Highly recommend you avoid!$100 a day - my old car was towed here and they charged me $100 a day, they had it almost a week and did not do the estimate for the damages. They stated that they would have to tear apart the car, when the only part that was damaged was the front left side.

Always a pleasure working with the folks at Turner's Body Shop. They are professional, thorough and warm to work with. Have had a vehicle there four times and the experience is always positive!!!

Very professional! They do what they say and they are good about keeping you updated about costs, insurance scheduling etc. All the employees we interacted with were helpful and knowledgeable. We have used Turner's before, lots of deer running around in the Mountains of VA, and they have always done a great job for us! Highly recommend!

They do great work my truck was perfect when I got it back. They keep you posted and up to date on the progress of their work by texting you pictures as they go. I will return for any future needs.

Update - Again I find myself back at Turner s. This time for extensive repairs on my Subaru from a deer encounter. Turner s remains consistent in their superior customer service and work. I know they guarantee their work if I am to have any issues. Can not recommend this family run business enough!Hands down some of the best service I ve ever received from any industry. Plus my car came out great!!! They go the extra mile to satisfy their customers. Overjoyed with my Turner s experience.

From the time I dropped my vehicle off until it was finished I was kept up to date on the progress that was being made. Turners did amazing work and the friendly staff made this awful situation go smoothly. Had the best experience possible for having had a fender bender, my insurance allowed me to choose where my vehicle was fixed and of course I chose the most referenced local shop, Turners, and I couldn t have been more pleased. They kept me updated via text with pictures too! I dropped my car off on a Monday and it was completed by Friday and looks great! I even received a goody bag upon picking up my vehicle! Would highly recommend to anyone needing auto body work done!

Very pleased with the service I received! My Jeep looks great! Continued updates, friendly service, timely return of vehicle, and best of all, they made me feel they were working for me, rather than the insurance company. Even received a gift bag from them when picking up my vehicle. Thanks so much for the great job!

I can't say enough about the quality of workmanship you receive at this shop. Also, they are incredibly friendly. Everyone, down to the receptionist, made me feel like I was their most important customer. You even get a swag bag of goodies when you pay thi bill! I loved the entire experience and, though I hope I can keep my car intact, if I need a bodyshop again, there's no way I would go anywhere else.

Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff. I was there yesterday for an estimate and both Matthew and the woman working in the office, were super kind and helpful. Highly recommend. Will definitely take all of my business here and tell my friends to do the same

These guys made my first and hopefully my last car repair easy. I admit I know nothing about vehicles but they made this simple. They explained the process thoroughly and answered every question I had. If you need a repair, please consider Turner's Body Shop. They truly have been great to work with!

A deer collided with mt Fusion. Matt provided an estimate and dealt with the insurance company. Once everything was ready to go, I received updates on the progress of the repairs. Truly disappointing experience at Turner - they sprayed my hood and door; both were delivered with defects and the estimator Matt assured me the issues would be resolved at a future visit. I returned to have the hood wet sanded and polished, and despite their attept to address the damage their team caused, ended up driving home with a hood absolutely covered in sanding scratches and swirls, The owner refused to look at the hood, let alone discuss it - he instead played this interesting game of 'lets talk about your bumper and how many miles are on the car'.I wouldn't recommend them to paint a used wheelbarrow.Service: Painting

Excellent work and service!!! It was a pleasurable experience - the repairs to my car were done faster than expected - they walked me through the entire process with my insurance company. I have mixed feelings about my experience at Turner's.. I have heard several positive things about Turner's, so I wanted to support this local business. For the most part, the staff treated me courteously. All of my questions were answered about my vehicle's repair. The repair time was completed in a timely manner. Prior to picking my car up, I checked out the paint color and realized the front half of the car did not match the back half of the car (shocked and upset is an understatement). I was not satisfied with the quality of my repair. I reached out to Matt initially and his concern was, "who is paying for this"? I felt as if as I had to fight to get my car one color, and that should not have been the case at all.. After contacting my adjuster, he decided it was up to the shop to make this right. I then immediately went back to the shop and spoke to Michelle who addressed my concern immediately (THANK GOD)! They ended up blending the paint so it wasn't quite as noticeable. In the end, it looked MUCH BETTER. The work was finished very quickly. If Michelle had not stepped in, I feel as if my concern would not of been addressed as quickly as what it did. Thank you Turner's for fixing the paint issue! I would definitely give you guys 5 stars had there not been an issue with the paint.

I would never recommen this place to anyone. They were supposed to clean the car for 150.00 and took paint off in 4 places. Said they were not responsible that the paint was bad. It went to them with no paint missing and came back a mess. Had water running on my head from the door jam and water stains from shampooing and not drying it. I should have just done it myself. To me it was nothing more than a big rip off and very unprofessional.

Turner s Body Shop put all my worries to rest. They were clear with communication throughout the process and made everything so easy. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for expert service you can count on. Totally worth the 45 minute drive from Harrisonburg!

I can t say enough about how easy they were to work with in both getting my car there and in picking it up. And although it is a distance, I would come back. It is worth the trip over the mountain. The people there are caring and personable as well as doing great work!!

I had Turners work on two vehicles (Jeep / Mercedes) at the same time. The office and repair staff took a personal interest in dealing with adjusters from two different insurance companies. The repair work was pristine and guaranteed for the life of the vehicles. I could not have asked for a more pleasurable experience. They treat you like family and keep you informed each step of the way. 5 Star rating is not high enough. I give you a 10 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I came into town for a family event and my car was accommodated for detailing....It came back so clean!!I do not want to drive it back cross country. I was also able to schedule a future appointment for a family member later this month. This family owned business will always be my go to for collision and detailing services.

Pretty much the only body shop in area, they can handle everything in house and are completely honest with you. What out for your insurance, and make them understand that there are not many options in this area when in comes to body repair. They have taken care of 3bprior cars of mine and have done great.
