A message is sent out detailing the issues found and the cost to fix each issue. You may choose to accept/decline services. Offer complimentary transportation home to wait while vehicle is at the shop to be inspected. I was able to call and speak with the service technician immediately with questions about different services vehicle needed. Very friendly and courteous staff.

Every department was extremely helpful and polite. They gave me a loaner car that was comparable to my Atlas and allowed me to have it the entire time. From sales to service, Terry Volkswagen has been great to work with.

Absolutely stunned to say the least. These people have went above and beyond today in ensuring that my vehicle is serviced and I'm not carless. The service department here is top notch. The lead technician, Adam, and the main service advisor, Chase, are some of the best in the business when it comes to UNDERSTANDING and listening to their customers' needs. I can rest easy now knowing that the job will be done correctly.Even when everyone else in town said they "couldn't fit me in", and "it can't be done", Terry VW did it for me

Recently purchased my THIRD Volkswagen from Terry VW and every time I am completely blown away at how amazing the whole process goes from start to finish! This is the place I will be using from now on for maintenance/inspections. They let me come in on a Saturday with no appointment on such a short notice and were extremely accommodating. The guy who checked me in was extremely friendly and helpful. They have a huge waiting area with comfortable seating which made the wait better (only had to wait because I was a walk in which they made me aware of when I called). I highly recommend them!!

Polite, Courtesy and fixed several items as Promised as well I purchased a cargo cover and looks amazing. The dealership gave me full tank of gas when my VW was purchased and I received a sympathy card from the passing of family member as well as a gift card from from Adam, Jennifer and Landon. Very thoughtful and appreciated. Thus far I am pleased with service.

I had a wonderful experience thanks to Chase Davis. He always goes the extra mile to make sure my vehicle is in tip top shape. He is definitely an asset to the dealership. I would highly recommend going to Terry for all your vehicle service needs. They always look out for what s best for the customer.

My experience with the VW service department was truly outstanding. They were courteous, timely, and explained the process to me every step of the way. Service Manager Jason Horrell listened to all of my concerns and gave me multiple ways to reach out should any questions come up. Service Tech Adam Smith exceeded expectations with his detailed report of what was going on with my car. I am so grateful for their help. It was well worth the extra drive time to Lynchburg for the amazing customer experience at this location.

More training is needed about EV and incentives. A good tutorial about what features the car has would be helpful.More info on where to charge and how the Electricity America program works would have be beneficial. Kinda felt like I had to do a lot of research.

The service was fine. The communication was lacking. Dropped my car off at 930 am and they never told me when it was done. Even after inquiring. I also never received any communication about issues they found. I had to show up 10 minutes before closing and ask if my car was done

When I took in my car for basic services all of them were done very quickly and thoroughly. During the tire inspection of the safety check they found a nail in my tire and ordered a new tire. When the tire comes in all services will be completed. Thank you!

Terry was on my side when it came to leasing my new 2023 VW Tiguan. I came in because my car at the time just wasn t cutting it for me. I was interested in a few different vehicles when I came to Terry. Kevin and Shawn were very patient with me when I was choosing the right vehicle and made sure I was comfortable with my payment. This sales experience was like no other. There was zero pushing me into finalizing the sale, and they both made me feel I was family.

My best friend purchased a 2024 Subaru Crosstrek here a week ago. Vernon was the salesman in charge. Vernon made our visit here very pleasant and happy. He is a wonderful guy with an upbeat, positive, and helpful manner. He alleviated all her fears and concerns. Professionalism at its best! Thank you, Terry's Subaru, and especially Vernon! I called multiple times on a Friday in order to get a service question answered which did not happen. I called back this morning only to find out the appointment coordinator will not be back until Monday. I understand being busy but to call numerous times within an hour and get NO HELP is ridiculous. Their parts department told me they could not get a part that another dealer ordered for me and I had it in 3 days. If i had another dealership to go to i would. But hopefully i can get someone to answer the phone one of these days.

Buddy and Chase provided excellent service that was efficient, considerate and kind: above and beyond! As someone who knows very little (basically nothing) about mechanical work, having lights come on my car is super stressful. Buddy and Chase were so helpful, walking me through the options and helping me figure out logistics. At different times, they both went above and beyond with their service. In the end, I paid less than I was expecting, and the repair included more than I anticipated. The technician, Caleb, did a great job with diagnostics and test drives as well.Previously, I have had an experience that was not as good, so I HIGHLY recommend asking for Chase as the Service Advisor, the times he has helped everything has gone so smoothly.I am so thankful for how well this last repair went! It was a positive experience for sure.

Service was fast and efficient. I appreciate the extra feedback on items that should be focused on completing on a time frame needed bases i.e. spark plugs should be changed every 60,000 miles for optimum performance etc. While they may not be addressed on the current appointment, they can be budgeted in and focused on for upcoming repairs. I would also like to note out that the shuttle is one of the main reasons I utilize Terry VW Subaru. While I can get cheaper service at "other" shops, the ease of dropping off, following up and having a shuttle to/from work makes the appointment top tier in regards to ease of mind!

I ll start off giving one star, because I have to. 2018 Volkswagen came out withthe Betta Getta Jetta so I got a 2019 Jetta! BRAND NEW!!! Now every now, and then my car would just jerk, like driving down the road it would jerk, like I took my foot off the gas, and hit breaks. I took my car while UNDER WARRANTY TO GET LOOKED AT OVER, and OVER. Time, and time they would say oh that s how Jetta s drive, or that s normal?!? Saying nothing was wrong! Now I m not under warranty, I do need a timing belt, but when I was getting my timing belt replaced a shop noticed I had 2 bolts MISSING LIKE GONE! Terry has told me that s normal, that it s normal for bolts to go missing! Then one bolt was barely holding, you could screw it on or off with your fingers! No tools! Just fingers! TERRY VOLKSWAGEN ALSO SAID THAT WAS NORMAL ALSO! Then he said that the Cam Phaser was the reason why my bolts backed out?!? Wait?!? Like so now I m going to have you replace my Cam phaser, and I can still have my bolts back out?!? Then I talked to a mechanic he told me he has never heard a bolts just backing out nor has he heard of Volkswagens just jerking, but Terry has people working there telling me that that s how VOLKSWAGEN DRIVE!!!!!CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE!

I would promote having a home charging system in place before taking possession of the vehicle. Because the availability of charging stations is very limited in many areas.

My car was there for a week and a half being worked on. I got it back late Monday afternoon and by Thursday I had to bring it right back. Engine light came back on and car was idling rough/ puttering (something it was not doing before). My Service Advisor Amber has been wonderful to work with though.

There s always room for improvement with all of us. I was taken in swiftly to address my issue. The team assured me I would be treated right. I enjoyed hot coffee and a relaxing environment while I waited. The Volkswagen gear was of good quality. And price. Thank you for making me feel special.

Everything went on time which was lovely. However, when I got into my car the clock and other features were not set. It didn t take long to do but it seems like an easy customer service step that would have been appreciated. They also left their paperwork in the car.
