My 1998 Chevrolet Malibu unfortunately had its throttle cable snapped when taking it for an oil change at a Jiffy Lube. I ended up towing it to two different places and was told they could not find parts to fix her.I finally towed it over to West End Motors and they completely fixed her up! I have not taken my car anywhere else ever since, and they have been more than happy to help me out with any questions or issues with the car! They are also fairly priced and great with communication!Mark and his team is wonderful, and if you want a reliable team, call West End!!

FIVE STAR SERVICE Hands down the best service I ve ever received. The communication was friendly and direct in their explanations. I used the night box for drop off and pickup. And the price was more than fair. My wife and I are so glad they were recommended to us. They are friendly, on-time, will schedule appointments,always willing to answer questions and keep you apprised of any potential issues and/or upcoming maintenance services you are going to need. This allows you the ability to plan based on your finances. Mark always goes out of his way to make sure everything is taken care of when we need it. Great to have local people who know you by name and the history of your vehicles maintenance. We rely on him for all our vehicles and trailers, he s extremely knowledgeable about the understanding what parts are available and needed for the best value and best options for customers. Gas, Diesel, cars, trucks, new and old they are good at servicing all these vehicles and show it by the return customers they have developed over the years.

Virginia safety inspection. Very professional and quick. Having retired after 50 years in the automobile repair business, I find these people to be extremely qualified and honest. No chain repair facility that tries to up sell questionable service. being retired now I can t bring my vehicles to work anymore. I m glad I tried these guys. I will return.!!

Always helpful and willing to figure out the problem. Keeps us informed on the issue and gives estimates before doing the work. If something may come up after repair they will gladly bring it back in and work on it further. We have used WestEnd over 10 years and even come back after moving and have to drive over an hour for service. Most importantly, we trust them!!

Just happened to be in Lovetsville when I realized my Mom s car s inspection was almost expired. They were able to get it inspected quickly, today, and it was convenient. There were some picnic tables outside where I was able to enjoy the sun while getting other stuff done. This part of Loudoun County is beautiful so I wanted to wait outside.

Had to tow my car to West End when a flat couldn't be repaired. Four new tires were installed the next day. Best honest service in the area.Top notch service every time I need auto repair. I take all of my vehicles to Mark and have never left without a positive outcome. Always quotes me cheaper prices than the dealerships and I can support a local business. I hate to say it cause now they will be busy and I will have to wait longer but it will be worth it. You can trust this shop to repair your vehicle at a very fair cost. This was our first time. We were nervous because we had been going to the same shop for 30 years, but no longer could. We are still talking about how kind, efficient and informative they were. And fast. We assumed it would take days. Within hours our car was done. Always a good experience. Also feel repair prices are within reason. Mark takes the time to explain everything and provides options when available. Friendly, courteous and convenient! We love West end motors. We get our cars inspected there and they are always so friendly and accommodating even when they are super busy and we are rushing to get in the end of the month (sorry). They definitely work hard to fit everyone in that they can! Even if you have to wait, the AC inside is comfortable and they always have something to watch on the tv inside. Please remember to be understanding to these kind people when you are coming in last minute to have an inspection done .

I wanted to share the great experience I had with West End Motors, Mark Heaney and his team. I am a very particular shopper, have a unique model of my truck and Mark went above and beyond to research replacement shocks and tires for me. We had to have multiple email exchanges and phone calls (told you I m particular, lol) and Mark was glad to assist, answer questions and give me his professional opinion to help guide me a long the way. They came back with a very competitive price for the work, got me in immediately and completed the job promptly. The results are above my expectations and I will gladly go back here to have more work done on my vehicles. Thanks again for a job well done and your patience with me!

Kudos to Mark and his team for providing wonderful service. They are trustworthy and knowledgeable. They were able to upgrade the Android Auto in Honda Civic 2013 that another repair shop said was unfixable. Fair price. Highly recommend West End Motors!!!
