Very small waiting room, only a handful of chairs available for customers. No courtesy coffee or vending machines available. No current magazines; thank God for cell phones. The TV was playing Alf! Alf, are you freaking kidding me? Employees professional, but not exactly friendly.Computer diagnostic, 4 spark plugs, ignition wire set, coil pack: $642.66.Shop supply fee: $39.00 "This charge represents costs and profits to the motor vehicle repair facility for miscellaneous shop supplies or waste disposal." $39.00 to get rid of four spark plugs?I usually go to the Mr. Tire location on Fort Ave, and I've always had a pleasant experience there.Wait time was about two hours, not bad.

Their service was not bad and they were able to change the tire of my car pretty quick; however, i had 2 issues with them.1. I had to come back home after I went to the first appointment on last Saturday, because they were short staffed. I totally understand that the situation happens, but appointment is an appointment that I scheduled my car to be fixed at that time. They could ve called me earlier so that I could reschedule that, not after waiting in the waiting area for 40 minutes and was told they won t be able to change the tire on that day.2. Upon installing a new tire, i checked my tire pressure and it was reading 40-43 psi, all different pressure from different tire, even after a while of driving. My car requires 34 psi for all tires. I went to sheetz and re-inflated the tire to 34psi, since they did not put the tire pressure correctly.None of these are not major safety concern but definitely something that they can improve. Overinflated tire can cause the problem in some cases, it just needs to be double checked. Service itself was good, they were able to do complementary check with various component of car, changed tire pretty quick and manager was kind but some things were notable. Overall, i would visit again depend on the situation and which service I want.

I have been a customer for a number of years. Up until my last 2 visits I have been very happy. Took my car in with a rattle under my car. Second was my van inspection and oil change. Not room to tell everything about each visit. I will not use your business again.

the employee up front was very kind. however, I needed a patch job on my tire and they told me I needed a whole new tire, like they wanted to get $250 from me rather than do the only job i needed done. I took it somewhere else that same day to get a second opinion, and they patched it up like it was nothing. not happy about this.

My rental car got a flat and the company had it at Mr Tire. I needed to get something out of it and the rental company told me to call Mr Tire, and I did. The guy that answered the phone interrupted me before I could finish the question and told me it wasn't there. When I asked again, he interrupted me again and asked me why would he lie to me. Good question. The next day and drive there and there was the rental along with my belongings. Why would he lie to me is a good question.

Best service I ve ever received from an auto shop! Great price, got me right on the lift for diagnostics. And had my car out and finished the next morning. Eric and the guys are some of the best around!

Well I took the car in in October 2023. 1st Mistake was mine for even taking it up there. However it became a monstrous debacle after that. No one wanted to communicate, I had to order a part myself as apparently they didn't do the leg work to get a part from chrysler, there was a lack of communication, work started without permission or contact. Lies about when the car was even in the bay. So certain thing were then to be done at cost one of which was adjusting a park break. It's January as I write this. The park break still not adjusted as supposedly break pads fail and rotors are a mess (something else that was supposed to be done at cost) and not completed on the rear wheels but when I took it back to adjust the park break I advised clearly this was needed in order to pass Inspection.. wasn't done. They charged for the inspection they were only supposed to do after the requested labor on the park break.They also created a laundry list of problems that competitors cant find and others told me are flat out not valid. Needless to say the inspector is apparently padding pockets and the shop under the management of cody is clearly disreputable. Joel was fabulous Erik was iffy. This new guy, well the whole place seems to be a dumpster fire.

Appointment made Monday for 4 tires on Wednesday, arrived and no tires, said I should have called 1st to make sure, said they don t even know about online appointments until the customer arrives and they pull it up on the computer. Don t recommend Mr Tire to anyone.

Came into town from NOVA. Noticed that I had a flat tire. Called one of the ONLY shops open on a SATURDAY! Thankfully they were open. I was not going to drive back on a spare tire! They fit me in quickly and was able to help fix my tire. Great staff as well! Will be using this shop in the future!

Mr. Entirely too SLOW has let me down on both occasions. The Timberlake Rd. location installed 2 tires on my 2 wheels that I brought in, when they finished the mngr. said "no charge". When I got home to mount my tires, I found out they were installed backwards. That's why there was no charge. They did reinstall correctly for me, but that's not the point. They knew the tires were installed backwards, and they assumed I wouldn't catch booboo. My 2nd trip, they had me wait 60 min., and my car never made it inside a bay. No excuses because they had 4 empty bays. I'll NEVER GO BACK!

Excellent service given when do the state inspection, they do gave me full check list of the vehicle which was great, you should get an appointment befor you go in.

Truly disappointing. Had brand new tires put on in June and had a great experience.I go back today because one of my tires continues to have issues and I m there before they opened. When I finally get inside, I m told that the car will be looked at when the guy comes in at 8am. For over 30 minutes, I watched the guys that were there stand around and do absolutely nothing except talk. I wait a little bit after 8am and go to the front counter and the guy says yeah idk when he will be here after already telling me he would be in at 8am. I asked for my keys back and left. The customer service I received today was awful compared to June when I dropped my car off to have tires put on. The guy this morning needs to learn some basic customer service skills. I called Timbrook Automotive which was about 2 miles away and they were extremely nice and helpful on the phone and pulled my vehicle in as soon as I got there. I definitely won t go back to this Mr. Tire location.

Recommended by a local; I'm new to town. I needed a quick fix of a tire, and the guys handled it quickly and gave great service.I will be returning whenever I need tires in the future.

I'm using my wife's Google account so I can recognize the outstanding service provided by the Mr. Tire staff. It was evident as soon as I entered the facility. The staff is professional and enjoy what they do. The camaraderie was obvious. Now, all of those traits wouldn't matter if they didn't know vehicles. But they do and we were very pleased with their work. Thank you, Mr. Tire!

This place is great. My husband is here all the time and just bought tires from them and they have been so polite even after a couple of no-shows for the appointment! If they have a service I need, I will go there first! Thank you guys for the good work!

The guys at the Timberlake location were awesome. They got my car serviced in a matter of minutes and I was back on the road. The Fort Avenue location also helped to reprogram my tires. I visited two different locations, but the Timberlake location got my vehicle fixed and I was very satisfied with the service.

It was the worst service I ever had. Manager Kelly was lying. I did my engine oil change here, and everything went okay. But when I drove back home, the power steering was off from center, it kept going left. There was no issued before I visit here!!! I brought my car back here, and asked "Did you guys reset the alignment?" Their answer was 'NO'. But on my inspection paper, it says "yes". I saw one worker do the 'test drive so recklessly'. I keep watching it, and he just parked ' in front of the lift', not on the lift for about a min. And a desk worker just came to me and showed me the picture of computer screen which shows tire pressure. she said "Everything was OK". I asked her " Did you guys put the alignment device on and check? Because I kept watching my car and saw he did not even lift my car up or put the device on. But the answer from her was '"Yes, we checked it". I told her " I kept watching my car and he did not even lift my car on, and put the device on." She was so confident lying she showed me a picture and said, "it is perfectly fine now". I asked her," Could you show me what device he uses? She took me to where my car was, and said "Because He is just so fast". I did not want to keep arguing with them. So disrespectful, lying, careless. The quality of service and honesty is awful. After visiting here, my car power steering is off center now. You guys can check tire alignment on the ground without device within 3min? Awesome!!If I can grade them lower than '1', I would not hesitate to give them lower than '1'.I am so disappointed with this Mr.Tire Timberlake service.+I called them again, one of manager said "I will talk with my supervisor and, he will call me back in 10�min"They never called me back.

Would definitely recommend! Received excellent service from making the appointment to arrival and checking out. We will definitely be back for all future tire troubles and oil changes. The staff was phenomenal and very nice to work with. They identified my issue and kept me up to speed through every step of the process. I really appreciated that I wasn t trying to be unsold or talked into things that weren t needed. I felt very respected. The place up the road wanted to charge $70 just to look into my issue. Mr Tire assisted me from the start, thank you!!

We re a family of four and we flew in from California to Washington DC, drove to Virginia and were on our way down to North Carolina. Our tire popped and we were stranded on the side of the road, calling the rental car company to get a tow truck for us, which never came because it took too long so we ordered a tow from Mitchell s Towing company, recommended by Eric from Mr. Tire when we called them. A state trooper waited over an hour with us by the side of the road until we got a tow and drove us to Mr. Tire to get it fixed. This tire shop closes at 6, so we thought we wouldn t make it. Turns out we get there right at 6 and the people here were so kind, they took the car in, took care of us and had it fixed in 20 minutes. At the end, we asked how much it will be for all this trouble and they told us not a penny, just to leave a good review. Thank you to Eric and his crew for not leaving us stranded and helping us out. My mother cried when they told her they won t accept any payment. Thank you so much for your hospitality. This is something we never get in California so it s incredible to experience. Definitely give this tire shop a visit because they are great people.

The last time I bring my car there. I was told yesterday to bring it in the morning. I did. They said they would call me and tell me what they found wrong. At about 3pm I called and they said they hadn t gotten to my car yet, but it was next. I got off work at 5pm, still not call. I finally call at 5:30 to be told they won t get to my car today and I can make an appointment tomorrow.When I got there, the gentleman at the desk just walked up to me and handed me my keys, no explanation, mo apology nothing. I asked why hadn t my car been seen and he said they had appointments all day. I told him I had one too. He asked if I could leave it overnight. No, I have to get home. I really needed the car fixed today and had I not called, my suspicion is I would not have been notified at all.
