I went here to get a detail on my 4runner done.First I will say the service was great, the people were all nice and pleasant. Next, Kirk was super understanding as I was supposed to drop it off the day of the initial snow storm and had to postpone last minute. They dropped me at my rental car, and gave me really great pricing. After all of that they then made my truck look better than when I initially bought it. I was super impressed, especially because it was done so quickly. I highly recommend them for their customer service and work. I'll definitely come back again.

I had to write a review after taking a second car to them. Kirk and the team provided excellent customer service and dedication. The first car I took, they helped me through the process and were patient. The work on a lot of fancy cars but they showed the same respect and attention to my beat up car from 2005. They even fixed my door panel that had been broken before the accident. When I damaged the second the car I new were to take it due to my prior experience. They were meticulous and now both vehicles appear as if nothing has happened to them. I highly recommend them not only for the great work they do but their transparency.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

FX Collision paint-matched a plastic, after-market spoiler perfectly, making it look identical to my aluminum Mustang, removed the OEM 'spoiler delete' and the back-up camera mounted in it, installed the spoiler and the back-up camera, and calibrated the camera so it functions and displays exactly as before. Their shop being co-located with Wraps on Whips was very helpful in that I could take the car into one place to get a spoiler installed by FX Collision and the stripes installed by Wraps on Whips at the same time.

FX provided top quality service. They are meticulous and precise when fixing your car - old or brand new! Which is so appreciated! I did not sense price gouging and recommendations were only made where necessary. I will definitely be returning.

I chose FX Collision based on the fact they had the highest rating. When I walked in the door I knew I was in the right place. Their customer service should be rated higher than 5 stars. Loren greeted me and started the process promptly. Kirk, the manager came through to introduce himself and explained the process and gave me a time line. My Chevy Impala was fixed within that timeframe, I have zero complaints on the body work. When I picked the car up I was informed of some mechanical issues that needed to be addressed, most body shops stick to body work. They took the time to give me information about my car that they did not profit from so I know it was because they truly care about their customers. FX Collision will definitely be my go to in the future.

Fx Collision Center is by far the best auto body shop I ve had the pleasure to work with in all of DMV. I recently had my Audi repaired, and I couldn't be happier with the results. They made my old, scratched up, paint-chipped back bumper look legit new again. I have a 2010 Civic, and I feel they took as good of care of my old gal as they did the new BMW parked next to her. Also, the price was extremely reasonable, and the turnaround time was quick. Great customer service as well, highly recommend!

I was so moved by how friendly and honest, Kirk (Owner of FX Collison) was when he worked on my car. In fact, I was first referred to FX Collison back in 2019 for a paint job and car detailing.I was so impressed with their work that when my car was hit recently I had only one shop in mind and that was FX Collison.They made my car look as good as new Kirk and his team definitely went above and beyond to make sure I was happy.I will highly recommend Kirk and FX Collison any day to handle your car repairs.

I had a great experience at FX Collision. I went in to get my passenger mirror and splash guard replaced. They were fast, efficient, and the prices were reasonable. The staff was extremely friendly and explained the repairs clearly. I ll definitely be going back to future repairs. Highly recommended! Thanks Kirk!

Literally the best body shop I ve ever been to. Needed all four tires needed to be replaced asap after an accident and they got me in and out right at the end of the day on a FRIDAY!!! Couldn t recommend them enough

Team Fx are unquestioably the very best at what they do in the car repair industry. Kirk and Ian take customer service to a new level. Kirk at FX Collision Center LLC took care of me and provided expert, professional repairs to my 2022 GMC Denali HD3500 dually truck. I had a deep dent and scratched paint to my corner panel just above my left turn signal from accidental contact with my 5th wheel trailer. I was so bummed, but Kirk and Ian reassured me not to worry as it would be repaired as new. I felt totally at ease they would take care of my repair and they provided me with an "outstanding" cost repair quote. With that, I dropped my truck off to them on Tuesday, and it was ready for pickup on Saturday morning. I was totally blown away with their quality of work. My truck is LIKE NEW AGAIN!!! They are truly the BEST of the BEST and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Kirk at FX COLLISION CENTER for all your auto repair needs. They will not disappoint!!!!

Absolutely amazing business! The staff is very welcoming, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and fair. You are family at FX Collision. We had four vehicles that needed body work and FX repaired them in a timely manner and at a great price. The results were superior. We literally had brand new vehicles. All around quality service. I would highly recommend FX Collision!!

FX collision has assessed my car twice for damages in the last 2 years. Not only is the customer service A1 but they really go the extra mile to make you car BRAND NEW. I am so happy with how they were willing to assist when no one else was! I drove an hour from my residence in Maryland just to do business with FX! Kirk the manager is a straightforward guy who is bound to make the impossible happen! I highly recommend FX collision!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Great place to get work done,i left my key for my lug nuts on my Camaro ss and they took care of me and got them off to paint my calipers I don t suggest many places but this place is one of them

Awesome Job!Kirk and his team did a perfect job replacing the front end of my car and matching the custom paint. (The dealer wouldn't touch it) We brought it to Fx, and !after speaking with Kirk, I found his confidence a relief. He also did a beautiful job repairing major curb rash on all four rims, pulled minor dents and brought everything back to new.His team's work is five star. He kept me update on the state of the work. And the price was extremely reasonable.

Kirk is the best. He is super nice and easy to talk to. Having my very first accident and using their collision center for the first time, I really have to say it was a very pleasant experience. Kirk was completely transparent and helped educate me about how car insurance companiesl work with collision centers. Overall I recommend using them to help you get your car repaired or detailed, whether it's from an accident or a thorough cleaning, this is the place to go!!

I have nothing but positive things to say about Fx collision center. The staff was very friendly and professional. Kirk in particular was very accommodating and easy to work with. Being a nurse taking care of covid19 patients, I have enough stress, my car was just another added stressor. Once Kirk became aware he made sure to take care of me ! Affordable and reasonable when it came to pricing and also had a fast turn around time. The whole experience was quite smooth. And did I mention the quality of work ? The car is practically brand new, very efficient ! Thanks again for the great customer services. Will be referring you to everyone I know :)5 stars all around!

I came out to my brand new metallic truck only to notice the entire driver s side had been keyed. I called for an estimate only to find out that the cost was just below my insurance deductible. Anyone who is familiar with body work knows it is very difficult to match the paint exactly. When I took my truck in for an estimate I was give a quote I could not believe. I decided to take a chance to see whether it be repaired to my expectations. Needlessly to say the work was done perfectly exceeding my expectations. You could not tell there had been any work done. The individuals in this shop were highly professional, the work was completed as scheduled and it made feel as though the damage (my biggest concern) had never been done. I would recommend this shop to ANYONE needing quality work done at a reasonable price by a reputable company.After my first experience with Fx Collision Center I was so pleased that when I was in need of additional work done on my second vehicle. This was a no brainier for me, I went back to Kirk. Once again my vehicle was repaired. Not to my surprise when I returned to pick up my vehicle it was restored to look as though I had just purchased it. I have received numerous compliments on the quality of work completed. It's tough to find an excellent and honest mechanic or body shop, anyone looking for quality work at an unbelievable price......look no further, this is the best place to go in Northern Virginia!!!! We brought our Grand Marquis LS in for repairs, because we were rear-ended a few months ago. From the very beginning, the shop manager was very knowledgeable, understanding, and willing to do what was necessary to help us with everything we needed. I couldn't have hoped for a better experience. They're a very honest place with outstanding customer service.

I was recommended to this shop after I got into a minor collision and now they have a loyal customer. I would easily recommend this shop to anyone who need work done on their vehicles. Everyone there are excellent at what they do. Kirk, is extremely knowledgeable and is more than generously fair. My car looks brand new all around. I will definitely bring my car back to this shop if it ever needs to be repaired again.

FX Collison did awesome work on my Tesla Model Y. They are very transparent and provide great customer service. The paint job on the tesla seems like I never had any damage. I had damage on my hood and my fender on my Bmw 325. I took it to Fx Collision and the service was amazing. The staff there made sure everything was taken care of accordingly. They painted my hood and repaired and painted my fender as well in a couple of days. They even waxed and buffed my car to make sure the rest of the car matched my paint job on the hood and fender. The staff was very helpful and informative. Kirk made sure my experience went smooth. I appreciate the Fx Collision team for their services.

My daughter scraped up her Honda CRV and I got three estimates, FX by far provided the most comprehensive, detailed and quickest . I brought it by the same day and Kirk made room on the schedule to perform the work. We got the car back within a five days and that included waiting on parts, the car was detailed and perfect. Kirk went out of his way to make sure that everything was taking care of, and his professional demeanor put me at ease immediately. With two teenagers, I have been to a couple of different collision centers in the last few years and Fx is by far the best. A week later I brought by my 2020 Accord to see if they could put some aftermarket door protectors put in. Kirk put them on while I waited, that level of customer service deserves 6 stars. Thanks to Kirk and his team for being the best!

I was recommended by a trusted friend and couldn't be happier with the outstanding job they did. They provide professional and quality service with great care. I needed to replace the front hood and headlights. Came back and couldn't recognize my own car for a second since it looked brand-new inside out. Kirk, who is the business owner, is a knowledgeable guy. He answered all my questions and concerns, and also gave me some informative advice when I was trying to make a decision. It is a long drive from my location but I don't mind going back for great services in the future! Will recommend this place to family and friends :)
