I do not recommend this repair shop. My experience with them was awful. The customer service was poor and I feel they displayed racist behavior to me. The repair person who fixed my son's car was ok however the lady that answered the phone was unprofessional and disrespectful. She said " I'm tired of dealing with you'll" and she threatened to remove his car from the lift even though the service were paid for. Don't do it. Don't be fooled.Service: General repairs & maintenance

while driving today my car encountered a problem that had a simple fix but made it incredibly unsafe to drive. went today to find out about how long it would be to get it fixed. when i got there they were closed for lunch....no big deal. the lady outside said they were closed and to come back later. I thought she said they would be closed till one. i asked if i could leave my car and key there and call later to talk to them about it because I had to be back at work at one. she didn't correct me and was incredibly rude with her response. when i heard her tell the person who came up behind me they reopen at 1230 i decided to stick around for a few minutes and tell them what's going on and see what we could do. I was under the impression there would be a wait so I decided to try and figure out what to do as i needed my vehicle to get fixed today. I asked if i could leave my car there (again very unsafe to drive at the moment) while i figured out what to do in order to avoid any unnecessary movement in it. The same lady who was outside (now behind the counter) told me no. thankfully there were no disastrous consequences in moving it somewhere else. i've used this place in the past and have been pleased but just the customer service alone will deter me from ever going back

Very efficient and quality work. Pete is a very good mechanic and can do everything from under the hood to body work.I am also happy with the way they manage appointments. Normally take my vehicles in right on time per the appointments.

Thorough, great service, and a very fair price! I was having some car trouble about midway through a seven hour drive (also on what was probably the hottest day of the year so far) and I'm very glad that this is where I stopped! My dog and I were also happy to enjoy their well air conditioned seating area and some cool water as we waited. They explained the issue my car was having well and did everything they could- so while I still need to follow up with a dealership, it was running much better when they were done and I was able to drive the rest of the way with no issues. Thank you to the folks at Front Street Garage for helping us get home safely!

My wife and I were on our way to Charlottesville and when I encountered a board on the highway. This resulted in TWO flat tires. Jay and Crystal managed to make the repairs by fitting us into their scheduled appointments. The service could not have been better. They were friendly, did a great job repairing the tires, and were more beyond fair in the charge for the work. My very highest recommendation to Front Street Garage.Service: Tires

I have use their services over the last two years for three different makes and models. They don't work on the weekend which usually sets everything back if you are working on a time table. The soonest they look at my vehicle is two to three days after it's been dropped off and usually takes a week and half or more after that. Luckily I have two vehicles for our household half the time but everything something happens Front Street Garage has added hundreds onto our repair cost with increase gas composition or rental services because you know ride sharing is not available for the local area.

My daughter was in a car accident. Car totaled and they towed it. They were absolutely great!!!!!! Came in on his day off to let us get my daughters belongings out of her car. Owner was so nice and kind. I would recommend them to anyone.

Waited 45 mins or have my car inspection rejected due to a small crack in the headlightt cover.

Was able to do the adjustments needed after the leveling kit was installed onto my truck. Was able to adjust the cam bolts and alignment with ease and drives like it should.

In for an inspection sticker for a travel trailer today. Very nice people and very efficient at what they do. Also carry a good selection of rv supplies. Shop local.

Good mechanics. Very expensive. Sometimes cant find problem charge you anyway car falls apart. No accountability
