About a year ago, I purchased a 2005 F250 6.0 from E&M. The condition of the truck was too nice to pass on as well as the fact that the truck had been studded and was equipped with components (ex. coolant filter, etc) to prevent common 6.0 problems. After owning the truck for over a year now I ve had no surprises or issues what so ever. The truck runs and drives just like it did when I got it. Although the 6 liter diesels are known for being problematic, E&M does a great job finding mint, good condition trucks that will last and they ensure that trucks that leave the lot are in good running condition. On top of this, Eric and Porcha are very family friendly and honest people. They both do a very good job!

I have been looking for quite some time for a Toyota Highlander. I finally came across a 2005 Highlander at E&M Auto Sales in Locust Grove,Va. which got me interested. From the moment I made the inquiry about the vehicle with the used car dealership. Eric made me feel like I was family. He answered all my questions before I even got there and even took additional pictures for me as I requested. I drove up there to look at the car and took it for a ride, and I knew from the moment I got into the car. This was the car that I wanted. I brought the car back and I met Eric s mother who I will say is a magnificent woman. She made me feel like I was family as well. Eric and his mom both held the vehicle for me while I arranged my financing with my lending institution without any money down. It was the smoothest transaction of a vehicle that I have ever encountered. If you need a vehicle, I highly recommend going to E&M Auto Sales. You will not be disappointed. MOM and Eric thank you very much for everything that you did for me in purchasing this vehicle. I look forward to driving it for many years to come. A five star rating is not enough for this used car dealership and this family.

I can't tell you how impressed I am with this dealership and their commitment to honesty, integrity and excellence. I was looking for a used truck and wasn't having much luck with other dealers, many of them not being honest and most just out to make a buck.Eric, the owner, and his Mom, Portia, were such a pleasure to deal with from the very first time I came to the lot. Eric was very friendly and helpful answering questions and did not pressure me in any way to make a sale. After I took a test drive and decided on a 2011 Ram, Portia (who is the sweetest lady you'll ever meet), took me through the purchase paperwork, explaining each step and making it such an easy process.I will say what I'm most impressed about is their commitment to integrity. The few weeks after I brought the truck home, the check engine light came on several different times. Each time I brought the truck back to the shop, Eric had his technician diagnose and fix the problem without hesitation. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.I would recommend E&M Auto to anyone! We need more businesses like this in the world.

E&M is great to work with!! We had a wonderful experience buying our van from Eric. E&M puts integrity back into used auto sales! Eric and his Mom were wonderful to work with--we were treated as family. Eric even texted us later that evening to make sure we made it home safely after driving two+ hours. Would definitely return!

If you are looking for a 6.0 Powerstroke, this is the only place to look. Period. They sell only top quality, clean, rust free examples and then go further by fully ensuring all the common issues are fixed before selling their trucks. All of their trucks are fully reconditioned inside and out. No stains, odors, faded paint, oil leaks, nothing but perfect examples. Each 6.0 I drove had perfect EOT/ECT deltas, and drove flawlessly. The prices are more than fair for the quality of vehicle you get. The staff are incredibly friendly and sincerely care about each vehicle on their lot, as if it were their own personal truck. I looked for about 6 months before I found E & M. You cannot find this quality of truck anywhere else.Edit: almost 3 years later and still zero issues with the truck. As previously stated, these folks are honest people who only sell quality vehicles.

These guys do more than just sell trucks I Bought a set of Toyo open country tires for my 2013 F150. They were a special order so it took a couple days for the tires to get in. They mounted and balanced on site. These guys are great. They can get rims too. Give them a call Eric and Paul are very easy going and will answer any questions you might have. Will definitely do business here again and can highly recommend them to everyone.Thanks again for the smooth transition.Jeff

Over the last few years, I have stopped by E & M Motor Sales to look at their inventory and have been thoroughly impressed by the quality of vehicles they have on their lot. Every time I have stopped by to inquire about a particular vehicle, Eric has handed me the keys and allowed me to look at the vehicle without hassling me and told me if I had any questions to come and see him.This past weekend, 13-May-2023, I stopped by to inquire about a beautiful 2006 F-350 turbodiesel he recently posted. Again, he handed me the keys, told me to look it over and to find him if I had any questions. Absolutely no hassle and I love that when searching for my next purchase.After looking the truck over and comparing it to how he listed it on his website, he did not lie at all. Unlike other used car dealers I have dealt with in the past, Eric and the team at E & M have been the most up front.I proceeded to the office and was greeted by Misty who was just absolutely amazing. Again, no pressure even though I was in business mindset, Mist and Eric both wanted to get to know me as a person and not just a paycheck. So, we talked for an hour or so before making the transaction which was flawless. Misty is very experienced in what she does and is very detail oriented.Both Eric and Misty stressed that if I have any issues with my purchase to contact them immediately and they would get me in immediately to fix it. I don t understand why they have nothing but 5 stars because these folks are absolutely amazing.I highly recommend E & M Auto Sales. I know I will be going back should I need another vehicle in the future. Kudos to Eric, Misty and the entire E & M team! Keep up the great work!!

Bought a truck out right with cash from E&M, very pleased with the truck, couldn't pass up the deal. Honest and great people to deal with. My family and family friends have never been disappointed. Definitely recommend coming to them if you are looking for a solid truck.

These folks are a family business. They gladly had all the red tape done over the phone and work with a local bank to work with people like me who love the older trucks they deal with. When I showed up on Saturday all the hard work was done. Truck was as advertised and even held for me against other buyers because I had the financing approved. They even called me while I was on my way because I was running behind and someone was there wanting the truck I was after. I was in the market for a solid 3/4 ton for my lawn and landscaping business but absolutely didn t want to purchase a new truck and be stuck in a 6 plus year loan and high payment. I was able to get a great truck that needs minimal future care, and financing that worked within my budget. And I mean financing that wasn t a long day spent in a dealership dancing back and forth with a bank and salesman. It was maybe four conversations over a three hour period from the comfort of my own home. I showed up the next day checked out the truck, and signed the paperwork which was as told over the phone. I can t say enough about this family and the quality of the experience I had. I only wish I had a better picture to attach but I got home with the truck after dark and it was removed from the site already.

They were great to do business with and let me come by several times to drive the truck before I bought it. Once I decided to move forward Eric and Callie worked hard to make sure the process went smoothly. I ve got over 700 miles on the truck already and had one minor issue pop up that Eric was more than willing to help me with. That problem was quickly resolved and I wouldn t hesitate to buy from them again. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a quality, clean, and affordable truck.

This is our second time purchase from e&m auto sales and we are very impressed and amazed honestly the owner Eric and his staff are all wonderful. This truly is a one of a kind place to get your vehicle from there all on top of things 100% there down to earth people, very professional. They do not treat you like strangers more like family. Thankful to have stumbled upon E &M Auto. My son had been looking for a truck, preferably diesel, for weeks. He came across one at E & M. Despite being older and having higher mileage, it was super clean and well taken care of--which aligns with other reviews that Eric truly puts thought and time into what he puts on his lot. The family at E&M were great to work with! I am not a fan of pushy sales people; you won't find any here! No pressure, laid back, honest, and super down to earth. "Mom" :) walked my son through all of the paperwork and explained the what's and why. (I really appreciated this since it was his first loan experience.) It reminded me of how easy buying a vehicle used to be--not hours sitting around waiting and looking for hidden additives. It's been over a year since I purchased my truck and E & M. I have never purchased a used vehicle before, always bought new. I really wanted a diesel truck and found one here that was stock and had low mileage. I decided to purchase the truck. Within a month a sensor went bad, they replaced no questions asked. Then a couple weeks later another sensor went bad. I thought I can't deal with a truck that is always having issues. Eric and I discussed the issue and his mechanic found the issue. By this point I had only driven the truck a couple hundred miles. Eric covered the repairs again to make sure I was happy. They have always been eager to help customers. A year later its time for the oil change. I texted Eric and he responded right back with the answer to my question. Have to say that after hearing a lot of negatives about used car and truck dealers, they have changed my mind.

They are amazing and so sweet! My boyfriend bought his truck last night and they took really good care of us and we felt like family. Trucks are super clean and in very good condition. Definitely not like the big boy dealerships which make it 10x better! E & M is definitely the place to go!

I had just purchased an excellent condition truck from Eric and Misty. They were both extremely friendly and helpful as we chatted and negotiated. The place was packed with three other people purchasing trucks the same afternoon and Eric and Misty were so unphased by the chaos and remained extremely pleasant to deal with. Ive never had such an easygoing experience with a used car place and was very happy to see almost all of his trucks there were southern trucks and not all rusty underneath like most places around central Virginia. Great place to buy quality trucks.

I ve been watching their website for awhile looking for a truck because I ve never heard anything bad about them. I just met Eric and his family for the first time this morning and I have to say, they are the nicest, most down to earth people! No pressure whatsoever, wonderful selection of some beautiful trucks and quality work. It s obvious they take great pride in their business. Hard to find good customer service nowadays, but Eric and Misty make sure they have it there. I d been talking to Misty all week about some wheels and tires (she was probably sick of hearing from me! Lol) and I went this morning and purchased them. If you re looking for a nice truck or just some nice takeoff wheel and tire sets, I highly recommend them! I didn t purchase a truck from them today, but I m sure I will in the future. Customer for life! Thanks Eric and Misty!

Just bought a 20 year old dodge dakota from them that looks 5 years old MAYBE! However although the truck looks and drives phenomenal its their service and expertise that has surpassed my expectations! These guys are off the charts. I live several hours Away and do to today's day and age with covid I was face with the possibility of actually buying a vehicle sight unseen. Eric had made this reality very easy for me to make a decision and Agreed to purchase the truck after 2 conversations. Callies customer service was off the charts and she was able to provide me with the documents needed to finalize the purchase and have the truck delivered to my front door within the 1st week! Thank you guys again for making this transaction smooth For me. I highly recommend

We were looking for a f250 at a reasonable price and good condition when I ran across e&m online. They are very nice down to earth people and at no point pressured us or anything . We bought our 2006 f250 6.0 powerstroke and could not be any happier than we are now. The truck is very sharp looking and rides great.Thanks Eric and Callie for everything and we hopefully will be sending others to you and if we decide to buy again, we will definitely be back.

I recently began searching for a Ram Cummins 2500 Mega Cab. After a few days of scrolling online. I finally found just what i was looking for. The owner Eric and his beautiful family were very pleasant and made the vehicle buying experience very comfortable. Well, Shortly after purchasing the truck we experienced some major issues with the a/c system. Without any hassle, Eric quickly handled the situation. After everything was said and done we were completely happy with the truck, the service and most importantly the price. I will certainly be calling Eric for any future vehicle purchases and highly encourage anyone in search of a nice truck, car or SUV to check out E&M Auto Sales.

I bought my 05 king ranch form Eric and his team a little over a month ago and I couldn t be happier. From start to finish you could tell that everyone was honest with you and not just trying to get your money. I had a small egr valve problem shortly after and Eric was very quick about getting it fixed and his mechanic even found a crack in my charge pipe which he fixed instead of just sending me on my way. For these reasons my wife and I will continue to buy vehicles from this family!!

We just bought our Ford F-250 here today and could not be happier with the service and the vehicle. The folks here are so laid back and friendly and know how to to take care of their customers. We actually were referred by friends of ours who also bought a truck here and we were not disappointed. Highly recommend.

I bought a 2002 Ford Ranger 4x4 5 speed from E&M two years ago and it's a strong truck although the clutch was very hard to engage so I replaced the slave cylinder and clutch as well and that fixed the problem other than that it's been a tough ole Ford, I drive it daily to Manassas and cover a lot of back roads, pulls like a tank., Good strong 3.0 V6, I'd buy from E&M again.

Purchased a Harley F-250 from E&M in May 2018. The truck drives amazing. It looks like they replaced most of the suspension, rides well and steering is tight. Had a small warranty issue, and they handled it right away. They are good, honest folks and will refer friends and family.

I really wish I could give them 5 stars. The service was great except for one thing. I bought a car with a cracked windshield. I saw it before I bought it and was assured it would be fixed immediately. Then when I was driving it home I realized the crack had not been fixed. I spoke with the owner who promised to fix it ASAP and is now refusing to answer my calls or texts. I LOVE the Kia Soul I bought I just wish I wasn t outright ignored by the owner. The dealership didn t follow through with their promise and won t acknowledge my complaint. It is not a difficult fix it is a very small crack but apparently Eric doesn t have quite as much integrity as I thought he did. It s not so much the crack bothering me but to ignore me completely is quite rude.

Purchased a Lincoln MKS there in March 2020. Very pleasant to work with, no pressure like with bigger dealerships where they expect you to buy their vehicle. Needed out of state DMV paperwork completed. All was done very quickly. The price was very fair. Thank you all again! We will definitely share our experience with others.

Bought my second truck from e&m. This is a reputable company and the people who own the company do what they say. Lord willing I will have the opportunity to buy another truck from them in the future.
