next day early afternoon. If you need work of any kind done to your car bring it to Timbrook they were awesome.Service: Air conditioning

I ve been getting most of my maintenance done at Timbrook automotive for several years now, and they always go above and beyond! As someone who admittedly doesn t have a ton of knowledge about cars, I ve never felt like they ve tried to upsell me or take advantage of me here which I genuinely appreciate. Brenda s customer service is phenomenal and she really makes you feel like family while you wait in their spacious and comfortable waiting area. I highly recommend them!

This is a great shop with a friendly atmosphere, caring people, and awesome service! 10/10 recommended that anyone looking for a new shop in Lynchburg come here. I went for the first time a few days ago and it was a great experience! I called someone else before them about my radiator issues and where that shop said I would have to replace my whole system, Timbrook Automotive didn t jump to conclusions and ended up fixing the problem! The waiting room was also extremely comfortable and Brenda, the shop owner, even stopped by and chatted for a few to let me know what was going on, but to also get to know me which was very refreshing and it just goes to show how much she really does care (it s also the cleanest Waiting room for a shop I ve ever seen!). I can t say enough good things about my experiences here!!

Brenda and her staff are very knowledgeable and professional. She always works us in within a few days if we re having vehicle problems. I called for a quote for my daughter who is living in the area for college. Brenda was so helpful and understanding of the situation considering my daughter has never had to take care of brakes before and I am so far away. She texted back quickly with a really fair quote. Their mechanic called to confirm the work and sent pictures. I m very impressed with this business and will definitely be sharing their information with family and friends who are in the Lynchburg area.Service: Brakes

They do amazing job, Brenda takes really good care of her people and do a great job to make sure they are safe and does great business! Travis does awesome job fixing cars and he is the top and best mechanic in Lynchburg and he can fix anything! They are honest, loyal and caring and the best!! Love them very very much! I drive an old car that fits me like a glove. It has over 254,000 miles on it and she runs as smooth as a well oiled sewing machine. Brenda Ayers and her crew out at Timbrook Automotive have keep her purring like a kitten over the years. They have performed all my minor and major work to keep me happily motoring down the highway.
