I couldn't have asked for a towing and automotive repair service more professional, accommodating and friendly. Mr. Freeze went out of his way to tow my car to his shop on the Forth of July and had it fixed by the next morning! Excellent diagnostic and repair skills, and he even saved the old parts for my inspection. Just great service all the way around and the best prices I've ever seen. GB, Richmond, VA

We hit a deer up on Skyline Drive and they saved our trip from failure! Roger dropped what he was doing and changed our radiator on the spot, even late on a friday afternoon. So impressed. Amazing price and quick service. Honest prices and very caring people. Support this business like they supported us out of towners!

Best experience at any shop ever. Went late this afternoon to see if I could get an oil change. My car was in the bay in less than 2 minutes. Everyone was so friendly and very tolerant of my barking dog. The price could not be beat! Just moved here 6 mths. ago so had to go by the reviews I read and Freezes had many positive one. From what I experienced today, they were all very accurate. Going back next week for AC work.

I go here for all of my car needs. Mr. Freeze Is a exceptional person. Everytime I call to schedule an appointment he Is always so nice and works me In no matter what. Also not to mention very good on prices. An excellent place to bring your vehicle for a friendly and knowledgeable hand.

Called ahead to see if there was a long wait for vehicle inspection. Was told to come now. Got there & they said to leave it and they would call when ready. Waited several hours then called them. The car was ready but nobody bothered to call

I feel Rogers pricing is fair, especially his towing fee and he's always done an efficient job. I've only been there for car service three or four times; so far, I've never been e disatisfied with his work.

Freeze's Auto was super responsive when an animal chewed through the gas line of our car. They were able to tow and fix our car quickly and for a reasonable cost. Roger was super nice and we really appreciate his efforts. We would not hesitate to use Freeze's Auto again.

I highly recommend Roger and his crew. I took my old Jeep in with an intermittent problem I was afraid was going to be very hard to diagnose. Roger and his crew worked with me over a period of time and fixed it good as new, and without just throwing parts at it. I was very impressed. They were also friendly and very patient with me and the cost was very reasonable.

Me and my children were stranded with car trouble this past Sunday and Roger went out of his way to help me when no one else would and he got us back on the road as quickly as possible. A real gentleman! So kind and considerate in pricing as well, it was a pleasure working with this company.

I was a nervous wreck after driving back down the mountain at Shenandoah Mountain national park. I tried parking in a clump of grass...where there was apparently a wide tree trunk hiding underneath, and it scraped the bottom of my car, took off the cover, and unclipped part of my bumper, and it was a Saturday, so I learned that auto repair places are all closed, except for this one. God bless him for picking up the phone and telling us he d take a look at our car. I fully expected it to cost upwards of $300+, but it was very reasonably priced & he was extremely nice and helpful when informing us what was wrong with the car. Knowing this information helped with my anxiety quite a bit, especially with his caring demeanor. I ll forever be thankful that this garage was open! Thank you!!

Rodger is great, he's one of the cheapest mechanics in town does a job he does it right. If you can't afford his services he has been known to either lower his price or work a payment plan. You can't ask for more

Freezes is an amazing *auto repair shop. Attentive to their clients and great prices. From windshield to rotors, I wouldn't recommend anywhere else!

I would definitely recommend Freezes if you need your car looked at. I called to have my oil changed and they got me in the next day. Reasonable prices and friendly people.
