This place is horrible. I went there this morning for an oil change and I was totally ignored. It was like I was invisible. I pulled up behind a vehicle that was in the bay and workers walked by and didn't even acknowledge me. I even went into the office to the counter and the guy didn't say anything to me, so I got in my car and left. Avoid this location at all costs and go to the Jiffy Lube in Forrest instead! Excellent friendly service there!

UPDATE: I contacted the email that you provided me to make it right and have received no reply. I emailed you on August 31 about this situation and no one has taken the time to reply to me. Also the person in the picture holding the filter is not the man that discovered the drawing and the wrong filter in my car so the man that you are trying to pass the blame to who so kindly provided actual quality service to me is not the person who drew on the filter. The man that found the filter originally was not holding a pen. The other person that discovered the drawing showed it to me immediately upon finding it. This picture was taken after I requested to see the filter for a second time to get a picture so that I could report it. I have given plenty of time for my email to be responded to and the only thing that you all have done is try to avoid accountability by passing the blame on to someone else.Got my oil changed last time at the Jiffy Lube on Timberlake. Let s just say you can t make this stuff up. I asked for synthetic blend and didn t find out until I went to the Take 5 instead today that they gave me full synthetic without telling me. I had wondered why it was so much more expensive at the time but just correlated it to the price of everything rising. Then one of the employees changing my oil at Take 5 brought the oil filter to show us and not only did Jiffy Lube give us the wrong oil and up-charged, they drew a gross image on the filter seems like they take their job as a joke or something, but if it s something that I ve bought and paid for, it s probably not very smart or cute to do this to someone else s property. I will be taking my car to Take 5 from now on. They were much kinder, more professional, explained in detail everything that they did, and had us in and out quickly for a much cheaper price.Service: Oil change

I will never again take my car to Jiffy Lube. I took my car in for an oil change, and a week later my car was overheating so I had to take it into another shop. The mechanic found that someone had put oil in my coolant reservoir. I went back to this Jiffy Lube, where I had just gotten my oil change a week prior, and told them about the situation. I was very respectful and understanding, I told them I understand that mistakes can happen and just asked them if they would be able to look at the video footage from that day that I was in their shop. The guy I originally talked to was very understanding and told me he would reach out to the general manager to have him pull the footage and see what happened that day when I was in the shop. A week went by and I never heard anything from the GM. I then called the shop and they told me that would reach out again to the GM and he should be contacting me shortly. I still never heard anything from him so I went back in person again to the shop where I finally talk directly to the GM, Luke Underwood. He apologized for never contacting me about the situation in the beginning and made the excuse that he was having technical, software issues and hadn't been able to reach out to me. He then asked me about the situation and I told him how oil was found in my coolant reservoir and cause my engine to overheat. He asked for the invoice from the other shop from where they discovered the oil and told me he would reach out to the shop and try to make this right. He also told me he would check the video footage from their shop that day I was in and get back to me. A few days later, Luke emailed me and just told me there was unfortunately nothing he could do because too much time had gone by and he wasn't able to check the video footage (which was their fault for not handling the situation from the beginning when I told them my concerns), and he also told me he didn't think my engine overheated due to them pulling oil in my coolant reservoir. He wasn't even willing to call the other shop and discuss their findings. I was very disappointed in how he handled the situation. He showed no concern or even slight willingness to assist a genuinely concerned customer. I am very disappointed from how this was handled and Jiffy Lube has forever lost my service due to this. Minimally, it would have been nice to have received a full refund for the oil change that was in question, but I was told there was nothing they would do for me. I would strongly recommend anyone who cares about their vehicle to not take it to Jiffy Lube!

Good with oil changes and tires. Had a power steering pump replaced. It has wined since day 1. I reported it and was told they could replace it again but I d be charged for it again! Had emergency brake work done. I just had to have the same emergency brake serviced again because one of the cables was wrong (too long). This Jiffy was the last one to service that emergency brake. I moved out of the area and have had to get this work done again (brake and pump) because it wasn t done correctly the first time. I don t give 1 often but paying for the same work twice is unacceptable.

Both the front desk worker and gentleman who drove my car into the garage were ery friendly and respectful. The garage workers worked diligently and were finished with my car in under an hour. I had my oil changed and the radiator fluid flushed. Great work overall!

I got my car inspected here at the beginning of June. I also asked for a full synthetic oil change and tire rotation. It took 4 hours for me to get out of there. 2,800 miles later my check oil light comes on. Pretty sure they put the wrong oil in my truck full synthetic should last quite a bit longer. Would not recommend this place.Services: Tires, Oil change

I unfortunately did not have a great experience at the Jiffy Lube on Timberlake Road. I took my car in for an oil change a few months back and had my boyfriend change the oil when it came time for the next. The bolt was impossible to get off with a wrench and the cap had profanity written on it. I contacted the general and district manager and all they could offer me a $10 off coupon in which was also offered to anyone on their website. Since I had already paid a lot for my previous oil change and didn t want to pay for another bad experience I took my car to a more reputable garage. I won t be using Jiffy Lube in the future.

I got right In ad figured it would take awhile. I was surprised when they called my name so quickly. A very nice surprise. The employees were very nice and respectful. I was shocked at the cost of the service. It was my sons car and just had them repeat what he had done. He likes the better quality oil. Last time I had an oil change it was half the price , but not owning a car explains that. The sitting area was very clean and comfortable. They even offer coffee

Do not recommend using this business at all. They are con artists that will invent problems with your car to make money. If you are female they consider you prey walking in the door. Must have your wits about you if you go into this place. Had a very negative experience with them and hope no one else does. I fortunately had enough sense to go to a different mechanic and not pay what they wanted. The other mechanic just laugh and said well that s jiffy lube for ya. There was both wrong with my car.

Outstanding work ethic from the entire crew. Got me in and out in a very timely manner. I had my oil change at the end of July and went back there for my state inspection at the beginning of August. They told me they fixed things during my inspection that either ended up not being fixed at all (that I did get charged for) or were poorly fixed. After my inspection went wrong, Albert and Mike were incredible and got me taken care of. However, I had another mechanic look at my vehicle after having continued issues after Jiffy Lube supposedly fixed the issues. The other mechanic noticed my brake fluid cap was missing and spilling fluid underneath the hood of my vehicle, and my headlight was still not fixed. I called and expressed my frustration yet again to Jiffy Lube, and luckily Albert said he d take care of everything AGAIN. The day of, my mom helped me out by taking my vehicle in just to get the fluids and headlight situation taken care of and the general manager was the one to assist. He was not the friendliest and told her that they had already ordered a cap for my brake fluid. Yet there was never any mention to me that they had ordered it or that it was missing as I had no idea that was missing until a different mechanic pointed it out to me. They also told me they fixed things the second time that they never actually fixed. The whole situation has been a disaster. I trusted Jiffy Lube for four years since I ve moved to Virginia and will never return. The poor quality and poor communication altogether of a simple oil change and state inspection is baffling. Thank you to Albert and Mike for being so awesome as they were the only ones that actually cared about my vehicle s care (hence the two stars). I am so disappointed as I loved taking my car here but things have really gone downhill. I do not recommend getting anything done here, even a simple oil change!Service: Oil change

I went in for an oil change and left not being able to shift my car correctly. The store manager and area manager both refused to take any measure of responsibility. My car was working perfectly before they touched my car, and once in their possession it no longer functioned properly. Good business would assume to take responsibility and compensate the customer. Avoid this specific location at all costs, and I would avoid the company as a whole if this is how they operate and are ok with treating paying customers.Service: Oil change

Tennant was friendly. Seemed to be a lot of confusion and communication chaos between the technicians and customers. My wait was unbelievable long when this was to be a short stop in my schedule for the day. Prices are high and be cautious of the extras they try to push on you. I usually went here to get a quick oil change, quick is no longer a option. Be prepared to spend a waste of time here if you plan to use this service in the future.

So the regular workers there are amazing they helped me patch a tire for my girlfriend before she got back on the road to go back home from the holiday... When there old boss pulled up everything switched up he was completely unprofessional!!! He wanted me the customer to spray off hus parking lot from the foam that came out the can of sealant... He was totally rude and talking under his breath when he realized I wasn't hearing anything he was saying. Great customer service from the guys working there but they have a terrible boss!!!

Came in for state inspection and an alignment, had to get 4 new tires to pass. Had issues the day I got the car back. Took it to another shop after I was fed up and found out the directional tires were put on all the wrong sides and the alignment wasn t fixed. I drive 1.5 hours to work everyday kept feeling so unsafe battling hydroplaning from wrong facing tires and a crooked alignment that I thought was fixed. Thank you Harris tire for fixing the issues

I always use this Jiffy Lube because the employees are so friendly, honest and knowledgeable. I recently got my car inspected and Jacob Hale walked me through the repairs I needed, helped me pick out a part that was not readily available and completed the necessary repairs quickly at a very fair price.I am so impressed by his service and the friendliness of the front desk agent (I believe his name is Major) Thank you!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Oil change

This is the absolute worst place to bring your car for anything. They grossly overcharge for oil changes. Not sure what made me come back for my state inspection, but waited almost 2 hours for completion.Would not recommend. At all.

This was a horrible experience for me. I use to go to them a lot but this last time pushed me away for good. I went in for a regular oil change, as I was waiting a young gentleman came in to say we're almost done. I asked him how much it would beban got a price I wasn't comfortable with. Of course I asked why. He told me they used an oil that I had previously used last time an got a new filter. Never was I asked which I wanted an boss went out to get an air filter without my permission.The reason I was given this particular oil was before they were out. permission. This 5 star review is for Albert at this Jiffy Lube location. He was very professional, courteous, and helpful when I talked to him on the phone. He went out of his way to help me with a tire close to closing time. When I interacted with him at the location he demonstrated humility and integrity. Jiffy Lube is lucky to have him.

I'm always so happy with the service here. The staff are so friendly, and the service is fast and honest. Today was even better than usual. They weren't busy and the new guy helping me was so helpful and took a lot of time to make sure I got everything I needed and didn't do things that I didn't need. The employees at this location are friendly, knowledgeable and do their best to get you out of there as soon as they can. In a span of 1 week I took 2 cars there to be inspected. No appointments, but I was out of there in less than 45 min each time. Every other place I called said "You can drop it off and we will get to it tomorrow sometime ". I would highly recommend this location. I'll be back :-)
