The young man helped us immediately as we arrived on the lot.We're just Looking, but he was Awesome!No one from the other 4 dealerships came out to even acknowledge our presence as we physically looked at many other vehicles.

Let me first say their sales team. Awesome. I loved my experience buying my car from them 3 years ago. But do NOT go to them for service. I only use them for my inspection because it's free and I guess that wasn't ok for them. They called me and said I needed new wiper blades or I would fail inspection. My husband and I had just checked my lights and wiper blades before going to my appointment. They were fine. But I didn't have a way to argue because I have a set schedule that runs the same time as their hours and I live over 30mins away so I just said go ahead and change them. $50 for mediocre wiper blades so I could pass inspection when mine were FINE. Hadn't been on my car more than 6 months. Not worth their "free" inspection. I will not be going back and I'll pay for an inspection from here on out somewhere I can trust the technicians.

Great for sales! Would not necessarily be my first pick for services and repairs but absolutely recommend their sales team for purchasing! Quality customer service and they really work with your financing. Not high pressure !

Good luck if you need service after buying a new vehicle. I had numerous warranty related problems and none of them were resolved easily. 4 trips for the same problem, just for them to tell me they cant "find" the issue. I had to diagnose the vehichle myself and tell them what it was before they "found" it. The part was not available like most things which is fine, but I was told 2 different times that they would call me when the part arrived and that it was "no need" to call them and that they would let me know. After 5 months I called to check and they had no record of the issue. My most recent issue, I was told I was out of warranty and it would be 2 weeks to even look at it. I contacted another dealer and they had it looked at the next day and everything covered under warranty. They only care about numbers and not the customers. I will not spend another penny at Pinkerton and will take my business elsewhere.

Buying vehicle is a very intimidating experience, but when you have a guy like Ernest Robinson as your Sales Associate you don't Have to worry about any of that stress. He was very knowledgeable, Very professional, and Not pushy at all. It was like sitting there talking to a old friend, I highly Recommend this man and anyone on their team, they'll definitely take care of you Thanks guys!!!

Went through the five stages of grief trying to get my car fixed. At one point it sat for two weeks without anyone even looking at it because they miscommunicated with my warranty company. What should have taken about 4 weeks ended up taking over 3 months. Was quoted half the price I ended up paying. I m still unclear as to what was done on my car and why it was done. Service staff was friendly, but not very helpful in the grand scheme. Oh, and I was told they didn t have a car they could loan me, because they didn t have any available .none .over the course of THREE MONTHS. As a young female customer, I felt like I was an after thought, not like any kind of priority, and frankly I feel like they took advantage of my inexperience with cars.

Terrible Dealership, Terrible Service,Me and my wife brought a 2015 Chevy Equinox from Pinkerton Chevy, Our sales person was James, James did a excellent job with our Sale, but not even with in two weeks our car was back in the shop for mechanical issues the vehicle was making a whining noise whenever you turned the wheel from left to right so they replaced the steering boot shaft. Picked the car up from the dealership not even an hour we took it back for the same noise issue. The service department kept telling us we had to pay for the issue to get fixed and be reminded it wasn't even 90 days of owning the vehicle or 3,000 miles they ended up replacing the rack and pennon luckily everything was under warranty. Then I took my Silverado in for a recall they said I needed ball joints and wheel hub and rear brakes to profrome the recall, so what's the front end have to do with a electrical reprogram? Needless to say I'll never come back to this dealership

Collision Center is terrible. I dropped my truck off 26 business days ago, with an estimate that said it would take 16 days to repair, and I still don't have the truck. Every time I email or call, a different person tells me a different story, so I honestly don't know what they are doing to it. I was promised it would be ready this week; when I called just now, the woman told me the exact same thing they told me last week. No one will tell me exactly what's being done and how long it will take. When I told her I was promised it would be finished this week, she was very curt and said "We understand". Apparently they don't. I wish I had explored other options.

Went to get the front license plate installed. Staff was super nice! Coffee and snacks, too Great experience. The bill ended up being lower than I thought. A+ I definitely recommend

I have had my corvette to the shop at least 4 or 5 times in the last couple of years and ever time I take it to the shop they fix one thing then when I go pick it up I can't even get home without having to take it backfor something else. They have made over $8000 from me. DON'T ever use them
