We broke down coming up 211. I had a feeling our transmission was involved but confirmed our coolant reservoir had certainly cracked. I called our roadside assistance number who set us up with Steve and his assistant, Dennis. They came out with a semi tow truck and safely towed us, our pets and our truck and trailer directly to our site in the campground we stayed at a few miles away. The great thing is we didn't have to pay for the truck since only our RV was covered for assistance as Steve got us a "two for one" deal! When he mentioned owned a diesel shop and could help, I thankfully agreed for him to tow our truck to his shop (ironically only a few miles from our campground). Unfortunately for us, our transmission had failed but Steve and his wife, Carolyn, were able to source us a Jasper transmission the next day. They had us up and running within three days, new transmission, fixed coolant issue and overall check over. Super friendly, professional, caring and compassionate, I will gladly make the two hour trip for Steve and his crew to service our truck again. Highly recommended! Thanks so much, Steve, Carolyn, Dennis, and crew!

My father-in-law was stuck 2 miles from his house and his insurance company said it would take 2 hours to get to him. We called Steve's and he was there in 10 minutes. Highly recommend.

Steve was so so kind and helpful. We had to get towed off the mountain late at night. He kindly helped us not only with our car including repairs but also helped us find accommodations to stay the night. Price was reasonable

Steve of Steve s Automotive and Towing came through for me when my insurance company was unable to deliver a tow to me for several hours. He went above and beyond in ensuring that I was given a tow within a reasonable amount of time and that I was given superior customer service. Prices for their services were fair. I would gladly work with this towing company again.

I can't say enough about how great Steve's Auto and Towing is! Our van with camper in tow broke down 5 miles from our campsite. Steve answered for AAA, loaded the van, then towed our camper to our campsite. He went out of his way searching for the part that broke, and finally manufactured one! The bill was very reasonable, and I would not hesitate to recommend him and his business to anyone. A true gem who helps restore your faith in humanity :).

AAA directed me to Steve s and they came and towed me down from an overlook in Shenandoah National Park for a blown out tire. Got there before the expected time, were extremely friendly, got my tire changed and I was on the road again. If you re stuck in a jam - I highly recommend!!Service: TiresService: Tires

Steve's towed me out of a snow bank on Skyline Drive. Showed up when they said they would, courteous and efficient, and stayed on site until I was safely away. I hope I never get stuck in snow in April again, but if I do, I'll call these guys.

These guys are fantastic! We got our RV stuck on a Friday evening and these guys were a life saver. They were very careful with our rig and got us unstuck in no time. Additionally, they could have overcharged us as we were at their mercy and the final invoice was less than I thought it would be. I hope I never have to use these guys again but if you do they would come with the highest rating from me. Great group of guys!

Got stuck on a snowy mountain and Steve's Auto & Towing came to our rescue and tow us down. Very friendly and quick service, definitely recommend if you end up in a similiar jam in the Shenandoah area!

Steve's Automotive and Towing helped us when our truck broke down in Front Royal. Aaron helped us onsite and he was very knowledgable and helped us make arrangements to get safely home. You guys are the BEST!!!

They had the truck for over a week and charged almost $300. Then had the same problem within 3 days of getting it back. They towed it and had it over 2 weeks and still didn't fix it. I got it back and the same day I got it back it still had the same problem. All they did was charge alot of money and towing fees and didn't fix anything!!!!!!

very poor customer service, did not communicate and bought a part without my consent and now trying to charge me over 100 more dollars then he had originally told me very dissatisfied definitely shouldn t run a business if your going to buy a party with out notifying the customer first!Service: Steering & suspension repairService: Steering & suspension repair

Friendly staff, can fix anything automotive. They offer light to heavy duty towing. They are also AAA friendly.

As soon as you pull into the garage you are greeted by wonderful friendly gentleman to ask every question needed you do not have to wait or go inside and make arrangements to pull your car in the garage it's taken immediately and I could give 10 stars to the service that I received if I could
