Performance Collision did an excellent job repairing some damage to my Subaru Outback. They were friendly, professional, finished the repairs ahead of schedule, and kept me informed twice a week on the progress. They worked smoothly with my insurance company and I love that they are right next to a rental car company so you can park your car for repairs and walk next door to pick up a rental! I don't want to have to return for any future repairs but if I ever need car repairs done, I'll come back to this company!

Best experience ever! They kept me up to date twice weekly about the progress of my car. I got my car back 3 weeks earlier than expected and to make it even better, on my birthday!!! The work done on my car was phenomenal, made it look brand new again. My subaru aftermarket emblem came off during repairs and performance ordered me brand new ones and even put them on for me. I work in the car industry myself and all I have to say is that the entire experience with performance was truly iconic. Way to go guys! I appreciate you and all your hard work!!!

Dropped off my car on January 31of24 and didn t get it back till march 26 and they killed my battery and didn t offer to pay for it they just said it was just apart of the business it s hard on batteries. Quality of work was good but took way to long wouldn t recommend there service.

Alexandria, Diana, and Paul are very talented and wonderful people to work with. They work hard to get your car fixed. Mine had a lot of damage and took a month to come back, but they never gave up. If you need any repairs they are the ones to go to! Performance Collision center. I'm hoping to get my husband there to have his painted! Thank you all!

Brought my car in for repairs on Oct. 25th following an accident. I had forgotten about my appointment until they called me same day to remind me. They were polite and understanding and told me to just drop it off that day when I could. During the next 3 weeks, they updated me twice weekly on the progress on my car, which was greatly appreciated. At one point, the aftermarket Subaru emblem on my trunk was peeled off and Performance ordered me brand new ones for the front and back. I was given an estimated return time of Dec. 6th. So imagine my surprise when they call me on Nov. 13th telling me my car was ready. To make it even better, it was my birthday! They all wished me a Happy Birthday when I came in for pick up, which was incredibly sweet. I got to leave my rental keys with them and they even took care of getting the rental returned for me. I work in the sales industry where how you treat people matters most, and I have to say that the wonderful people at Performance offered me the best customer service I can say I've ever had. Truly iconic. Looking over my car, it looked brand new again. Absolutely beautiful. The work is top tier and worth a little bit of a wait. Thank you!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Horrible. Took vehicle in for a quote, lady took a 15 second look and gave us an extremely high price, without putting any effort in at all. We took the vehicle in for 2 other quotes. People who actually took the time to do their jobs and the quotes came back at 1/3 of what Performance Collision came up with. If the technicians are as lazy as the lady that gave us the quote, we'll never use this place.

From the moment I spoke with a staff member I was amazed at the service and professionalism of this crew. I received a call each afternoon updating me on the progress of my auto in the repair / paint procedure and they did everything they said they would do. My car was ready earlier than I had been told and it was perfect. Repaired to perfection and showroom immaculate. The people were so friendly! Timely repair and was great to have my car back all in one piece at a fair price. Car looks great and I m grateful it was done in the estimated time so I could get it back on the road. Alexandria was truly a life saver. She listened to my story and how I was done wrong by another shop. She did everything she could to help me. Unfortunately, in the end, my vehicle was a total loss. But within a week she got me and answer so I could move forward unlike another shop that sat on my vehicle for over a month. I would recommend Performance Collision Center to anyone needing work done.

They did a beautiful, very professional job of repairing my vehicle, which was hit from behind while parked in a lot at my job. I'm very pleased with the repair, it makes my vehicle look like it's brand new again. On top of that, they washed and polished it, AND vacuumed the inside before giving it back to me. The job that they have done on my car was honestly better than when I first got the car. The car got back to me with a fresh paint job and all repairs better than I thought it would be. Very professional, and every Monday and Wednesday Alexandra would send me updates on the status of my car. Highly recommend this place for all of your repair needs. My husband hit a deer and it caused significant damage to the front of the vehicle. We were told upfront it would take longer than usual with a back up of damaged vehicles. We totally understood. We were notified twice weekly by text updates. The staff was very friendly and professional. When the vehicle was ready for pick up at the estimated date it looked awesome! First I did not have my car fixed here but I think I would . I had an issue with getting an estimate done for my vehicle through the insurance app. And took my vehicle there for them to just Wright the estimate and the front lady and the estimater went out of there way to please the insurance company and get the estimate wrote for me even though they knew I was not having the vehicle fixed there that was amazing great people the world needs more of them .

Had service with them done in February of 2021 for accident damages, went through insurance. Performance Collision timeline to get my car back went from a little over a week to an entire month. Their communication was terrible and any update I had to call myself to get.The worst part is, once the issue was all taken care of and payed for, or so I thought, they call me 3 months later to say I have a remaining balance left with them, even after I had already paid them. No communication regarding the remaining bill, I paid in office and was told everything was taken care of only to find out months later they lied and came to collect. Would not recommend Performance Collision to anyone who expects competent service that is timely and accurate. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhereService: Body & Trim

My experience here was very professional...my car came back to me looking like it had just come off of a showroom floor. I appreciate everyone at Performance Collision as they even went as far as calling out to rental agencies to get me into a rental before they took my car in to fix it. Daniel is an amazing man was very honest does really great work but unfortunately my car wasn t repairable was a total loss. But for all my other future body work and repair I will most definitely go to him very clean organized family oriented and has a heart of gold so I highly recommend him for all your car needs

Brought my car here for repairs to my roof and bumper after dents and scratches were found after leaving my car parked on the street for a weekend. The customer service rep was super helpful and kept me updated on the status of my car throughout the entire repair process. Performance Collision handled all communications with the Geico claims adjuster, which alleviated the burden of me having to negotiate with Geico to complete the repairs. They told me over a month ago, my truck would be ready, and now everyday I call to get an update it s something new, and it s a back and forth story. Would not recommend going here unless you re okay with waiting over a month for vehicle. They take on more business than they can handle so it causes severe delay on your vehicle. Went to pick up my car and it was still damaged they tried to buff a chip out of my door handle. Left the car there till they fixed it and go back to pick it up next day and still had not fixed my door panel. Then they said they didn't touch it but they would fix it for the inconvenience.
