Waited a few days before posting to check out the work. Was a great experience all around. From my initial visit to check out prices, availability, scheduling and all around appearance to the installation of 6 new tires for my truck. Came back home and checked tire pressure and the torque of the lug nuts. Everything was as it should be. Everyone was friendly and helpful and would recommend the shop for anyone looking for tires. The only thing I can think of as a negative is that they are popular enough that parking can be tight for a f350 dually.

Trust is essential when it comes to cars. Tires Unlimited earns your trust with their service. Expect a phone call as they work on your car. They go the extra mile in service. Their prices are reasonable for quality service, speed, and accuracy They value your business and will turn you into a repeat customer.

Nicest and friendliest staff. While I was waiting for my car, I watched them offer to drive people home that might be there a while. My car was a mess and they got me back on the road today. Highly recommend.

I had an issue with another shop not doing my 4 wheel alignment correctly..so i took into Tires unlimited ...after 2 times they fine tuned it well enough that I was very happy with the attention to my needs..they took the time to listen and drive the vehical to see what MY issues wer n fixed it...thank you very much Jeff....I appriate you

An honest repair shop. Took my truck in for annual safety clearance. Jeff showed me why it would not pass inspection. Even though he had ordered tires for me he said he couldn't recommend putting them on because the truck needed $5,000 of work on the frame to pass. He could have easily put the tires on and faked the inspection but was honest and up front about the situation

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Tires Unlimited with inspections and various repairs. I get friendly service each time I call to schedule an appointment, the quote they come back with is never so expensive that I decline service, and they are quick to get the work done.

Zero stars would be more accurate! Absolute horrible place. Terrible communication between everyone. Had my car for over a week for rear wheel bearing and hubs replaced as well as rear brakes and rotors, tires and alignment. They replaced my front brakes and rotors which I never asked for and didn t even put on the paper that I wanted done. The owners response was well you had them in the car didn t you Well I could have had a whole transmission in there, does that mean you re gonna replace that too even though I didn t ask for it. Yeah, didn t think so. Oh and don t bother making an appointment, they ll take all their walk ins first and put your car dead last. Went by there one night to find my car was left unlocked in the parking lot with over $1k worth of parts in the trunk. Didn t seem to phase them when I brought up my concern and the lady just laughed. The lady at the front desk flat out lied to my face and told me my car was pulled into the shop first thing this morning and was taken apart but yet we pulled up at 8:05 and my car was sitting on the side of the road. Kind of hard to drive a car with no rear end that was supposedly taken apart completely. Will never be returning to this place ever again. Owner told me good luck finding a place that will do everything in a timely manner. Navarre s will be doing everything and getting it done in a day. Oh and they actually have good communication with their customers! Something that this place will never be able to say.Update: This is towards the owner of the shop personally, remember when you told me good luck finding a shop that will get it done in a timely manner like you want Well I am very pleased to inform you that my car was done by Navarre s in 1 day! Also, you all will lie just to get more money, I was also informed by Navarre s that my lateral link bolts were in fact not seized and they did not need to be broken off like y all were trying to do. You all are a bunch of jokes!

My front tires barely passed inspection making me leary about driving. I was so pleasantly surprised when I stopped by to ask about tires and left with two new ones! Tires were in stock. Wait time was maybe 30 minutes or so. Customer service was impeccable. Thank you, Tires Unlimited! I will definitely recommend you to others.

Cannot say enough good things about the service at Tires Unlimited! They treat you with kindness and respect and absolutely convey the small town hospitality that Louisa is known for. I ve taken my van here for several things, ranging from a simple oil change, to a state inspection, to actual mechanical work for an issue I was having. All experiences have been far superior to any other area mechanics. They do a great job, are fairly priced, and are honest about what needs to be done & how long it will take. I ve never been left in a lurch with Tires Unlimited.

If you go here they going to brake what they can to make money when you come back for inspection. They brake your dash that cost alot to fix. Than lady behind counter the one that acts like a nervous wreak will put wrong date on ticket to cover up what they broke. Than the inspector will find what owners son did to your vehicle. Than he tell you there's a defect in dash and there's a company in Richmond that's all they work on my make and year. Researched simply not true it's a lie. Hopefully someone with county are state will investigate this company. Costing louisa citizens thousands of dollars and don't even respond to your complaints because they know there guilty!!!!Like putting wrong date on a ticket going to cover up a crime. Cell phone records knows when I was there. Lady said date didn't matter. Scamers can be proved. They put something in your transmission to make it go bad. County supervisors care

Absolutely love this place! I ve been to this location twice now, and the owner is the epitome of what a business owner should be, especially in the automotive industry. Honest, caring, upfront and dedicated to his customers! His employees are knowledgeable and work directly alongside the owner. Cares about his veterans and will continue to have my business when I need help with something I can t do myself.

ScammersFather and the son will make sure you come back. Go ahead get inspection tires whatever and they will make sure you come back than won't even respond with concerns son turn your vehicle into junk.Scammers

In the past we typically didn t have issues - but they had my wife s car for over a week and kept saying it would be fixed the following day.Everytime I call, the lady seems too busy to help and she was having side conversations all three times (mostly with shop employees) I talked to her and had to repeat myself multiple times.Customer service is a big issue. Also, don t tell someone it will be done in two days and wait til day 7 for the CUSTOMER TO CALL and then you tell them it hasn t been fixed and it won t pass inspections AND we have to take it somewhere else now.Unless you need tires or tires rotated - go somewhere else.

Never will I go back again. Failed inspection and acouple other thangs. I fixed everything and did not like what I found. There the only one that has done anything to my van but me. Will never go back to this business again not even for tires. Getting real bad 3 transmission in 2 vehicles in 3 years. Scaring me what the professional transmission place going to say why it went bad and hope it will still be covered, Sad and no response from this company. Last inspection didn't even have tires unlimited on ticket. This company hurting citizens of louisa.Time to get STATE POLICE involved because tires unlimited is really hurting the citizens of LouisaSad will keep putting up reviews till owner responds. I know what your son did my van. Respond please. This place will turn your van into junk

My last visit left me with a bad experience. Constant calls to the shop went unanswered or got busy signal. In 2 weeks my car spent 3 days at the shop. 1st day they didn't know my car was there or what I needed. 2nd day I had a appointment and called 1 hr before shop closed and was told car was in process. Arrive at shop at closing only one of 3 items was addressed. 3rd day car was finished but was not done as I was told it would be .

On hold for 15 minutes, when I had a simple question to ask. I work in this field and it doesn't take that long to help in store customers for you to keep someone on hold for 15 minutes.

The customer service was excellent & honest. They even offered to let me borrow their truck to go home while I waited on the right tires to be delivered and mounted! Unbelievable...this is the difference between Northern VA and rural communities. I declined but was amazed by the offer!

They told me over and over that my vehicle passed inspection. It has never failed an inspection ever! Left my vehicle dirty and wouldn't listen to my complaints. The mechanic was very defensive and unprofessional. Overall it was a humbling and expensive experience.I've used Tires Unlimited before without issues however I was not happy with my last visit. 2.5 Stars!

Gone there a few times to get inspections on my trucks and to get my exhaust pipe welded twice. Once was here recently, my support bracket popped off putting a small hole in my muffler, Every time I go there they work me in to their schedule in a timely manner, never had a complaint. Keep up the good work!!!! Thanks guys.

Had to get some work done on our car. Called Tires Unlimited on Thursday, dropped it off Thursday evening and was ready by 1:30 on Friday. Staff is very friendly, patient, and helpful. Thank you for being so prompt

Was getting ready to leave a local Campground,when I discovered a tire I believed was damaged. Called Tire Unlimited. They said to bring motorhome over. Looked at the motorhome within minutes! All the staff were professional and friendly. Took care of the problem easily. On top of all that,they did not charge over the top for their services. THANKS

Since moving to this area I have used their services for all of my auto needs. Everyone has been very friendly and accommodating every time. Pricing is excellent and the work has always been completed timely and right. I will certainly continue to go there and recommend.

Tires Unlimited took my camper in on short notice, installed 5 new tires, greased bearings, and did a trailer state inspection, all on the same day. The pricing was very reasonable, service was very courteous and professional, and I will definitely be back in the future. Highly recommend Tires Unlimited in Louisa VA.

They were power braking my car during inspection (this is how they were "testing" condition of the motor mounts) and afterward the transmission fluid was burned, dark like used motor oil. The transmission fluid was nice cherry red prior to this state inspection. I had the transmission flushed and filter changed to restore the fluid color, hopefully no permanent damage was done by these guys. Well, I'm quite upset with the high probability my transmission was damaged and according to the virginia inspection handbook, this isn't how engine mounts are verified. According to the handbook, the inspector is supposed to look for witness marks. This shop may have damaged my transmission, wonder how many others they've done this to? This is the only shop I've been to that's done this during Va. State inspection. Stay away.

I take my vehicles here for tires and mechanical work and am always pleased with the experience. If I have any questions they take the time to talk to me. The staff is friendly and always have a smile. I live approximately 50 minutes away and it is worth the drive for dependable and trustworthy work. As a woman I am glad that this a clean establishment and has clean restrooms.

Had a flat tire from a cut in the sidewall. These guys were outstanding got me back on the road and the ability to drive 800 mi home.!! Don't what else to tell you. If you need something done my experience here has been extraordinarily positive. Tell him I sent you.
