Steve and the team at Endurance Auto have been taking care of our family's vehicles for well over 10 years now. They have handled both routine maintenance as well as larger repairs. I appreciate the routine inspections and have found that I can trust the service recommendations they make. Endurance isn't the cheapest or closest shop, but I keep going back because of their honesty, competence, and quality of work. Endurance Auto remains our go to place for maintenance and repairs to keep all our vehicles running well.

Great service as usual from Endurance. The repair requirements were extensive and yet you did it so quickly and everything is working better than ever now. The price was very competitive and the parts quality is great too. Thank you.

First of all I have to say that Steve the owner is wonderful and has always found fixes to problems that no one else seems to be able to fix.However this past time we took our highlander here for inspection I mentioned when dropping the vehicle off that the left rear passenger window was not going all the way back up. It seemed like it was off the track. I asked if they had time to look at it and tell me what it needed. Fast forward and on our quote it was almost $300 to replace the window motor which was what they recommended. My husband decided to do the job himself to save a bit of money so we ordered the motor ourselves. He took the whole door apart and nothing was wrong with the motor itself. It was just off the track so he adjusted this and put the door back together. Problem solved. However, I took another look at our invoice and we were charged about $70 for specifically diagnosing the window. Now knowing that there was nothing wrong with the motor it seemed like a bad diagnosis. My husband called to get a refund and the response back was that they always recommend replacing the window motors regardless because it's a long term fix. While I understand that I don't know why we were not given the option to not replace it if it was still in working condition.Furthermore if that is the standard advice, why was this not just told to us at the beginning? We paid for them to look at the vehicle separately so this $70 fee on top of all the other work we are paying for seems odd to me? We were told we would receive no refund for this. On top of this when we went to pick up our vehicle after hours (paid prior to pickup and spoke to receptionist who said keys would be left under drivers side mat and car would be locked) and the key was not there. This is at least the second time that I have been told my key would be in the vehicle when it was not.Overall it seems to me that a refund should have been given or this situation should have been handled differently. We have taken our vehicles here for years so it seems silly that this small refund would not be issued to loyal customers.I also agree with some other reviewers stating that the prices have gotten much higher over the years.Having said all of this, I would still like to point out that Steve is great and he has helped us many times over the years with difficult fixes so I'm very grateful to him! I feel sad having to leave this review, but I'm hoping he reads this and some tweaks to communication can be made moving forward so that all customers have a great experience!

Endurance Auto was amazing! I needed a trusted mechanic to handle my daughter's car problem & navigating it from out of state. They were amazing for communication, genuine & very attentive to helping my daughter navigate her first big car problem as a young adult. She is a Liberty student - don't hesitate to send your child here for repairs!

Thank you for your accurate and quick service! I know for a fact if we had went anywhere else service would have been slow and I probably would have had to wait until the next business day. 10 out of 10 I would definitely recommend to everyone I know in the area. Needed daughter's car repaired while she was attending LU. Had to handle everything via email and phone. Excellent greeting on phone. Excellent communication with their all digital system. Literally from the greeting on the phone to paying the bill, it was just a smooth and awesome experience. I have never had better service than what Endurance Auto provided in all my years of needing vehicles repaired. Family owned and it shows! Highly recommend!!!

I do like endurance but I have not enjoyed my experience the last few times. I ve been going there for years along with all of my family that used to go there. Every time I go in, there are huge amounts of additional work that is found and the prices are astronomical for each. There were 5-7 additional things they recommended for my car, which had huge price tags. You can decline the additional jobs but the prices are extremely high.I was also told not to blow up my car because I opted out of some of the expensive repairs and I told them I was going to get that repair done elsewhere due to better pricing. A valid concern but also is a strange way to talk to someone.My family has also had the same experience. I thought maybe it was a one off or just an abnormal day for the company but time after time it has become a pattern.Appointments at endurance are also hit or miss. My boyfriend dropped off his car at his appointment time and it was so many hours later when they had told him it wouldn t be long for his oil change. It took him an entire day to get his car back and then there was an issue with giving him his keys back. There was always an excuse about being very busy or backed up with other repairs or appointments but I don t see the point of an appointment if it s going to take all day or past the quoted time every time. Totally fine with dropping off the night before and just coming to get it when it is done but there s no point to the appointment if it will take the same amount of time without one.Also my boyfriend and family member have paid their fees and were told they could pick up their vehicle after hours and said they would leave the keys inside. Showing up to pickup the cars were always a disaster because the keys were not in fact left in the car, shop closed and even calling the manager had no response. This meant we had to leave, go back to see if we had a spare key and go back to the shop again and then returning the next day to get the original key.I understand mistakes happen but now it has happened 4 times between my boyfriend and sister. It is hard to keep being loyal when it feels that things keep being overlooked.Not sure what happened the past couple of years at endurance but prices have skyrocketed and customer service is hit or miss.

Endurance Auto has always been an incredibly honest and fair shop. I've been using them for a while now, and even though I now live in Amherst, I will still drive too them for any car related need. I love that they have after hours drop off and pick up. Can't recommend them enough.

Endurance was very helpful and knowledgeable. My vehicle broke down on a Sunday, I left car and key in the handy drop off. We got an email on what was wrong with the vehicle and it only took 2 days . We are very happy with the work ethic of Endurance and the vehicle is doing great

I won't go back. I went there because my friend said they wouldn't rip me off, but they did. They did a diagnostic test on brakes, tires and that wasn't the issue at all. It was my blower relay. They were gong to charge me 2 x more than it cost.

They were thorough and up front. I personally feel they are overpriced but they seem like nice people. The only negative part of the experience was that when I came to pick up my car once they finished servicing it (which took two days), my car was unlocked in the back parking lot, even though my keys were in the office upon picking it up. I located Endurance after multiple attempts to find a trusting shop to do major work on my Jaguar XJ. This auto shop has been amazingly helpful and has been very responsive to all questions. Steve and his team are fantastic. They are very honest with excellent communication. They have done a significant amount of warranty repairs on one of my vehicles and always made sure I was well taken care of. It's great to have a shop that you know you can count on and trust.

Endurance has been our go to auto shop for a long time, but in the last year that has changed. It used to be a fair price and good workmanship.And whie they have always taken care of the issue in the end.We have now gone months, with our car door not opening, as they "fixed" the wrong part and it was still broken, said the part needed was cheap and they wouldnt charge us for the new part, forgot to order the part, ordered the wrong part, delayed again, and finally charged us a few hundred for a different part.I have been charged 300+ for them to tell me there was rust on my battery terminal that was preventing them from doing a diagnosis.... why am i being charged a high diagnostic price to tell me you cant do the diagnosis?And there are many more stories like this, wrong parts, delays, confusion, wrong communication, over charging, failing to put the engine mount back together all the way after fixing something. All in the last year or two.Im not sure what administrative changes happened, but we are now looking to bring our business somewhere reliable and affordable.

Impressed with the communication. After diagnosing the problems, a full estimate was provided via email/test. Based on the inflationary times we live in, cost was reasonable. Endurance Auto Repair is a little out of my way, but worth the drive. Steve and the team at Endurance Auto Repair and Tire came to my aide after a local dealership said I needed a new transmission! Steve reached out to me and reassured me that the situation was not as bad as the dealership had made it out to be and helped to calm my anxiety and saved me over $6000! They provided me a loaner vehicle and had my car fixed over the weekend! Steve is an honest mechanic who cares about his customers first as people and then fixing their cars! I cannot thank Steve and the team enough!

Great service. Great demeanor when entering especially for me being a woman. Most auto repair places in the area try to talk to us like we are dumb. But not here! And very knowledgeable and also looked into my Maxcare and let me know that I m still covered and looked everything over in case anything needed repair under that. Definitely recommend them to everyone!

Fantastic customer service, very fair and honest pricing. We needed very quick service unexpectedly when passing through, and they went out of their way to help us out with two new tires for our (loaded) horse trailer. Thank you for helping us out on such short notice, and sorry it tool so long to post a review! 10/10 would recommend and would go again if needed.
