Outstanding service and an honest, fair price; repaired and serviced my generator with care, and provided great maintenance advice. Responsive pickup and delivery. I will use T&K for all my small engine needs in the future. It was nice to meet these fine, hardworking Americans. Thank you!

First let me say thank you. Without a doubt the best family run and operated repair shop around. Tom and Karen are the kind of people that keep you coming back to them for years. It s good to find honest, dependable, reliable and Christian owned business in the area. Tom took his time to explain everything to me, explained what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. He will not let something leave his shop that isn t up to his standard. In this day and age it s refreshing that a man s handshake still means something. T & K did a warranty repair on my generator. Despite less than stellar support from the manufacturer, the job was done well and promptly. Good service and much appreciated.

Excellent service and honest people.I had purchased a generator from home depot before the storm rolled in and when I lost power my generator wouldn't start. I contacted t&k and was told to bring it in. Tom jumped right on it and had it running in 3 hours time. Factory issues was the reason it wouldn't run but thanks to t & k I could now use my generator and it worked flawlessly. Again thank you

Tom and Karen were amazing!!! Very friendly and reliable service. They go out of there way to take care of their customers. I had a lawn tractor with a bad engine. Tom had everything troubleshot and repaired in just a couple of days. I would of expected this to take weeks at any other shop. They are proof that going for the local smaller shops like theirs, you get better service at a fair price.

There can not be a better small town family business around! Rock solid business model that puts the customer in the place no other business will, before themselves. They care about the quality of products they sell, and refuse to push mediocre products for manufacture incentives. Service couldn't be any better, if there is ever a problem Tom will always take care of his customers. On the professional level, being in the turf industry I have purchased equipment fleets and many parts I rely on from them to keep my specialized equipment in service. They have always gone above and beyond to assist me. On a personal level, they both are by far the best people i have ever met, they are kind hearted, respectful, and truly care about others. Above all they are straightforward honest with you, a highly commendable character trait that is sometimes misunderstood. This is why this business has come as far as it has from its simple beginning, grounded on truth and honesty. A great place, and I recommend to anyone.

I have purchased numerous Husqvarna items, taken a riding mower there for service and purchased parts. Karen is knowledgeable, polite and professional. Tom has years of experience and is an expert technician. My equipment never runs better than when I go to T&K. Excellent prices for a small dealership! Worth the drive and will not go anywhere else!

This is a small family owned shop that works on various lawn and garden equipment. I have taken my lawn tractor to them a couple of times for warranty work and they have done a great job of diagnosing the issue and working directly with the manufacturer to work through warranty claims. The staff is very friendly and accommodating to schedule a time to drop off and pickup your equipment. They also offer home pickups if you're unable to drop off your equipment on your own.

T&K Small Engines Repair is a great place to do business. They have repaired my Craftsman lawn tractor many times and the prices have always been fair and honest. I needed to replace my Hi-wheel trimmer and I been very pleased with my Husgavarna I purchased from them. I highly recommend them.

Had work done on my mower. Very professional. They are very honest. They told what needed to be done and did it quickly. No waiting weeks to get my mower back. The price was very fair. Will definitely be back.

As a loyal customer of T&K Small Engines I am always happy with the service I receive. Tom and Karen are some of the most honest and helpful people I've ever done business with. Everytime I come in they go above, beyond and out of their way to help me. I see people leaving reviews that aren't even customers and are gathering false information from a disgruntled ex-exployee. To think that Tom or Karen would ever be described as horrible people is unrealistic. I encourage you to walk into this business and see for yourself what great people Tom and Karen are. Maybe then your information could be credible.

I have been going to T&K for years; for the maintenance of my old mower. Their service charges are very reasonable and I just recently puchased my new zero turn husqvarna mower from them. I would and have recommended them to my friends and family.

Such a blessing to me . Came and did a wonderful job. Delivered and picked up by them. Such beautiful people. I will always have them from now on. So very fair. And felt like I was family after working with them.I have some issues with strangers being near me. But I was made to feel so at ease with him and his wife. They are such wonderful Christians . T&K is #1in my book,the best small engine dealer in the fredericksburg/Culpeper area,with friendly and knowledgeable service.Karen was so helpful helping me pick out the right weed eater for me,and Tom fixed my leaf blower when nobody else could figure it out wow!! ,and its always nice to see Ravin.Thanks T@K keep up the great work
