I'm from Michigan and decided to try these services opposed to trying a Loves or Pilot mobile truck repair service. It was the best decision ever. Dennis was quick to arrive, quick with the repair, and was extremely prepared. It appeared that every step that he took was strategic and intentional. There was no wasted time going back and forth. What a great recovery from a potential heart breaking day. A 'gator' completely severed both airlines and couplings to my air cylinder. I was able to make a good go at delivering on time, and keeping my next pickup appointment. Thank you thank you thank you! *****

When I contacted Denis and explained to him what issue I was having with my Tractor. He said that he d be able to assist me. He arrived quickly and was Professional, Knowledgeable, and Efficient. Was able to resolve the issue expeditiously, and his rates were more than reasonable. I would definitely use there services again in the future, if I experience any issues. Also, would recommend you check them out for your complicated needs they re sure to get you up and back running

I used Master Pro Truck Services for a Diagnostic , not only were they fast to arrive to my location but they also did everything correctly the first time. the truck was fully equipped with everything needed to finish the job. I also bought a Steer Tire at a great price, and installation was quick. Whenever I am in the Lorton area I will make sure to call Master Pro! thanks Denis!

Highly recommend Master Pro Mobile Truck Services! The only mobile truck service that treated my break down with urgency. I broke down in front of the docks. He was here under an hour, got my truck running and I was able to move out of the way.

I was referred to Denis by my mechanic and I m extremely happy for that referral. Denis was quick to answer my call and immediately started to help me diagnose the issue while on his way over. When he arrived he was quick and thorough in running through the possible issues and got my truck running and he also let me know exactly what the issue was. For any business owner we all know how important time and efficiency is and Master Pro Truck Services makes that a priority. I break down and call for service my my truck not building no air, he told me to wait 3 hour before he can get to me, but text me in about an hour later and said he's battery die, so I waited the whole night to call somebody else in the morning as I was calling other place to get the truck fix he text and said he can come now, I said ok the guy come he air up the truck, and say the air compressor is bad it need to be change I ask him to change it and he say no I'm not going to change it you try and make like this, I went on the road and break down again 2o mile from where I was

Dennis came in recommended, glad I coordinated with him. He provided a solid service, and communicated well. I was on the road losing air and I needed help ASAP. I came upon this Company while searching on Google and went with them based on reviews. Honestly this guy is fully equipped with everything needed to make any type of repair. He took about 30 minutes to get there and had me on the road in about 1 hour. He explains everything in detail and I know I will be using Master Pro again! Effecient and Affordable!

I cannot recommend Denis enough , he is very dedicated to his work and actually cares for his clients.He loves what he does . I have come across many many Mechanics but out of all I have never met anyone like him.Honest and quality work!!!6 stars!

I wouldn't recommend even considering this guy. I had blown airbag on my trailer was told he can come next day at 6am to remove the bag and go get the new one even though I had the part number or its easy to get with a vin number. When it came to pay he was really hesitant to say anything but eventually he gave me pricing. $250 just to come out to the trailer and then $130 an hour. I said fine but how long do you expect to work on it? No answer. So I offered him $500 for labor plus parts and he refused. Typical scam artist 1hr job but he'd charge you for 6. Avoid!!! Road service from Fredericksburg did it for $300.

I had a leak in the Middle of 95 , and called various companies to get quotes and time on when they can arrive , and Master Pro Truck Services was the quickest and had the best pricing. I strongly encourage that if anyone is in the area or traveling and happen to get stuck in the DMV area to give them a call!

I had a trailer tire on a drop deck trailer blow (odd size) and these guys were AWESOME! They had a tire in stock, got to the stranded truck quickly, and got him back on the road. Master Pro promptly answered my road call and had a truck out to me in less time than any other road repair company I've used in the past. They quickly diagnosed my check engine and derate issue on my Peterbilt and even suggested the closest shop to bring it to avoiding a costly wrecker bill.
