Jason and Katy were incredible to work with! Jason takes pride in his work and you can tell he is detailed and experienced. They quoted me cheaper than large chain companies and spent the time to make sure the job was done right with safety being their biggest priority. I would go back to them in a heartbeat!

Everyone I encountered was kind and knowledgeable. The young lady was helpful and called when she said she would. She was outside waiting for me to arrive at my appointment time. Jason, the technician, told me what he was going to do and gave me great instructions for after I got the car home. They also honored the price I had been previously quoted. The crew at C&T Auto Glass did an excellent job of replacing my windshield, and in the process left my vehicle spotless. Their customer service and communication are both top-notch. While I hopefully won t have to replace my windshield again, at least next time I ll know where to go.

They were very helpful and nice when they replaced my windshield, but I quickly realized my wipers were not spraying wash fluid. After looking under the hood, they did not hook up the hose to connect the wipers to the reservoir. Not sure if they realized this or not but I am sure this is a step that they do routinely being a auto glass shop. I ended up having to take off my tire completely to reconnect to hoses because one hose fell into the wheel well. I m wondering if they didn t fix it because of the extra work they would have had to do. Very frustrating that they let this slide.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I have used C & T Auto Glass for both my business and personal use to replace windshields on vehicles. The service is great and the job turn around time is faster then expected. I would not hesitate to use them for your windshield needs as well. Nice work guys!

Great communication and got me in quickly once they had the windshield needed for my car. And when there was an issue with the replacement, they made sure to get it fixed up ASAP. We are from Texas and just moved our daughter to Liberty University. During the drive from Texas to Lynchburg we had a large rock hit our windshield and created a crack with runners. We had limited days in Lynchburg with our daughter but wanted to get the windshield taken care of before we left. We were very blessed to find C & T Auto Glass. The owner was extremely helpful and very honest. He was able to order the windshield same day and they replaced it the next day. Extremely fast service and all of their staff are very friendly and helpful. They perform top-notch service. If our daughter's truck needs any other maintenance or repairs while she is in Lynchburg we will definitely have her take it to C & T or Laslie's. The Christian music playing in the shop was an added bonus!! We were blessed to find this company and would highly recommend them.Service: Auto windshield replacement

They have the most competitive pricing in the area by far. However, it was a little difficult to get scheduled as there was some confusion going back and forth and the lady was late for my appointment. They do not work with rv glass replacement. Windshields or any type rv glass is what I was told when calling.
