I have to thank Dillon and Mary in advance for their excellent customer service. Initially when I called, Mary told me it ll be April, May before they could get my car in after a Deer accident. I started driving the car and noticed it was rubbing and Mary told me to bring it on immediately and they would look at it in 3 weeks! As soon as I got there, they got me all checked in and Dillon came out and did thorough inspection of my car and pointed out things that the deer did that I wouldn t had even thought to glance at! Sandrof has always done my body work so I really didn t expect anything less that but wanted to publicly shout thank them IN ADVANCE for a job I know that will be well done!!!

Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. We were kept informed wvery step of the way on our repairs. They did an excellent job with the repairs making our car look like new. Thank You Sandrof Auto Body for your Excellent Service and Excellent Repairs. It is nice to see such services still exist in the world today.

I am in awe! The estimated time to fix my car was longer than I wanted, but they called me early and had it done super fast! They went above and beyond, along with their customer service being phenomenal. I'd recommend this auto body shop for anyone! They explained what they did and had my car looking brand new, inside and out!Anytime I had a question, they were kind and quick to answer! 10/10

Superb repair after deer strike. The customer service was second to none, the repair was completed before the estimated time, and the homogeneity of the paintwork was amazing. In any light, from any angle, it's impossible to tell that anything ever happened to this car. I've had plenty of vehicles repaired; there's always a 'tell' somewhere. The only tell on this repair is that the newer headlight initially looked perfect compared to the older headlight, but polishing the old one makes everything look new. The big surprise was my first drive at night. The headlights are perfectly aligned, with a beam pattern as good as ever. Fantastic job folks, but I hope we don't have to do business again, LOL.

I struck a deer in rural Virginia, knocked out the radiator so I couldn't drive, I was far from home and my insurance was taking about a week before they could even come look. I had a family matter to attend to in New York. The staff at Sandrof were caring and compassionate and helped me get it all straightened out.Though it took some time, due to a backorder of parts that was beyond their control, I got my vehicle back in amazing condition. I was kept updated throughout the process and am completely satisfied with the end result. The professionalism and just good natured respect I found at Sandrof was welcomed and needed during a difficult time for me.Though I am not from the area, and may I never have to utilize their services again, I can't recommend them more if you are in the greater Lynchburg area and are looking for top notch auto repair.

We received exceptional service and support, and the overall job done on our car was outstanding. The staff was easy to deal with, and I appreciated the constant communication through text updates. The only thing that needs attention is the weekend voicemail, which loops twice before allowing you to leave a message. It would be better to start with a message stating that the office is closed until Monday. Nonetheless, we are extremely happy with the outstanding job and would like to thank you. Extremely disappointed in the service provided both absolute falsehood told to my wife and I by one of their employees today. After questioning the lie he began to backtrack his story and now my wife and I are back on the phone with insurance trying to sort out the truth and get our repairs fully completed. It is extremely disappointing that the repairs were not done correctly and when questioned about we were both lied to and met with a disgruntled response.

This was my first experience with Sandrof Auto Body and it was a good one. The staff was very nice and polite. Most of my communication was with Buddy and Joel and they always went the extra mile to make sure that the work done on my car was the best it could be. Hopefully, that was my last accident, but if I do have to get my car fixed in the future I will definitely take it back to Sandrof.

I have had two cars collide with deer since July. Sandrof has fixed both and they look great. My vehicles were insured by different companies and Sandrof worked flawlessly with both. All I had to do was file the the claim and pay the deductible.

They were awesome They knew I had to have my vehicle back by a certain day and they worked really hard and was able to have my vehicle ready a day before the estimate time they told me it would be ready. I was so happy and thankful I would definitely use them again if needed. Thanks Sandrof

What a awesome body shop along with their amazing team! From the time I dropped my car off I was greeted with such nice people Tommy did my walk around and estimate of my vehicle what a awesome person he answered all of my questions and put me at ease on the time that my car would be at the shop. They have the best communication I was sent updates on my vehicle daily and the work they did is amazing! Thank you all for all that you do!

I had an accident and Sandrof was recommended to me by a friend. They kept me informed through every phase of my repair. I was even able to drop in prior to my appointment and they fixed an issue that needed immediate attention. I really appreciated their care and good workmanship! I have my vehicle back and they have checked back with me a number of time to make sure I am satisfied. On top of it all they reviewed the bookkeeping between my insurance company and Sandrof and they issued me a refund! Blessing to Sandrof for blessing me!Service: Auto body & trim replacement

I scrunched up my right rear view mirror backing into my garage. From the time I brought my car in for an estimate until I left after the repair, Sandrof performed like they promised. Buddy was the person who worked with me and he was professional and respectful. I thought timing and price were excellent. They delivered what they said they would do and in the timeframe that they said it would be. I will certainly go to Sandrof again if I need body work on my car.Service: Auto body & trim repair

I hit a deer the same day my son was born. I didn t have the ability to focus solely on my vehicle as we had a thousand other things going on. My insurance company recommended Sandrof. I started the process and it was so easy. Once Sandrof got my parts in, I dropped my truck off and within the week, it was finished. I was in awe of how well they did. My truck looks like it did the day I bought it. They kept me updated each day too. Top tier customer service, work, and shop.Service: Auto body & trim repair

I was sent here for an insurance claim. They had to do some cosmetic body work on my car. EVERY THING ABOUT THEM WAS AMAZING. Their shop was soo clean and aesthetically pleasing. The customer service was outstanding. The guy I worked with was super nice and he was very detailed, informative, timely, and honest in his communication with me. I felt nothing but cared for and respected. They finished my repairs sooner than anticipated and I was very satisfied with them. Great work! They also vacuumed and wiped down the front cabin of my car. So, my car came back cleaner than it was dropped off as, which I really appreciated!!! They also handled my rental return for me. Summed up, I d give them 100 stars if I could!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Wonderful experience!Sandrof took care of me from start to finish.My rental got messed up, they helped me get into my rental when no else could.Touched base with me with the work that would be done and communicated with me along the way. Tommy was my technician and he paid attention to my requests and met my expectations. Picking up my car was easy when I felt like I had been running all day , they took care of me. They fixed a car I had years ago ..... Deer related. The deer did a lot of damage to my car. It was fixed like nothing had ever happened to it! Fantastic work. Now I have another car that my husband backed into with his gigantic truck. Looking forward to another great job!

I'm incredibly pleased with my car (it looks even better than before I hit a deer). If you're in need of body work done to your vehicle, I can't recommend Sandrof enough! The communication was top tier and they kept me advised every step of the way. I'm hopeful I won't need work done in the future, but if I do, I know where I'll be going.

Customer service is what made my rating a 4 and not a three. Work was nicely done. Had one issue. They replaced my horn and was not done properly. Took back and they fixed it within ten minutes. Got home and raised the hood to find that the shop had left my air cleaner vent disconnected, just laying on top of my engine. Other than that I would recommend them to do your repairs, just look at everything to make sure it is put back together properly as far as you can tell.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
