Showed up at 6pm(they close at 7) with a nail in my tire. Not from Lynchburg and no tools / jack / spare car at home (hotel). Thus I needed help. A tire plug takes 10 minutes. I would have done it myself just needed a jack. The guys working couldnt have cared less. Told me to go next door. If you are looking for tires / service I'd take his advice and go next door, they were great and stayed open to help me.

Victor and his team are amazing. My college-age daughter took her vehicle in for new tires and they treated her very well. Fantastic experience. Very honest and professional shop. Highly recommended.

I had a tire replaced with a screw in it. My tire was still under warranty, and was told they would replace it with that being covered.After bringing it in and getting a new tire they charged me for the tire and labor. They took a percentage off the price as I explained the tire wasn't even 6 months old and I had bought the warranty with it, and after they went through my glove box to find my receipt.After that disappointment, my tire goes flat the next day as it had not been properly sealed and placed on the rim.The staff is all new and very young, it appears they have no experience or knowledge. This place used to be excellent customer service and car service that I felt safe getting the best care and attention to my vehicles. I would not recommend this place simply for safety reasons along with they are taking advantage of their customers financially. This is my experience only at the old forest road location in Lynchburg Virginia.

They replaced our tires, but they also mangled our battery cover/air vent when they let the young apparently inexperienced mechanic check our battery which we didn't ask for and didn't want. They then told us our battery was almost dead, which we got checked and it was completely fine. After we called and told them about the mangled, melted battery cover/air vent, they ordered it to come a day before we leave for a road trip, but they ordered the wrong part. I would highly recommend anyone else. There are two other tire shops, one on either side of this one and frankly they can't be any worse than melting a part of your car that they shouldn't have touched in the first place.

I took my Mercedes there for an oil change and as usual, Mr. Victor and the techs always make sure my vehicle is taken cared of. If they see any issues, they don t hesitate to bring it to your attention.

My wife goes and gets quote on tires and alignment. When bill is ready it doesn t match quote and they tell me it s to late to do alignment come back tomorrow. Go next day for alignment and they tell me alignment machine is broke. Go somewhere else for tires and work.

After an unexpected event of loosing air pressure in my tire after a long trip. Mr. Tire stayed open past the scheduled closing time, in order to assist me. They swapped out the damaged tire with the full size spare. I am grateful to have had the assistance by friendly and efficient staff. Two days later, I returned to get the spare tire patched and flipped/rotated on the wheel, to match the other tires. This service was performed by Christian & team as a drive up with no appointment made. Their honest, efficient & capable service is refreshing. All service centers should be this outstanding! Thank you, Mr. Tire, for easing my concern on this trip. I appreciate you!

Went in for a tune-up for my old car and got a worn out motor mount replaced. This car has never sounded so quiet or drove so smooth in my four years of having it lol. I'm happy.

Outstanding service. They were quick, thorough and explained and showed me why I needed a new tire vs a patch. Like my tire was seriously jacked up and I didn t even notice. All in all, these guys were professional and courteous.

Been going to this location for the past two years for different things since I moved here. Yes Mr. Tire is a little bit more expensive on some things, but when Kerr tire was going to charge me $2,800 for tie rods brakes rotors ball joints battery and a bulb for my license plate to pass inspection.. I had the tie rods budget already set and went to you mr. Tire for a second opinion and they told me they can't charge me anything because the tie rods are fine.They could have easily taken advantage of the opportunity, the integrity here(at this location I cannot speak to others) is impressive and well worth the little bit more I pay for my regularly scheduled oil change

I am from out of town and noticed a low tire pressure light. They checked and filled the tire within minutes, but since the same tire was low the week before I asked them to check for a leak. They found it and fixed it quickly and charged me a very fair price! I was treated courteously and respectfully. I would definitely come back here if needed.

I found Mr. Tire because NTB did not have the required tires needed for the vehicle being serviced. The issue was an appointment was scheduled 1 week prior to the visit. The person working stated I chose the wrong tire size when there was only 1 tire size to choose. Instead of him admitting an error was made on the side of NTB, he continued to tell me that I had messed up by choosing the wrong tire size. After realizing he was a liar, I got my keys and left. This happen to be on a Sunday and NTB was the only tire shop open. I immediately googled other tire shops in my area and came across Mr. Tire. I reserved the appointment and took the vehicle in on Monday at 8:30 am. Mr. Tire did not have the tires in stock, but promptly communicated they could have the tires in between 1-3 pm. We accepted and left the vehicle to be worked on. The vehicle was ready before the estimated time having tire change and oil change completed. Mr. Tire, you have new customers. Service was excellent and vehicle is driving incredibly smooth!!

The shop staff are friendly gents, but unfortunately they don t take responsibility for damages caused during repairs. I spotted damage (see attached photos) when I got home an install of four tires, and the shop s insurance, Travelers, denied it happened. For being obtuse, dishonest, and foolishly proud, this shop has lost an otherwise happy and loyal customer.

Mike and the team over at the Old Forest Road Mr. Tire are fantastic and found my problem and got me fixed up within and hour. I've always received excellent service at this location and I know I can trust these guys to be honest and put in their best work to keep my vehicles going! If you want an auto shop that you can trust then this Mr. Tire is the location to visit.

This place is awesome. They've helped me out twice with a tire repair and the turnaround time was super quick. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable; they're also very patient with the old people, which I witnessed first-hand.

Christian was super helpful, kind, and got the job done. I needed to have some tires mounted and he pointed out that my front tires were facing the wrong direction and oriented them the right way. He and his team went out of their way to help me track down the correct tires and worked with me. I usually have bad experiences with shops but these guys were all awesome and super helpful and polite. Definitely will come here for all my car needs in the future. 11/10 service

Gave me a quote of $2300 to change brakes, rotors, caliper and wheel bearings. Took the quote to a reputable company and they laughed and quoted the same job for $1300!!!! They will rip you off!!!!

Awesome first experience! Fit me in on a busy Saturday morning and did not quit until they figured out my vehicle s issue and solved it! Great crew and attitude the entire time! Definitely will return when needed.

They are fast, friendly, and extremely efficient. I got all four brand new tires and an alignment completed in less than 1.5 hours! I couldn t believe how fast it was. They were very helpful and explained everything. I didn t feel like they were trying to make a sale off of me either. Wonderful experience and definitely will be going to them in the future for all of my tire needs!

I had a great experience at this shop! Everyone who was working was kind and very helpful! I felt that the advice given for how to proceed with the maintenance on my car was in the best interest of me and my safety. I definitely recommend this as a place to get all of your maintenance needs done! Big thank you to Mike and his whole team!

I took a tire in to have it checked for a leak and repair. When the technician put my car up on the rack to put the tire back on, he discovered a leak in the rear differential. I immediately made an appointment at the dealership for service, as it was still under warranty. Would never have discovered it if not for this young man!!!Not the first great experience here; and will continue!!
