It was simple & the staff was friendly. They were even able to give us a tour of the facility and of a storage unit which was the size that we were looking for. We were able to rent the storage unit on the same day. Overall, it was a good experience.

The ability to reserve a unit online and complete the move out via email was really convenient. I'm sure the staff are great, but I never needed to talk to them.

Taylor was very helpful with the entire process at Valley Storage. She explained everything thoroughly, along with the breakdown of the monthly fees, hours of accessibility of storage units, even ensured that a lock & key was offered. I went on a Saturday, and she stayed late to make certain that gates opened for me with my passcode. And she also explained the autodraft vs in person payment options and steps to take in closing the account for the storage unit. Taylor is Regional Manager and at Lexington VA Valley Storage, I highly recommend her and company, very professional & customer-centric.

The customer service provided by Taylor, the manager on site, was above and beyond. She went out of her way to find a unit and then found an additional unit as the size I needed wasn't available.

My stuff was in storage with Valley Storage for about a year and nothing was damaged or worn, even though my unit was not climate-controlled. The facility is easy to access and the staff are friendly and helpful. I was not thrilled about the price increase that took place partway through my rental period, but business is business. I would have preferred a climate-controlled unit, but all of those units were occupied. Overall, I had a good experience.

Was a little frustrated at first because the unit I had just selected was no long available and when I called the lady she said she d call me when one came available. 3 weeks later she didn t but I saw some were available so I grabbed one.

I cannot say enough about the staff and facilities! Staff is there whenever needed (even offered personal after hours contact info). The facilities are secure and very well maintained. This is the second time I ve been in need of storage and chosen Valley Storage; I have absolutely nothing but positive feedback.

I rented a storage unit at the main facility in Lexington and had a great experience. The storage unit was clean and dry and no bugs at all. Taylor was very nice and easy to work with and helped me through the rental process.

It was very easy to rent a storage unit online. It was quick and convenient and I was very happy. The online descriptions of what you can fit in the unit so you have an idea of what type of unit you will most benefit from was also very helpful. I also liked the affordable monthly protection plans and the ranges.

I've had my unit for over 15 years. Threw the years this place has been upgraded and updated. It very nice and secure and rodent control. Yes. The price was low at first but with the upgrades that were made to the place. So has the price.

Valley storage is ran very well. I manage to get a storage unit by just calling and I spoke to a lovely lady that was extremely helpful. She told me about the different units, what was available and explained the whole process for bringing your things to the storage unit. I will only use Valley Storage in the future.

Bethany was so professional, polite, kind and helpful in seeing me through the process of obtaining our unit. I also very much appreciate the security monitoring at Valley Storage. During our trips there to unload over several hours, we did not lock the unit and Christy was right on it. She gave me a call to be sure we did not forget to secure the door. The facility is clean, neat, well lit at night, and altogether squared away. I am glad to be using Valley Storage for our storage needs.

The management at this location go above and beyond. Bethany and Christy are excellent at customer service and will go out of their way to accommodate you and help you in every way possible. I've had a unit there for 5 years and they are both so excellent and professional that I recommend them to everyone I know. The property is excellently maintained and clean and secure. I recommend everyone use the Lexington Valley Storage for any of their storage needs. They're the best!

I have rented at a lot of storage facilities over the years and can honestly say that the Valley Storage facility in Lexington VA is the best of them all.This fenced/gated facility is not only clean, the space between units was large enough to get my Ram 3500 and a 6x12 trailer in, around, and through without issue.The staff is friendly and very accommodating. I would recommend them to anyone.

Bethany is wonderful to work with. I have rented from there for years and management under Bethany is a great improvement from before. She takes the time to analyze my specific storage needs and advise accordingly. She is a much welcomed change to this establishment as she is always pleasant under every circumstance.

Valley Storage was very helpful in allowing me to store some items I did not need with me while I was home from college for the summer. Setting up a unit was quick and easy, and I didn t have to worry about the security of my belongings.

We had a great experience with Valley Storage! The staff was friendly and helpful. They gave us great options to store two houses worth. The units were clean and it was nice to have them accessible anytime. We would definitely use them again if we needed to!
