We had enjoyed a great weekend camping in Luray Va at the KOA campground. When we were ready to leave my truck wouldn t start. I called and Jennifer was very accommodating to our needs. They were kind enough to work us in their busy schedule. Without any hesitation I would highly recommend them. Great service from the mechanic (Chris I believe was his name) thank you. Excellent with diagnostics and repair! Have had both my Subaru and Toyota serviced here for small to major repairs with no issues following the repair. Randy is great with communicating the details of the repair and also with any findings from his diagnostics. Highly recommend this shop!

Great experience with my prius here! Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and took time to listen to my concerns and explain what was going on with my vehicle. Ethical, honest and trustworthy. Randy and his wife Angela are both cheerful and easygoing. Randy will explore all your options for repairs and explain the pros and cons in detail before starting work on your vehicle. I drive quite a way to have my car and truck serviced here because myself and my budgeting needs are treated with respect.

Very Impressed with the quality of work they did on my Toyota Tacoma 4WD. My truck had a lot of issues, exhaust, CVC Boots, an oil leak and had a real idling problem. Luray Import Service was able to diagnosis all of the issues and repair everything at a very reasonable price. Great Job ! I would highly recommend Luray Import Service and would definitely use their services again. Thanks! JOHN F.

We were coming from the Shenandoah Mts. and had car trouble. We made it to Luray and stopped at Luray Import Service, kind of at a loss. The technician on duty (I wish I could remember his name) was so helpful and kind to us and got us back on the road quickly. If you need help with your car definitely stop here. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Nice job on my car so far, but 7 business days to complete the job, with no written estimate or response to my phone messages, and a huge bill after I said I'd come and take it back, left me unsatisfied, so I'm not sure if I'll be back.
