On his kid s graduation day, Marcello was under my 67 Chevy diagnosing a sudden coolant leak after getting off the AutoTrain in Lorton. Within a few hours my radiator was repaired and we made it to the National Police Week Memorial where our car was in the honor guard. Great place, great employees and honest service!!!

Had this shop recommended by a AAA technician and he did not steer me wrong. It doesn't look like much, but the people were very nice and they were able to take care of my car's issue quickly and at a fair price. I'm glad to have found a trustworthy auto shop so close to home!

Prices are insane for the quality of the shop, always tries to upsell you on something else you don t really need. Doesn t say pricing until after the works done. Seems like the owner just wants to take peoples money so he can finish his slow remodeling of the shop. Definitely go somewhere else. There s a lot nicer shops in the area with an actual waiting room that s not a ghetto trailer with no bathroom.

You want to pay 800+ to get a couple of brake lines fixed go here. This was after I talked him down from 1000. Oh did I mention I didn t even have a choice in the matter he just called me and said trucks ready that ll be a 1000 bucks. No call saying hey this is gonna be this price. I trusted him because I been bringing my cars here for a while. Great experience though because from now on I ll work on my own vehicles. Just can t trust people now a days be careful!!!!Service: Brakes

Incredible Service for Our Fleet SUV at Toro'sWe had been struggling with major mechanical issues on our newer fleet Black Limo SUV, even after multiple visits to another shop. At their suggestion, we took it to the dealer for diagnostics, but the problems persisted. Thankfully, one of our employees highly recommended Toro's for their exceptional diagnostic and repair abilities.We decided to give Toro's a try, and we're beyond thrilled with the results. They not only diagnosed and resolved the major issues but also conducted a comprehensive vehicle diagnostics. Our cooling system now works reliably, and the engine is running beautifully. No more check engine lights or rough idling, which is crucial for our executive black SUV clients. The engine's automatic start-stop is barely noticeable, and the acceleration is significantly smoother and more powerful after their thorough system cleaning and service.Toro's also checked and replaced the front and rear differential fluids, with the front diff oil being in worse condition. However, both differentials were taken care of, resulting in a much-improved performance on the road.Now, we can confidently transport our clients anywhere in the USA, and even Canada if needed, without worrying about vehicle breakdowns.In contrast, we also have our in-warranty vehicles serviced at the dealership, but they fell short. We recently had another SUV back in the dealer for the second time within a few days after they claimed to have fixed it for $1,300. However, the issue persisted even after leaving their lot. In comparison, Toro's team, led by Marcelo, tackled similar issues in less time and with more attention. They even included front and rear differential oil replacement and other services within the same price. Additionally, they offered valuable advice on how to enhance the performance and longevity of our other fleet vehicles, which have been facing engine and transmission problems due to extended hours on the road.Although Toro's could easily charge dealer prices for the outstanding service they provided, they remain honest, trustworthy, and fair in their pricing. We are grateful for finding Toro's, and we won't hesitate to bring our entire fleet here in the future. Highly recommended for anyone seeking top-notch service and value.

Toro s mechanics are truly knowledgeable when it comes to cars and trucks. One of the best hands in the world. Better than dealer at performing diagnostics and correct diagnostics. I ve had my suspension, engine, brakes rotors, and all of my maintenance done here!They are building a new shop which I can t wait to see and have my car worked in!

I was driving my Lotus Elise cross-country this holiday season, when I discovered an issue with my rear brakes while on the highway. I pulled off at the nearest exit to check it out, and saw Toro's shop next door. I'm usually nervous about taking my Lotus anywhere but a speciality shop, but I pulled in to their lot and was greeted by the owner, who was incredibly kind! They had an open bay, and inspected my car and found the issue very quickly and sorted it out right on the spot. They charged a very fair price, and I even paid them extra because I was so grateful for the quick and excellent repair, which saved my trip. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Super solid GUY, I have trust issues with my car and others having the ability to work on it. This guy, he helped me in a bind, was patient, listened to my concerns and problems with no reservations or judgements. To Ford SN95 owners, his guys know their stuff, saw one dude working on a supercharged GT 500 running NOS, car purred like a kitten.

Amazingly kind owner. My family car's alternator belt snapped on a trip to Virginia. We were still 3 hours from our destination and were fairly desperate for a replacement. I was worried about lengthening our trip and having to pay something pricey, considering we were desperate. Fortunately for me, I was in and out in about 30 minutes and paid a perfectly fair price. It's a family-run business too, and everyone I interacted it was quite nice. Great service and great people!

EXCELLENT!!! The best service in town. These people did magic to my car and so happy with the experience. Plenty of times they've fixed it using the existing parts rather than use the one I've bought because it was not needed, thus saving me some good $$. So kind, detailed, fast, and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend this crew!

My family and I were taking a mental health trip during quarantine and the car overheated. We pulled in Toro s and they immediately told us it was the coolant, went purchased the part, and fixed our car. I am sitting in the lot writing this... We were in and out in an hour and was still able to go on the trip. And the price was perfect! Efficient service, great quality, and amazing customer service!!! Will definitely come again.

A great place that seems to really care about the customer. From my experience they were very honest with me and told me what happened when it started leaking oil. They did everything they could to make sure the car was in working order so I could drive home. All at a reasonable price too.

The mechanics working here are extremely high caliber. They seem to specialize in drivers with emergencies happening mid vacation! They were kind, patient, and professional with me (I don t know anything about cars) and that goes a long way in my book. Highly recommend.

Its hard to find a good diesel mechanic these days. These guys were fast and did quality work. I highly recommend them if you are in the area and need any repairs. Awesome job and thank you.

Wow. This place is a must go. We were traveling to NC and needed an emergency brake line repair and they were able to help as out on such a short notice. The mechanic was very professional and speedy. If we are ever in this area again we will definitely come back to this shop.

Best Honest knows what there are doing Mechanics around Period!Had my brakes and rotors changed, honest enough to tell me my back rotors don't need to be replaced.My shocks were bumpy in winter during start up, Marcelo told me if I changed my shocks he would only be giving me inferior shocks to what I had. He told me I have really nice shocks on my Buick and they always need to warm up to drive smooth. Saved me $700+ on not having to do shocks and back rotors, while every other shop told me bring it in and we will change the shocks for you.I'm taking my Miata to have it fully tuned from Marcelo.

He is the best repair shop in the Lorton, Va area. I would give home more than five stars because he is honest and does a great job repairing my car. It almost feels like brand new. Love it!

I was on a trip to the Marine Corps museum when my truck broke down from radiator issues, these guys took in the truck and had it back to me within a few hours, allowing my dad and I to get home safe. Thank you guys very much for all your help and going above all expectations.

Good people who tried to help me as much as possible, but when you have a problem with your truck in the middle of the road, think very carefully about where to take your truck because you can spend a lot of money and solve little or nothing, humble advice.
