I had the best experience of "real" customer service that I received in quite awhile. I am from out of town and was visiting a family member over the Easter weekend. My check engine light came on. Seth said he could work me in. What a great individual. I would highly recommend this service department.

We broke down while on an out-of-state trip at the worst possible time. The service employees- especially Walter- were so kind and understanding of the time crunch and the fact that we were stuck with all of our kids. 10/10 would recommend

The person assigned to me was Dan and he was super helpful and friendly! The place had some complimentary snacks and coffee. Overall great service for a good price!!

Love having them service my car! Thorough and professional. When they do our oil changes and state inspections, they have been proactive in letting us know what is coming next so we can prepare. They also get permission prior to doing any work, and the time and cost estimates are correct. My challenge is making an appointment, which requires me to call on the phone and leave a voicemail, so that someone from their office can call me later to set up the appointment. I couldn t answer that call, resulting in phone tag. This scheduling process discourages me from scheduling with them.

Took my car and started work on it as soon as I arrived. I was done in a timely manner. They had changed the check out a little bit but it worked. I feel like my overall service was good but the warm and fuzzy feeling four years ago when I got my car was not felt today.

My state inspection is free since l purchased my Honda Pilot there. The pul-in service was great on this cold day. They were quick, less than an hour. They checked out other aspects of the condition for safety, too. I got to visit with my salesman Luke! Great experience. Terry

Very pleased with the service I received. Everyone was very friendly and professional.The waiting area was very clean and bright. The free drinks and snacks was an added benefit. When the service was completed, a clear explanation was given as to what was done and the cost. Check out was quick and easy. Thank your for such fine service.

I brought my C-RV in for its 120,000 mile service. The service advisors were friendly and courteous and kept me advised of their progress. My C-RV drove better and was more quiet after they finished.

The work on the car, pricing, and amount of time were great. The problem was customer service. This was my first time and things were not explained, when I asked about a workspace (they told me they had when I called) they just said, yeah they re just past the customer waiting area. I wasn t sure what desks were for employees, what was for customers, needed an outlet and when I asked about that was just told, yeah there are ones with outlets. Couldn t connect to the internet and when I was talking to an employee about that, he looked and saw I couldn t connect, but then disappeared on me and never returned. Finally, when the gentleman came to get me since my car was ready, he said follow me and then took off while I was getting my bags together and I had no idea where he was going. Each and every opportunity the employees had to provide customer service, they dropped the ball and what they delivered was sub-par.This was my first time here, I just moved and have always gone to Martin Honda in Newark, DE, whose customer service is top notch. To be clear, no one was rude, they just made no effort to provide customer service, and for a first time customer that was very frustrating.

A much better experience than a few months ago. My state inspection was done in a timely fashion as promised. Maybe last time was just a bad day. I ll continue to use CMA for service on my CRV.

My dislikes: Noone answers the phone. Always a call back; asked for tires to be rotated but they were only inspected. Response was that are only rotated on every other oil change. I think at 10,000 miles that they would have improved life if rotated. My likes: Waiting room is nice and well supplied with drinks and snacks

The work was started promptly at the appointed time and completed in less than the estimated time. I was charged what I had been told. The staff was courteous and the entire process was very smooth. Very satisfied.

Unable to start engine after I fueled up. Finally cranked but needed quick service prior to an extended trip. CMA quickly assessed the problem (battery on its last legs) and had me rolling out on time.CMA has a great service department and service advisors. Highly recommended.

There was a yellow light on the dash I didn't know what it meant. I was told it was my tire pressure was low in one tire. They checked it and there was a nail in it. They repaired it. Everyone is so friendly and helpful in every way.Would you please put my account in my name. I have been a customer for years, and yesterday I received the best service I've ever had from Dan at CMA. He was patient and helpful and took the time to explain what I needed and offered options if I wasn't ready to take everything on at once. It was by far the most positive experience I've had. It's amazing how a personality and the right person paired with expertise can make such a visit an entirely different experience. I could not have asked for a better experience at CMA' Honda. The only thing that could really use some big improvements is the detail and clean up crew. They were to wash and detail my new truck while the paper work was being completed. When I went out to transfer old truck to new truck it was almost funny. You could tell the truck hadn't even been wet. Dust and dirt you could write your name in was still there. Inside had spots on the leather interior and dog hair. It was pitiful. I showed our sales person this and she got the manager to go out to have them do it again. It was some better the second time but nothing to write home about. Finally we just left and the next day I had to clean the leather interior and vacuum the dog hair up out of the carpet. Wiped down the entire inside till it was good to go. I really didn't want to show my family and friends my new truck looking the way it was.

I had a wonderful first experience getting my car serviced at CMA s Honda of Lynchburg! They make the whole process so quick & easy, and the employees were very nice as well. I left extremely satisfied, I won t take my car anywhere else to get serviced! :)

Oil change; thought needed tire rotation also. No rotation needed; tires wearing evenly. Tires will need replacing soon. Service was excellent. All personnel helpful and courteous. Price for oil change and tire check competitive. Will be back.

I am growing increasingly frustrated with CMA since buying out Billy craft. You get a feel that the culture has changed. For instance, when you call service now you always have to leave a voicemail and then they will call you back hours later when before you always were able to speak with someone. Today I took my van over knowing about the diagnostic fee, but given that the problem had persisted for several weeks, I felt assured that the service department would be able to identify and fix the issue however, apparently did not present itself to the technician. Very frustrating. In addition, the diagnostic fee has jumped to almost $140-$150 when it used to be less from my recollection. It s these things like this that continue to lower my opinion of CMA and the direction of this Honda dealership. And I m giving them two stars because they were able to fit us in this week however, extremely disappointed that I just threw $140 into the trash.
