We worked with Carrington for a few months. We didn t know what we wanted. He was patient and willing to let us see and walk through many units answering ALL our questions. We found the right one for us. He did the delivery and closing also. We couldn t be more pleased. We would highly recommend Timberlake Rv. All that we met were pleasant, friendly and helpful! We are Happy Campers . Thank you!

I purchased a brand new $160k Winnebago Revel van from Timberlake RV and had it delivered to TN. The van arrived with a large scuff on the driver s side dash. The finance manager said he would have the replacement part ordered, and it would be delivered soon. After many calls, and nine months later, it still hasn t been delivered. I do not recommend Timberlake RV. They did not follow through with their word.

Connor from Timberlake was so knowledgeable and personable. He was patient and a pleasure to work with. He spent so much time with me going over every picky question I had. I really wish the dealership had been closer to me so I could have sealed the deal with them. I just want to thank them even though I did not buy from them.

Very happy with our purchase! Mike and his employees were on it! We showed up and they had everything ready to go. Very thorough and showed us everything we needed. Best camper buying experience ever! We highly recommend.Update 12/5/2021..Service after the sale is non-existent. Had a leak between the grey tank and the outlet and they have done nothing to help us fix it. They will bend over backwards to get your money/5 star review but will do NOTHING if you have an issue. Robert in service needs to find a new job that doesn t include customer service. At least try to help. If you buy a camper make sure you have somebody else that can service it and do warranty work.

After a lengthy wait, my wife and purchased a travel trailer from Mike at Timberlake RV. Our order was placed in March. Over that time Mike was forthright with the delays the manufacturer faced. When delivery was made, Mike stuck to the original price we had agreed to months ago. No increase to the new pricing from the factory. To us, this speaks volumes to the integrity with Mike and his staff. Fantastic buying experience!

Great experience with Timberlake RV! They went out of their way to find a unit that was being built by Winnebago and were able to grab it for me when it was finished being built. They also had the lowest price (without even having to negotiate) than any other dealership that I called. The process was very smooth and my salesperson, Connor, was fantastic to work with. I just felt very at ease through the whole process. The financing piece was very easy as well. Working with Carrington was very pleasant. I highly recommend doing business with this dealership. Give them a call and even if they don't have the exact model you are looking for, they can probably find it for you! Skip those giant RV dealerships and stick with a dealership with a hometown feel. It was well worth the 3 1/2 hour drive to pick up my new Winnebago Travato. They even picked me up at the airport after I dropped off my rental car.

I flew from Alabama to Virginia 4 months ago to purchase a new 2023 Gulf Stream. While they went out of their way to get the sale, sadly that was where it ended. They had to put me up in a hotel the first night because the motorhome was not ready. As soon as the AC was turned on, sawdust blew all over the interior. I agreed to pay for a scotch guard service which was obviously not performed so they did agree not to charge. The camper also required service which they never did and wasted my time by having me drive the 700 miles to their location for 2 different scheduled repair appointments only to be offered excuses once I made the trip. Ultimately, they deferred me to the manufacturer and not once followed up to check on the situation. And they still owe me items from a 'We Owe You Sheet'. Buyer beware unless you are willing to pay $90K and be treated with a 'you aren't our problem now attitude'. Very poor customer service once the sale is complete.

The purchase of my RV was a pleasant experience. The entire staff was great. I highly recommend Timberlake RV for a purchase but do not expect any service repairs. I have been waiting over three months to get my van repaired. As of this post, they do not have an onsite mechanic. Otherwise, they would have five stars.

My wife and I were interested in getting an RV but really didn't know much about them or where to begin. As fate would have it, I took a job at Timberlake RV - because what better way to learn about rv's than to be hands on with them on a daily basis.So glad I did!I've learned sooooo much in the past 3 months and I feel like I've only scratched the surface. The staff is amazing to work with and they're always willing to lend a helping hand. The owner is a hands on kind of guy and is constantly striving to improve the overall Timberlake RV experience.There are some awesome plans in the works for the upcoming year, and I'm really excited to be a part of it all.Great people and a friendly atmosphere. I love being a part of this team! It truly feels like family here.

Mike and his staff are awesome! We were there with a friends truck& camper to trade in & pick up a newer truck camper. One off and one on. Back on the road in a little over 1:25!

Everyone of the guys at Timberlake RV were great and accommodating. We searched high and low during this COVID time for the RV that was a perfect fit for our family.Mike was fantastic. The RV was ready for pickup at the time that was communicated. The RV was as described and the process was made easy.We will be returning to Timberlake as customers. That should say quite a bit considering we live in New Jersey.

A+ experience from start to finish with Mike and his team. Highly recommend for purchasing your next RV. We brought home our new Micro Mini downsizing from our Class C and couldn't be happier with the camper and all it has to offer. Conner gave excellent customer service and was very knowledgeable about their RVs. Best in the area!

Not happy at all. Customer service seems to be an unknown concept. Purchased a used unit, had to wait over three weeks for promised repair/maintenance after numerous calls and requests. Had unit home 3.5 weeks and same problem appeared. Again numerous calls and several weeks and still no response. Not waiting anymore, will go to qualified mechanic and not deal with this company again.

We drove 6 hours from upstate New York, passing a hundred other RV dealerships, because of the outstanding price, service and communication skills of the staff at Timberlake. Prior to picking up our Winnebago I called Mike on a Saturday night to leave a message to call me back on Monday. He answered the phone and politely answered all my questions while sitting in a restaurant with his family. Now that we have our camper at home I have contacted Mike several times with questions and he is always available to provide knowledgeable support.

Robert took our call and reacted very quickly to our need. We were here from Ohio when our door entry lock broke on our class A. Unbelievably, Robert had the exact entry lock set needed to get ours replaced!! He even followed up after the sale to make sure it fixed our unit. I would highly recommend Timberlake RV and specifically Robert to take care of your needs! Thanks again Robert you were awesome!

We can t say enough about Timberlake RV. Our experience was great from the moment we said hey let s stop here and check them out. Mike is very easy to talk to and listens to what you want out of your camper... and lucky for us he s had it right on his lot. The entire staff takes their time explaining the trailer and pointing out helpful points. We also have to give the service department a great big thank you. Larry in that department was so professional assisting us with a brake install that was done incorrectly by another company. The communication with Larry was open and honest. We really can t say enough about the entire company. Please do yourself a favor and go see Mike and the crew for your RV

In my opinion, Timberlake RV ranks as one of the best RV dealerships in Virginia. I am a first time RV er and was looking for a travel trailer that met my family s needs. After deciding on the make and model of travel trailer I wanted to purchase, I began to check local RV dealerships in my area to get a feel for pricing. I decided to search outside my local area and found Timberlake RV on the internet. After reading their reviews, I contacted Timberlake RV sales. I explained to my sales consultant (Mike) that I was new to RVing and what travel trailer I was in the market to purchase. Mike was very patient with me and explained all options available on the travel trailer I sought. Mike also outlined my options for financing. When Mike quoted me the price for my trailer (2021 Winnebago Micro Minnie 2306BHS), I felt the price was extremely fair and well worth the distance to travel for the savings. On the day of delivery, Mike and his staff greeted me like I was family. During the pre-delivery tour, Mike explained to me the operation and function of every component (inside and out) on my travel trailer. Mike even provided me useful tips that aren t written in the owner s manual. The financing department process was smooth and uneventful. Finance did not try to sell me a lot of extras. In closing, My experience with Timberlake RV, Lynchburg, VA was awesome. The entire staff was very professional and eager to ensure my needs were met. Without hesitation, I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase an RV. My sincere thanks to the entire Timberlake RV team.

Being in a similar business I know how difficult some customers can be and I m no different in the end. My family was on a campaign vacation and found that our current camper which we loved just didn t fit our family any longer and we were in need of something larger. I found a model that fit our needs so on the 4th of July I submitted a lead not expecting a reply as it was a holiday, to my surprise I received a call. I sent my information on my trade with some pictures and the next morning I was promptly called with a fair trade figure. Our conversation was swift, taking the required information for financials, I was approved within the hour. Personally I am very much a instant gratification person and couldn t wait to get our new Freedom Express 23BHS, so all the guys rushed to make it happen while I traveled from our campground to their location. They had everything ready and braved the heat, humidity, then storms to get my hitch installed and get us on the road and back to our vacation. Thank you everyone at Timberlake RV for your assistance, we appreciate your hospitality and customer service more than you know.

My wife and I purchased a new Little Guy Max travel trailer in September 2022 from Timberlake RV in Lynchburg, Virginia. Mike Horne was super to deal with, as was Bob Guckiean in Service/Parts. Highly recommended. Please tell them Gerald & Denise sent you. :):)

Great experience, we had called ahead and put a deposit on the travel trailer we wanted. They had it ready to go and the paper work started when we got there. We were finished with inspection and paperwork within about an hour. Very helpful staff helping us get the hitch set up and educating regarding all the features and how to use. They didn't push for unnecessary warranties or extras. Price was very competitive and the trailer had all the features. Only issue we had was that masks were not worn inside the sales building.

Bought my first travel trailer from Timberlake RV. Great bunch to deal with. Everything went very smoothly and we were out camping in no time. My wife and I searched everywhere within a 200 mile drive from us and Timberlake had just what we wanted and at a lower cost! Will definitely give them the first chance in future.

We just purchased a Winnebago Micro Minnie 2100BH from Timberlake and the entire process was fantastic! I drove 6 hours each way to do business with them because I received the best deal from Timberlake, even though I have a Winnebago dealer 20 minutes from my home. They treated me great throughout the process and I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another RV from them.

We bought a Winnebago towable from this dealership in December, 2020. Can t begin to say enough positive comments about Mike Horne and his crew. They have an amazing inventory and the price was well below anyone else on the internet. On the day that we picked up our Micro Minnie, Timberlake RV had everything set up and ready for us. Mike gave us a thorough tour of our new camper, and showed us all of the features. Checkout was a breeze, and everyone there bent over backwards to make sure that we were happy.If you want a great price and great service, Timberlake RV is the place to go.
