Had a friend go here to get their car fixed..they were told it would be around 275-300$ after all was said and done. The guy who runs the shop ended up charging them $525 because he decided to fix another thing on the car without authorization to do so. On top of that, he claims he can t give invoices out. I think this is absolutely ridiculous and they should have never been charged $525. I wouldn t go here if I were you..better off ordering your parts online and learning to fix on your car yourself.

Definitely over charged for barely any work to be done. Will never go back. A waste of money

I went there to have horn fixed and inspected, very nice and friendly. They gave me a ride home and picked me up as well. At a reasonable price. I'm very pleased.will use them again. Thank you BrentService: Vehicle InspectionService: Vehicle Inspection

I have always had a nervous feeling dealing with Auto Mechanics. I know almost nothing about cars, outside of the 710 cap.I recently found Pit Stop Auto Services and brought them a 20 year old vehicle to go through.There were some problems with the vehicle, but I didn't pay a lot for it, when I bought it, and wanted to get it in the best condition that I could, for personal and business use.The people I dealt with, from the Mechanics to the Owner, were not only communicative, but thorough and honest about my vehicle and what needed to be done.The final bill was a little more than we all expected, and they not only took it upon themselves to make some adjustments to make the hit a little easier, but also, because the estimate was more than what I expected, based on a conversation a couple of days prior, offered to work with me on payment.I didn't hesitate to pay the entire bill, on the spot. I won't hesitate to go back again, the next time I need something done and I won't hesitate to tell everyone I know to go there and get work done.Being someone who spent 20-30 years in a service/repair industry, please remember that they are great at what they do, and they will do it great for you too, if you let them. Calling a couple of hours after you drop something off for repair that you have not cared for for years and expecting it to be magically fixed like magic, not only.slows down the process of repairing your stuff, but everyone's stuff. Patience comes to those who wait. LOL Let them do what they need to do, in the time they need to do it, and you will be pleased as well.

Ron is an awesome mechanic! They are fast, reliable, and honest. He gives suggestions on what is and isn t necessary, and gives options for what can be done. Pricing is very fair. I won t take my cars to anyone else!

I m from out of state on my way to the jobsite when my truck started stalling out. Took it to pitstop and explained my situation of being out of town and having subcontractors onsite working. Had a tire seizing up on me and couldn t take it off. The guys here took it off in 5 minutes with a rubber mallet and no charge at all. Definitely coming here again!!! Honest work.

There is a reason I drive 20 minutes to take my cars to Pit Stop instead of sometime else closer to home. In my years with them, they've always done good work and I've never felt like they tried to rip me off, which sadly others have.

I have been bringing my vehicles there for years and I don't care where I live whether it's Madison heights, Lynchburg, hurt, danville and now salem...they get my business. I seriously love them...Frank is the most thorough mechanic.

Started out to be a good place until I made an appointment for state inspectionI got there 10 minutes before my appointment and was told they don't work by appointmentI will not be referring anyone here after this

Discussed rear brake pads to be replaced..called about the car to see when it would be ready, I was told later that day with a bill of over 300.00...this is because the rotors also got replaced without authorization from me first..thinking you've got got a 60.00 bill and it's much higher..other then that service was great and friendlyService: BrakesService: Brakes

Didn't hate it at all, made an appointment and didn't have to wait for them when I went in for appt. Do have to wonder why this service would ask " why did you hate this place"
