Big empty promises from an unprofessional service company!I took my Honda 2023 Hybrid CR-V for repairs after an idiot hit my car on the back left bumper. Back gate and bumper had to be replaced. These cars have a proximity sensor, which was also replaced, and was giving an error code in the cluster display. I was told it will take some time for the car to recognize this new sensor, and I took delivery of the car. A week went by, and the error code was still showing up. and I took the car back again to CC. After a couple of days (while I did not have a car), CC told me that replaced sensor was replaced for an intelligent one instead of a dummy sensor. Crash Champions installed the correct dummy sensor, and the car was still showing up an error code in the dashboard.I was told to take the car to Honda, and they assured me that CC will pay for the repairs. Honda finally came with a possible fix for the error code saying that once the cluster display saw the intelligent sensor, it is not possible for the cluster to unseen the intelligent one, and a new cluster display has to be installed with a cost of almost $900I had a rental for the last 9 days. Encompass does not want to pay more rentals, and I do not have car now.After many phonecalls and emails to insurance company, I managed the insurance to pay for the new dash cluster.Do not belive the empty promises by Crash Servants.

Genuinely one of the most miss managed and worst shop I ve ever had the chance to work with.The shop took forever to get the parts needed (which I understand with today climate parts are not easy to get) however 3 months for an exhaust is a little excessive and when the car was finally returned to me the trunk filled with water and was also many parts that were replaced had gaps and when this was brought up they took the car back for ANOTHER 2 1/2 months. When the truck filled with water many tools were damaged and broken along with family photos. I was told I d be reimbursed for the tools but to this day never got a follow up and when I did call I was constantly told manager is away or on call (I called every day for a month). Genuinely a horrible experience and I cannot recommend anyone bring their car here for repairs.

I would not recommend bringing your car here if you have a choice in the matter.My tale of woe:Geico sent me here on 27 Jun...had seven different dates the car was promised. I got my car back on the 18th of July. Wrong parts were ordered/delivered/BMW wouldn't call them back, etc... Of the call backs promised for updates on my car, <50% were honored.This was a bumper and tailpipe replacement from being rearended, not a huge repair job.I also asked to have some additional work done on my dime. The work was never done and later I was called to collect $399 for work that had never even been attempted.On the technical side, the bumper looks good, paint a little less than perfect gloss, but it's an older car.The single star: the communication simply horrible. A company that can't get parts in a timely manner should be your first warning. The second is when they don't call or text you updates. Finally, they close at 5pm so when you get exasperated for leaving work early for the 4th time only to find out your car isn't ready (and they didn't call you), you've been warned.Services: Exhaust, Painting, Body & Trim

I was in an accident and the front of my car was smooshed in. Radiator was leaking some and it just looked in rough shape. I took it to Service King Collison center and they did an excellent job with the repairs! I got frequent updates on how the repairs were going and got a break down on the costs ahead of time as well. My car came back looking better than even before the accident! Definitely recommend this place. 5 Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I want to thank everyone at the Service King in Lorton for doing such an amazing job on my Dodge Dart. This car belonged to my brother, who passed away in June 2021. It was a very sensitive issue and the car was one of great sentimental value to me. The staff and technicians were aware of the importance of this car to me and they went way above and beyond to make sure that extra care was taken during the whole repair process. I was constantly notified of the progress they were making both by texts and phone calls. Every detail was discussed and agreed upon before any action was taken. James Carolina, the young gentleman that was overseeing the entire repair, went out of his way to make sure that everything was perfect. He handled all of the insurance issues and worked diligently to provide them with anything that they needed in order to come to an agreement for the repairs.James honestly put his heart and soul into making sure that everything was perfect and a great experience for me. I highly recommend this Service King to anyone that is need of excellent quality work. I am absolutely thrilled with the outcome. It looks fantastic!!Thanks again to James and the entire crew for a job well done!!! I will definitely be back if I find myself in need of any automobile repairs in the future!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

There was a hole in my drivers carpet, my front license plate was not replaced, my interior car wasn t clean upon return, my engine is making a whirring sound, my coolant wasn t topped off so my engine overheat signal came on, nobody discussed what was repaired on my vehicle. They took 5 weeks to order parts & give my car back. I could go on. I do not recommend

I went in for repairs due to a minor accident (the other guy's fault). The insurance took care of all costs and provided a loaner. The guys at SK were friendly and informative from the get go. The communication about the status of my vehicle and the repairs was daily if not more often. I never once had to ask for a status check. They estimated the time for repair and beat it by a couple of days. The insurance and rental car company have a relationship with them that allows for leaving the rental there the day you go to pick up your vehicle. Very convenient. Everyone was pleasant and professional. The place was clean. My vehicle had been cleaned and washed when I got it back. I would definitely recommend this place.

Exceptional customer service, extremely high quality of work, professionalism of the highest caliber and great people. Awful. Brought car in for an estimate which was accomplished and was informed that they would get back to me on the estimate cost to repair the car. After 10 days, called for a status and was told the manager would be sending out the estimate soon/that day. No estimate received and after a couple of days I inquired again on the status and was told again assuredly that it would be sent/emailed right away. Classic example of "check is in the mail" and the fact that they not once called to inform of the status or of any potential delays demonstrated a clear example of very poor service. Avoid.

I will forever trust my vehicle with Service King! Tommy B was our point of contact and he was extremely helpful, courteous, and went above and beyond servicing our vehicle. The catalytic converter was stolen from my Prius and later I had to have some routine maintenance done to the vehicle. During both times Tommy kept us informed of the progress, made phone calls to State Farm to make sure the claims went through, and even made a trip to UPS to retrieve the lost package that we had sent to service king for the Cat Shield. The folks at service king are so nice I felt like I was a buddy of theirs. Thank you guys so much!Service: Exhaust

USAA referred me to this place and I don't wish it upon anyone. I took my 2022 F-150 there with front side bumper damage. When I went to pick it up, it looked awful and asked them to fix the paint and had to wait another 40 minutes for that. Then once I got on the highway my hood came up! So I had stop on the side where everyone is going 70 past me, with my kids in the car, and get out to fix it. Then it's been a nightmare ever since with numerous electrical sensor errors and no AC and my front windows won't go down. I took it to their sister shop in Waldorf, that made it worse. I have to wait 2 weeks to take it to Ford to hopefully get it fixed. It's unreal. Don't go there.Service: Body & Trim

This place is managed by just incompetent people, they took 2 weeks for an estimate and 3 weeks to fix my car, on top of that they stole a brand new shoes that was in my trunk, unfortunately I couldn't reach this because they put the wheel and tire in the truck which was so heave and difficult to take them out, so I trusted them and left everything in the trunk. I'm not really sure if I'm missing something else though. Shame on them ! I'll never go back to this repair shop.

Excellent Service, been going to them for a couple of years now. James was great, kept me updated every step of the repair process and went above and beyond by coming in on a holiday when the shop was closed to process the paperwork with my insurance so I wouldn t have to wait till the following week to pick up my vehicle. From the second I walked in the door to the time I left with my repaired vehicle, the team at Precision Collision was AMAZING! They were very easy to work with and updated me on the status of the repair. It was easy and simple to get a rental car so I didn't have to figure out a ride. The rental agency is right there. I was very impressed with their work and the quality of the repair. Along with the main damage, they were able to repair the rear back end that was starting to rust. I thought it was a lost cause. Not only did they smooth it out and repair it, you can't see any paint color difference.I'm so glad I found them. They have gained a customer for life. High quality of work and impressive customer service. You can tell they have a deep passion for their customers and quality of work they do.My husband keeps hitting things, so I'm sure we'll be back soon! Thank you to everyone who worked on our truck and brought it back to new!

I recently got into an accident and had considerable damage to my front bumper. Luckily for me my insurance recommended this amazing body shop. The Service Advisor, Darrelle was very attentive and took the time to answer all my questions. He is very knowledgeable and takes pride in his work. The turn around was very quick and efficient. I was very pleased and happy with the outcome, the car felt new again. If you re looking for a reliable, trustworthy collision repair center this is the right place.

The staff at Service King were amazing.My sons car had a lot of damage from spinning out in ice and Service King was able to repair all the exterior and undercarriage work in an excellent turn around time. The work was done over a week and half early and I was kept abreast of all work being done and when it was completed. The work was done with great detail and we recommend this Service King to anyone trying to repair damage to their car.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

I've actually had my vehicle here twice in the last year...The first time was in November 2015 for a pretty severe rear-end accident to my Jeep Grand Cherokee. They were Precision Collision at the time and I really can't say enough praise about them. Tina, Gail and Mike I've worked with both times and all three of them are just great. Very polite, quick, organized and efficient. They all seem to communicate very well, and run a well-oiled process. The entire back end of my Jeep was crunched in from a pick-up truck hitting me while I was stopped in traffic, and you can't even tell now. It took over a month to repair but it was well worth the wait! Their mechanics are very detailed and precise - I'm a Designer and SUPER detailed, and I couldn't find any issues at all. I did need to return it for a hose being loose, but they comp'ed a rental for the day and had my Jeep back in my hands a day later.The second time was for hail damage in May 2016 and the process was so easy. I knew who to take it to and called the day after the storm. I had my Jeep in the shop within a week, even though they were super slammed with the storm damaged vehicles, the service was still very quick and easy.Again - I can't say enough good things about them! Highly recommended, and I hope the new owners of the shop treat their employees well, since they clearly have some great people there!!

I highly recommend them. They did a great job on both my in-laws Lexus and mine. They are very professional, courteous, and know what they are doing. I really appreciated their regular updates. I went to them because of their great reviews and I can say that they really deserved them. BTW - they said that my car would take about a week. I took my car in that morning and they called me to say that it was done the same day. It takes me a lot to be surprised, but this goes high on my list. Because there were so many cars (due to the storm) ahead of me and my car was drivable (only a scrape on the bumper) they scheduled me for several weeks out. They knew I was coming in so had the bumper painted to match the paint on my car. It was ready the same day. Only problem was leaving work early to pick up my car the same day. :-) That's a problem I can live with. I highly, highly, highly recommend them.

My brand new 2014 Toyota had been rear-ended. The bumper was crushed and I was devastated!The insurance company highly recommended Precision Collision and I certainly wasn't disappointed with their service! Everyone there was polite, helpful, and sympathetic to my needs.They kept me informed and answered all my questions when I had concerns. It only took a few days to replace my bumper and my car looked like there was never an accident at all! They guarantee their work, which is comforting to me.Precision Collision even found a nail in my tire that had a slow leak and repaired it for me in no time! Two days before, I took my car in to the Toyota dealership for an oil change and asked them to look at the tire. They said they couldn't find any leak and it was probably my valve stem that was bent, but, that it was ok.Needless to say, I'm Extremely Pleased with the work and all of the hard working staff at Precision Collision! I can't say enough good about them, but, I will HIGHLY recommend them to everyone!These people go Above and Beyond!

I was referred to this place by my boss and I am so happy I took his advice! I had some damage to my door and window from a car wash. It was not bad enough that I wanted to put in a claim and increase my rates. I had never shopped for a body shop since I always followed my insurance company's recommendations. I am glad I did!They were able to give me a quote the same day I arrived. When I returned for the repair work they were able to fix the issues the same day and the repairs are undetectable! The place is nice and easy to get to. I recommend this place to anyone that needs body work done.

Really wanted to give 5 stars but....Okay I was told the work would take approximately 2 weeks to complete, after i waited about 4 days for the estimate to even happen. Now in all fairness you always want the best for your vehicle in these situations and Service King representatives are very confident and once the work was complete, I understand why they are confident in their work. The car was put back together in great shape. My issue is initially i had to follow up too often to find out the status of my vehicle and only when i responded to my insurance agency on how i felt about the repair process had been going was when Service King stepped up. By this time the two week estimate time period had passed. Again, i want to be clear, the work Service King perform on my vehicle was great, just disappointed they didn't keep me informed as often especially when they knew the estimate completion time was going to change.

I had an excellent experience with Darrelle Aspecto from start to finish. Very professional and knows what he is doing. My car was in and out very quick and looked amazing! Not only did they fix my car but they fixed something unrelated to my accident that needed touch up paint while painting other parts. I was very happy with overall customer service and would highly recommend Service King again and Darrelle!

I just got my car back from Precision Collision and wanted to share my great customer experience with others thinking about where to take their vehicle after a car accident. I had extensive damage to the extent that the front air bag went off. When I first took the car in, they indicated that due to the amount of front end damage, it could take up to 3 weeks. For some odd reason I didn't have rental car insurance so I asked if there was a chance they could reduce the time and they said they would try to expedite. They arranged for a discounted replacement car and my car was done in 10 days. Every other day George, the customer service manager, would call and leave a voice message with status updates on progress. Once I got the car back it was perfect. I'm more than pleased with my great customer service experience at Precision Collision. I will continue to take all our cars back when repairs are need and can't say more about the friendly professionalism of the staff and owner RT Plate. RT was there when I dropped the car off and was there when I picked it up. Again, a great customer service experience!

I have had my car repaired here after the accident. They did an amazing job. They gave me a lifetime warranty on their work. The overall experience, especially the customer service, was excellent. I definitely recommend this body shop - you won't regret! They are very clean, efficient, very professional - from the moment I turned my car to them and to the moment I picked it up, I did not do a thing ( they called my insurance and arranged everything). Gail and George were working with me, I really appreciate their help. And the owner is a great guy - he is very approachable and easy to deal with. I can go on and on, however, you need to visit them and see yourself!

I am originally from Eastern, North Carolina and I just moved to Alexandria in July. This was the first time I had to deal with a body shop out of state. I was extremely nervous because I was only able to judge the shop by Google Reviews and the insurance company. I have a 2008 VW EOS. I am a recent client of Precision Collision and was absolutely impressed by the condition of my car when I went to pick it up. It was in better detail than when I purchased the vehicle. The team was extremely diligent in their work and outreach with me. The customer service was absolutely on par. The team knew I was difficult to reach via phone calls due to my work and during the Holidays and were punctual via email. My car-projected time was 4 weeks however was finished in 2 weeks. Note this occurred before Christmas and during a snowstorm. Therefore, with the obvious heavy inventory that they had and time crunch they excelled in fixing my car. They were able to turn my rental in for me and wasn t charged for anything extra with Enterprise. Which was an extremely nice plus, especially considering I wouldn t have had anyone to help me switch out cars. Also, I called two weeks after because I had a question about my car and the cold. They were extremely happy to offer up some pro tips on my car. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to everyone especially owners of German cars. An extremely professional and classy team!!!!

Excellent results regarding the repair and condition of my Expedition when I picked it up. Customer service was 'over the top' - David spent extra time working on my case with the people at Ford (to resolve a unique issue for me) and even coordinated the pick up and delivery of my truck with them to make it easier and less time for me. I sincerely appreciate the professional approach and understanding attitude of the people at Precision Collision. If you are concerned about service reliability and commitment then go to these folks because they will treat you right.
