Got a lift kit and shocks put on my Jeep Gladiator and Alex, Drew, and Dale did an amazing job. This was the second service I ve got at RNR and they have been an absolute please to deal with each time. Very professional and you feel like the genuinely care about your car like it s their own. I d recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone looking to have tires, wheels, suspension, etc. done to their vehicle. Huge shout out again to Alex, Drew, and Dale for an outstanding job once again!! Keep up the great work fellas!

Great experience. Nate got me lined up with a set of new tires. I needed the front ones replaced, the back ones weren t needed yet. Nate told me they there were in decent shape and didn t need to be replaced unless I wanted to. I did choose to do all 4 because we just moved across the country and wanted tires that were suited for Virginia on my van. They only had 2 in stock at the store, but went and picked the other 2 up and got all 4 on same day. Nate wasn t there in the afternoon, but everything went smooth and pretty quick. The manufacture has a great set up and up keep for me too. Nice nice people in the store, even with my 3 kids in there getting antsy.

RNR is the best rim and tire shop in Lynchburg. They are honest and excellent customer service. After mounting my Eeinki wheels I thought I would need an alignment. That was not the case after the free inspection. Also prices are very fair. Cannot recommend enough

Alex was able to help me find the best solutions when I needed tires. He made sure to explain the payment plans and help me get the best for my money. The service was great. Many mechanic shops focus on the dollar and their own gain instead helping the customer. Rnr did not disappoint

Jen, Tanner, Zach, and Nate could not have done anything better!! They took what was turning into a nightmare at another company into the smoothest, most personable, most professional and pleasant experience I ve ever had. My work truck is my lively hood and they took it on completed it without a hitch. Progress reports throughout the entire process. I can t say enough good things!! Jen took my original call and followed it all the way thru!! Even on her days off!! Truly amazed that customer service still exists!! Thank you all!!

It was a great experience! The sales rep ( I can t remember his name- his desk is located to the right of the front desk) was very informative, prompt and helpful! The timing was perfect to get my tire repaired considering that I didn t have an appointment and I walked in. I will definitely be back to inquire about the time for my car..

Nate at the phone in the office and in person and Drew in the shop, got my tire taken care of quickly and perfectly completed, even put the spare tire back in the holder for me. Fantastic job and much appreciated saving the day. A nice modern and clean waiting area, complementary drinks and snacks, nice on a warm day out.

I went in for a a quote on two tires. The sales man hyped up the free alignment only with the 6 month no interest payments.He kept pointing out the tire price while glossing over the fees. He never mentioned that the contract was a rental agreement. When I asked he compared it to furniture rental like Rent-a-center. That was such a turn off, I would never want my business to be compared to a bottom feeding enterprise like furniture rental.The contract didn t have anywhere on it the total amount a customer would pay if choosing the 6 month rental plan . I had to ask several times for the total. He had to break out a calculator to add up the payments which came out to around $540.The price of the two tires which was the only number he kept talking about was $250. Some free alignment.If I hadn t pushed, I may have left convinced that I was getting a good deal.

I have n complaints. I know it's not cheap getting tires, especially when you desperately need 4. I delt with Nate when I went into the store. He was very service oriented and very helpful and he listened to what I need. He did also let me know what was included with the tire rent to own package. I can say I delt with RNR tires in Rogers, Arkansas and also never had any issues so was glad they I found this one here in Lynchburg.

Stan was the man! Ended up with a nail in my tire & RNR was the first place I called. Stan was hopeful & a reassuring over the phone & got me in immediately when I arrived. They were quick & attentive. The waiting room had drinks & snacks which made waiting for my car a pleasure! Thanks Stan for your help!

Stacy at RNR has been servicing my father in law and my husband on their vehicles. When I bought my Jeep I took it into Stacy and he helped me find the best fit for my budget and exactly what I wanted. I got wheels & tires! I highly recommend this company & asking for Stacy if you do go!!! Thank you Stacy!!!! I LOOOOOOVE THEM.

If you come here for rims, tires, lighting, lift kits or any other accessories, you won't be making a mistake. Every time, I have come in for service or for a new product, Nate (store manager), is on point. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Always able to make something happen or fit me in for that day. Can't go wrong.

I had picked up a small nail in one of my tires (still on the OEM set) and made an appointment for them to check it out. They were able to patch it and sent me on my way at no charge. Had a great time chatting while I waited.It was a minor repair repair that I definitely wasn't expecting to be free, but definitely appreciate. I'll be back when it's time to replace tires on our cars for sure.

I ve had great dealings with this company. They do a lot of work on my cars. One of the best companies I ve dealt with. Nate and Jen are my go to people love working with them and great customer service. I definitely recommend this company. I ve been very impressed with their work. Thank y all

These guys are great, I'm hard to please and they exceeded my expectations. Zach bright me up to speed that my tires I have been putting on my car are discontinued, and set me up with the new edition. This guy really knows his stuff. Stacey will also take good care of you. Plus they do more than just tires, suspension, brakes too....

Back for the 2nd truck at R N R Lynchburg. Nate has been absolutely awesome to deal with. There were shipping issues on the wheels we ordered, so they arrived late and I was unable to meet the appointment. Nate had Stacy pick our truck up and took it to RNR for a leveling kit and wheel swap. We really weren t happy with the 20x9 s , so Nate ordered us 20x10 s and done a swap to make us happy. THAT IS ABOVE AND BEYOND CUSTOMER SERVICE.!!! And we are absolutely ESTATIC over our new tires and wheels!! Thank you so much Nate and the entire crew at RNR! Let me start by saying that if you're looking for rims and or tires for your vehicle, then look no further. The staff was friendly and helpful. I want to personally give a shout out to the manager ( Tommy) , and the rest of the guys who helped me. They were Kirk, Deon, Zac, Gene, Tanner and Stan. The showroom floor is very nice and the waiting room area is nice and inviting.They have nice variety of tires and rims and will go over everything with you step by step to make sure you are happy with your purchase. I love the way my truck looks now and I will be back soon so they can install my nerf bars in the future. Before I went to Alex my car wouldn't start. After I went to Alex it does. He also told me what I need to do to make sure it continues to keep doing that.No one likes going to the mechanic but it's a whole lot better when you know it's getting done and it's getting done right

I called this place maybe an hour before closing on a saturday to check a leaking tire. They told me to come over and they would take a look and see what they could do. They not only took care of the problem they treated myself and my child with care and respect. More than appreciated as they could have easily told us to make an appointment or that they could simply just not help because it was so close to closing time. I have not even heard of this place before and because of how we were treated and the service received. I would highly recommend them.
