Words cannot explain how much gratitude I have for Jack at Endurance who. He was always willing to assist at any stage. He went above and beyond when it came to dealing with the necessary papers, etc. I had this bike sent out of the US, and it is now its with me in the Netherlands. You guys are awesome!

Normally, car dealerships are extremely friendly and energetic not this one. The customer service is horrible. The finance team was not very friendly, just simply doing the bare minimum in conversation and quite honestly, not helpful. They completely ghosted me after multiple correspondences after I had to supply documentation that they requested. After I sent in the commendation, they never provided any update as to what was going on or any follow up with my application. Weeks later and they still have not responded to my emails or voicemails. Do not recommend.

WOW!!! AMAZING SERVICE!! Endurance Automotive is a dream to work with!! Let me start by saying I HATE, and I mean HATE dealing with car dealers, most are arrogant, pushy and just plain rude! I called Endurance and they were fantastic from the start! I was given all the time I needed, never pushed or lied to, and everything was explained in full detail! When I arrived to buy my car they were ready for me, all the paperwork that could be done ahead was ready and they met me with a smile! I was in and out in an hour, YES people ONE HOUR!!!If you would allow me to say, please, please take a moment to do your research!! I saw a few nasty reviews BUT when you look at it a little closer you will see as I did that YOU have to try them out yourself!! Not all reviews are accurate or even half true! You WILL be amazed!!

Incredibly poor customer service. Called to confirm a vehicle s availability, and no one picked up the phone for about 5 minutes. In addition to that, they have 3 different phone numbers listed online. When I did get an answer, the man on the phone was very rude and sarcastic. Instead of a greeting, he starts off with yOu DoNt HaVe To CaLl FiVe TiMeS. Well, maybe you should get your phone system together so I don t have to.Despite this, we still attempted to acquire some information about the out-the-door cost, and the salesman was very impatient and rude when we needed him to repeat some of the figures. Needless to say, I won t be purchasing a vehicle from this location, and I encourage anyone reading this to stay away. They also have a ridiculously high $995 processing fee, which they don t include in the online price to make it look lower than it really is. They don t disclose any issues the vehicle has in their online advertising. So just keep that in mind if you choose to purchase a vehicle from this shamefully run establishment.

If you want a cheap unreliable car this is the place for you. Bought a 2014 VW Jetta for my daughter s first car, before we even got home the check engine light came on. Called them the next day and the arrogant salesman says it s probably because the gas top is not on tight probably a line he gives all his customers. Took it to the VW dealership and the issue was resolved due to a recall. Then a month after we have the car the timing chain starts to go out, which is $3500 to fix. And the warranty only covers $1000 of the repairs. So a $5,500 car turns into $9000 in a month! Unless you are a mechanic I would warn you against buying anything from Endurance.

Chad, extremely helpful. I was very hopeful to purchase a vehicle from this group. I thought they were very respectful but ehen I got to their establishment they were rude and disrespectful. Rick is rude. Other gentleman tried to defuse and be helpful but Jack was ignorant to his demeanor toward me. I get my looks. You don't have to discriminate. Again if you decide to purchase from this dealership I reccomend only speaking to Chad. Maybe it was because we had only spoke on the phone.

Customer service was not good from the start. Nobody acknowledged when we first got there. The car we were interested in seeing had issues from the start when we tried to test drive it wouldn't even move forward only in reverse don't waste your time here.

I went to Endurance Automotive on Saturday, Sept. 16th. It was the best buying experience I have ever had! Jack is the nicest and most helpful person. I came out of the dealership driving a 2011 Honda CR-V !!

I wouldn't if i were you. Vehicle has had about 1100 worth repair so far 800 of which within 48 hrs of buying. Paperwork issues getting tags and title even though paid cash. They seem fairly disorganized and if you go on saturday be prepared for 1 overwhelmed salesman to be working and he's more focused on answering phone calls than talking to the actual human in front of him. Nice selection of vehicles but cautious.** within 30 min of posting review someone from dealership called my girlfriend that i purchased the vehicle for asking why I gave a "bad" review. Well let me get a little more detaily then. Please note I have NOT lied about any of this.We originally went on a Saturday. Note the 1 salesman from my original review. He handed my girlfriend the keys to vehicle and sent her out to look. He didn't bother to come or was busy doing something else. We looked vehicle over alone and we went in requesting a test drive. He knew or guessed the battery would be dead and this was after listening to his phone conversation regarding a jeep. Instead of telling that customer on the phone i have 2 people in front of me can i take a number and call you back. Keep in mind i had cash in my pocket to buy what we were looking at. He continued his "what jeep are you looking at conversation". So we go out and of course vehicle is dead. Won't start. He sent us out with a plate and he didn't come still. My girlfriend goes back in and finally he comes out jumper box in hand. He hooks it up wrong and my girlfriend points out to him it's wrong. He gets it right after a couple tries and vehicle starts. He walks away and we just kinda laugh to each other. We get in vehicle and guess what. Power windows don't work, radio is dead, and none of dash lights work. Im not a mechanic but anyone can tell he blew a fuse or a relay. My girlfriend and i talk a min and cut off the suv and she takes plate back in to him as we are not gonna test drive an suv in middle of summer with no ability to even roll windows down. A couple min later here he comes power walking asking what doesn't work. He starts it and piles into driver seat and starts pushing buttons like this customers only 40 years old he must not know how to work power windows! At any rate his words were "all i can do is have shop look at it on monday". Agreed my man that's about it at this point. We leave. He calls monday or tuesday and what do you know it needed fuses and a relay so my girlfriend said he told her. We go back over during the week sometime and get different person. We test drive and it's fine it's a 20 year old SUV I understand what i am getting here. I swipe my card for the amount and we take it home. It's a nice vehicle. Some issues as mentioned. Now reasons for my original review.1. Salesman on phone call with us literally standing in front of him. Never coming to vehicle to chat about it initially because he's doing whatever it is he's doing. I get it it's a busy place. Perhaps you should have someone available to help you. And slow down a bit. You sell cars not save lives.2. Vehicle did need repairs. I have the receipts. So no i didn't lie about it.3. We are 30 days out right now as of writing this review. I still do not have tags i do not have a title. And the temp tags are dead tomorrow. Now could i have paid more attention and called earlier sure. But in last 30 days we've had 1 vehicle wrecked and 1 break down out of 3 we owned not including this one. Getting tags and title to me was not my job. It was theirs. So yeah feel like they are a bit disorganized.4. Good points. They do have some nice vehicle and a nice selection. But do your homework on what you are buying and make sure you stay diligent that they do what they are supposed to for you.5. Customer service 101 stuff here. You know you messed up. Its not "why did you leave a bad review" per the phone call its, what can i do better so these issues do not happen again? And i am speaking from 24 years in customer service management. Take your lump and work to be better.

Buyer beware: came to look at the 2007 Mazda 6 for sale. Vehicle has what appears to be a cracked CV boot and possibly a bad alternator.Owner did not seem concerned about the cracked boot - which is dangerous, since a worn out boot can in some cases disintegrate while the vehicle is in use. Most dealers would note that the vehicle is unsafe to drive, but this one did not and half heartedly denied knowledge of the damage when we brought it to his attention. Was disappointed in the apparent carelessness of the business and did not look at any other vehicles. Will avoid this shop in the future.

Jack gave excellent customer service and went above and beyond with flexibility during some snafus during the sale. The SUV is superb and was a great value, I couldn't be happier.

Do not buy from here. They sell lemons. Also they will not give service records for your vehicle if you have the bank take back the lemon.Edit: posting Sir, the car is not a lemon. If you fail to make your payment to the lender. You would be the lemon. We are not lemons! Nor do we sell lemons! proves the level of professionalism of this establishment. A voluntarily surrender may be the same as a repossession financially, but knowing when to cut your losses is an asset. The car spent more time in the shop down the street with his new mechanic Chad than it did on the road. The car cost me over 5k in repairs before the engine went out and the out of pocket expense would be another 1.5k after factoring in what his top level warranty would cover. I can not stress any stronger that this dealership should not be in business.

Purchased a 2012 Jeep Wrangler. I have read some of these other bad reviews and most of them seem like people looking at junk $5k vehicles and then being upset when the vehicle has problems. While I was in there I heard them explicitly explain to a customer that buying a $5K car is just going to end up making them regret it. They advised the customer to try and get one that is newer and has a little less miles. They advised them of the pros and cons of the trade off of going cheap and going no too cheap. In the end the customer made a good choice and bought a $10K vehicle vs the $5K junker. It has been three months now and I am very happy. You get what you pay for people.

I wish i could leave a zero, this place is a scam. The first clue should ve been that none of their car start. All the batteries are dead. They sold me a car that started breaking down within two weeks. Luckily they let me trade it in for a more expensive car, I was between a rock and a hard place, so I did it, and what do you know the transmission went? Luckily I paid for the $5000 warranty that I was inevitably going to need at the same time I put the first car my husband also bought a car, guess what the transmission went within the first week they use the warranty to fix it, we didn t know better than to go to another shop and let them do the work, the transmission was no good either on top of that. The car started overheating. We weren t going to keep paying for a car that we couldn t get fixed and ended up losing it, but are still paying for it. This place is an absolute scam and they re hurting the poor people who shop there.

If I could give them 0 stars, then I absolutely would. Chad was a horrible salesperson and Jack is not much better. Jack wants to play like he lost his memory when I asked for the owner s name. He even hung up on me and CLAIMED it was an accident. I called a landline phone. This was NOT a dropped call!!! Their service is terrible and their cars are not worth you even taking a chance on them. I m out thousands of dollars and in the process of contacting Orange County, Better Business Bureau in VA, and the VA State authorities for their business practices. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!! Let my lesson be your gift and warning!!TB

Very poor customer service. All cars are really bad. The people they have working their now. Just gives you a bunch of keys. Won't come out the building to show or talk about the cars. When you say a car won't start. They just hand you keys to another one. Everything is in bad condition. The one car I looked at and would actually start. Had 0 oil in it. List price was 4,990 once I asked what it would be for the full buy out. It jumped to 5,490. The vehicles are priced above Kelly blue book. My advice. Don't go to them. They are not a dealer ship. Just a junk car place to buy a spare care for parts.

GWC warranty company says they sent my refund to Endurance 9/20, but Endurance still hasn t remitted this money to me. Endurance deposited the check on 9/29. We are talking about several thousand dollars, and I paid cash for the warranty upfront. Again, I am hopeful that this situation will turn around. I already bought a different car with a new warranty from them, so I don t understand why they are doing this. And as of November 19, they have still not given me the warranty refund money.

Had a nice looking car on CarFax. Before driving 80 miles to get there to check the vehicle, I read their reviews. Reviews so bad - seldom responding to correct problems on vehicles Sold by them _ I devided to just Stay Home and keep my cash. Me sad - I wanted their car.

If i could give 0 stars i would, PLEASE use this as your sign to check out surrounding dealerships. Their cars=trash check out other reviews, their communication= even worse. Been trying to get ahold of them for THREE months regarding a refund check from a warranty, the issued warranty was sent out almost two months, we ve reached out via phone, email, even was so desperate to try and use facebook as a form of communication. If they tell you someone will reach out back to you don t hold your breath because no one will be eager to call you back unless you re purchasing a vehicle, magically someone is available. Next step for us is driving two hours to the dealership and maybe then we can get some answers and somewhat decent of customer service.

Drove 2hrs from MD to purchase a car I had been calling about for 3 days. Called 2x on my way down to buy it. When I arrived it was covered in dirt and pollen. On my test drive I drove around looking for a place to wash it as I could tell it had a lot of scratches and blemishes. Of course online it looked garage kept and top notch. I drove it and all the brakes pulsated bad. They advertise they have a repair shop at their location but sell cars with bad rotors. I made a list of the issues and gave it to Chad. He knocked some money off but nothing like what he should have. Day 3 the alternator died and I had to tow it to my work to fix it. I had the whole car cut, buffed, and ceramic coated($1100) new brakes all around, fixed the backwards installed switch that was fallen down into the door panel, removed the chrome trim on the wheelwells to expose all the rust I knew was going to be there, did some flushes and other odds and ends. My body man said 3 grand to fix the rust on all 4 wheel wells and paint accordingly- and that's him doing it on the side. It took 2 weeks or so to get the title as I told him my address on my ID was wrong and gave him my correct address. It was sent to the wrong address anyway. Knowing that would happen I called 3 days in a row, left my name and number all 3 days and had to call a 4th day to get Chad on the phone. He told me the title had just gone out the day before. I asked him to what address and it was the WRONG ONE I told him not to send it to initially. So even though I tried to avoid a mistake FOR THEM, it happend anyway for not returning a simple phone call. Overall I WAYYYY overpaid for this car. Sloppy place, unorganized. If I didn't work in the industry the brakes and alternator alone would have cost me 1600 bucks. Looked great online like most cars do from Stealerships like this, cost me a few grand to get it close to how it was depicted online. Should have just spent the money on a better car with half the miles in retrospect. (From another dealer that at the very least would do a brake job before shipping a car)

Had a pretty terrible experience. They are in a pretty convenient place with a decent inventory. But the interior of the store is messy, and had crumbs on most of the tables, chairs and papers everywhere. The staff was not helpful, they would not give me their full attention as they tried to sell the same car to me and another customer at the same time. They also showed my the pricing model for the car in question, and the pricing model did not match the car they had in the lot. The salesmen basically had no idea what was going on.

Awful. Went to view car that was listed and it had rejection sticker on it. Can't even drive it. No one bothered to tell me that when I called to see if it was available. Looked at another car that they had. Was told "it is a little noisy on start up but will easily go another 100000 miles. Started it up and it was the lifters. Not a good sign that car will last

For months my daughter and I searched for a used car in the 5k range. We scoured the Internet and went to countless dealers. We found lots of cars without valid inspections, some with inspections that were obviously slapped on without being checked. Lots of cars with codes that had been erased ( I have a high end/low end OBD from Advanced Auto that I checked all the potentials with). And we even experienced some bait and switchs. We had a hard time finding a decent vehicle. Most of the people were nice except that they were trying to sell junk.Endurance Automotive was not that! We should have started here! From the second we walked in Kebra was outstanding. She welcomed us with a big smile and a friendly attitude. Fred went out of his way to accommodate us in every way. My daughter now has a reliable used car that runs great and looks great (way better than my first car even dreamed it could ever be) Her first buying experience was saved by Fred and Kebra. I consider myself to be a good judge of character ( it is necessary in my business). I get the definite feeling that both Kebra and Fred care very much about their product and their business, and understand that the way to success is through customer satisfaction not just making the sale. I would recommend a visit if you want to save yourself the hassle and headache.
