I am continually impressed with James River Equipment from sales to service. Every time I call them they are friendly and accommodating. For the last two years I have had my Kubota serviced by them and they pick it up the same day I call! Outstanding!

Excellent customer service experience. I have a whole house generator that needed service. Contacted the James River Equipment, they were quick and easy to schedule. The service appointment was scheduled, and the price didn t break the bank. Check them out!

My husband and I visited the General Puller Highway store last November, and again in February. We have used Fleet Brothers for years to service our John Deere L120 lawn tractor and a used Diesel Kubota. (we ultimately consigned our Kubota for sale with them along with a DR chipper, and they were great on that process too) They always did a great job servicing our equipment. We decided to purchase a larger JD mower for our 5 acre property. In February 2022 we bought the 390X with power steering, a port for a cleaning hose for the deck, among other things, John Fleet III was incredibly helpful and detailed, answering all our many questions. We received our new mower, and are excited to use it, along with our trusty 2004 smaller JD. These are great people, very customer service oriented and knowledgeable about the technical aspects of lawn mowing.
