Bryan was exceptional! I called inquiring about the new Santa Fe, and he was very knowledgeable about the product. He didn't sound bothered, and could tell how hungry/ambitious he was. I was running a little late, and he still went above and beyond. He had the car waiting for me as I arrived.The other associates from financing and the gm were knowledgeable and accommodating. Great hospitality and the process was so smooth.

We ve bought 2 cars from this dealership and Dennis was the salesman we dealt with both times. After the first one, I knew we d ask for him if we ever went back 2 months later we were looking for a car for our daughter and were able to work with Dennis again. Beyond being amazing at his job, he s a genuinely great guy. If you need a car, go to Leesburg and ask for Dennis. He is easily the best salesman I ve ever worked with when buying a car.In addition to Dennis, the entire sales staff and finance department here are also great to work with. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

I would just like to thank the team at Safford Brown Hyundai for making the car buying experience so easy and enjoyable. I can't recommend Maz enough. He's upfront and genuinely cares about helping you get a car for a reasonable price, same with the finance manager. Even though it was my first car purchase they still took me seriously and worked hard to get me the price and interest rate I had come in looking for. Everyone I dealt with was professional and it didn't feel like other dealerships where they try and sneak additional fees and markups. If you're in the market for a Hyundai give them a try and ask for Maz.

Taking away complimentary car washes because customers complain about it is ridiculous. So because of them we lose that advantage for other customers. Pretty unfair. Maybe just ask customers if they want it done instead of doing it. I'm always there for my service and on a day like today I'm now told it's $30 and not complimentary anymore. You guys are raising everything and it's gonna make me move to another dealership for service.My review last time was 5 stars, but i don't feel that way anymore.

Absolutely great experience at this dealership during my new car purchase. Bryan was exceptional throughout the sales process and was very accommodating with my multiple visits to review and finalize my car. Very knowledgable about all the vehicle features (compared to many other dealers I had shopped around with).The entire team including Bryan, Maz, the general manager, and Tony from Finance were very helpful and transparent with all the pricing information. Peter & Dennis were outstanding in getting Hyundai Corporate to approve a large repair on my Sante Fe. It took many years to figure out this little problem, which could have turned into a larger one down the road. Most dealers or shops would have disregarded this issue, but Peter and Dennis wanted to get to the bottom of it, and they sure did.They kept me in the loop along the process via text, call, and email. They put me in a Sante Fe loaner car, which the family liked. I cant thank them enough for their outstanding service and care for my car. Well done!!

Great place to purchase a car. As long as you are being looked after by Mazen Helwe you are in great hands. I was a frustrated customer when I left but even after 6 months they remembered me and welcomed me back to fix whatever it may be to ensure I am content. Holy smokes! Went in to purchase a new car for myself, and not only did I leave with a new car, my husband did as well. The Brown's team is THE BEST and we have been to a couple of other Hyundai dealers over the years. These two purchases are our 5th and 6th Huyndai vehicles. Naseer made it an easy purchase as he worked with my budget to get me into a great new Tuscon. His communication skills are second to none. He was adamant he'd get me the car i want, with a price that would beat the other dealers and, he sure did! I was tired of running around to Hyundai dealers and Naseer put a stop to that. Just as i was about to pick up a tucson at a another Hyundai dealer, Naseer at Brown's came in at the last minute to have us as his customers. He was beyond gracious. Eugene was amazing!!! He is professional, but so easy to talk to, and funny! He went over every detail thoroughly and made sure I got familiar with my new car before I drove off. He didn't rush us out the door at all, he made us feel as if we were his priority, and I'm sure other buyers feel the same when they do business with him. His smile and friendly demeanor made every part of the process effortless. Fazar, in Finance, was extremely kind and he not only worked quickly, but efficiently. He is a great Finance Manager. Many tend to be stuffy, but Fazar was fun to chat with. He got everything processed quickly. Smooth in and out process. The entire team there is awesome. Thank you, Brown's!! We will purchase again in due time!

I've been a loyal customer of Service Dept for 10 years, but latest experience was breakup-worthy. Service agent (Angela) first gave me an estimate for 30K routine service that was more than double what the website had ($269). Then she tried to give me 15K service at $269, plus adding on (and charging me separately) for the filter change that was now excluded. Finally insisted on speaking to service mgr (Dennis) who quickly agreed to what the website offer. The service itself was fine, but then checkout (same agent) was 25 minutes of agony with someone who didn't seem to know how to fill in the simple paperwork or print it on computer. Dennis intervened again. I leave dealership only to have a warning light go on and my blinker go into cardiac arrest. I go back and agent tells me matter of factly that that was bc blinker was disconnected due to a damaged fog light (They were giving me estimate on that). So why didn't she caution me that this would happen BEFORE sending me on my way? My experience at the service desk -- not the mechanic or his estimate -- is what will send me elsewhere to have that fog light replaced. I used to have a great impression of this place, but I think personnel must have changed.

I was very disappointed by the service team at Safford Hyundai. I went in with my daughters 2011 Santa Fe that had a bad head gasket looking for a price to repair. I had called and my daughters father had called prior to bringing it to get an estimate on what it would cost to diagnose. We were both told by the service department the charge was $149 they then transferred me to the parts department to get a price on the head gasket which was $169. We drive the car into the shop and upon arriving were told oh sorry you were misquoted the price is $350 for the diagnosis. If you end up getting the repair that goes toward the cost and a head gasket repair is generally about 4 hours of work plus part. I decide to leave it, imagine my surprise when I get a call three days later with an estimate of $4200 dollars to repair the gasket or $6200 for a new engine. When I questioned the price they put me on hold for a while, came back and then said they could reduce the repair by $1200 $3200 for a repair that they originally had said should run around $1000. I declined and will be picking the car up today, this experience was everything you hate about taking your car to a dealer for repair. So disappointing and I will be leaving with the feeling the are not only dishonest but gauging me for the highest repair .oh and they fixed all the recalls to make sure they got their money from that end on a car that essentially is useless.Update! Dennis the Service Manager called today and apologized for the miscommunication. He reduced the diagnosis fee to the original $175 I was quoted. Thank you to Dennis for the excellent customer resolution.

We had a wonderful experience here. Decided to stop by on a whim after waiting 30 min past our appointment time at carmax. We had our 16 month old with us and everyone was so understanding of the chaos and even helpful in keeping him entertained. Amir provided excellent customer service, made the process of trading our car easy, gave our son crayons, offered us snacks , drinks etc. he and the rest of the staff went above and beyond for sure! Highly recommended!

I bought a Kona Limited yesterday and I love it! Amir Jadali took excellent care of me from the moment I walked into the showroom. His big smile and energetic attitude sold me on the sincerity of the service and value of the product offered. I also dealt with Max and Ben, and introduced myself to James C. in the service department. All were wonderful! I had a very pleasant shopping and buying experience from start to finish, thanks to the attention to detail and competence exhibited by Amir. Andy Romero was an amazing sales rep! I contacted him on Friday afternoon at 4pm and had my quote with the agreed upon price by 4:30pm. Went in Saturday morning to complete the paperwork and was surprised at the number of Hyundai personnel that were polite and kept asking if I needed anything (water, coffee, etc.). The sales manager took the time to meet me and talk about my Tucson and answered all of my questions. Had several chats with them and learned about their love of cars. My new Tucson was detailed and sparkling and ready for me. Painless process and love my car!

They were not pushy whatsoever and I felt that they made me a great deal. They also did not push any extra fees on me like I have dealt with at other dealers. Raychelle is the worst service clerk I ve be ever met. She has an attitude and doesn t have common sense, coughs near my face without covering her hands, rushing me to get my car fixed if I don t make a decision soon before the mechanic has to leave.She is incompetent in her soft skills. Telling me she s going to call the police like a KAREN. She is biased, rude and ignorant as someone who works with different people.The most horrible experience from this woman and no wonder she s a miserable woman.

Shout out to Amir, Bryan, Abdi and Sierra as their teamwork sealed the deal for me. Amir had wonderful customer service skills and helped facilitate getting me out of the dealership in 2 hours as to prevent me from missing an appointment later on. Abdi and Bryan worked miracles with the numbers to keep my payment where I needed it to be. Finally pulled the trigger on buying a Hyundai Palisade. Decided to visit Safford Brown in Leesburg. The trim I wanted was the Calligraphy so I test drove the Calligraphy Night edition and once I decided on the regular Calligraphy they contacted a few Safford Brown dealerships in the area and Dennis was able to find one in Springfield. Dennis also didn't push any extra packages on me, and since I was preapproved, once I got in with Bryan (the finance guy) he asked if I wanted the extended warranty and I told him no. Once I gave him that answer that was it, no haggling back and forth or anything else. Overall with test driving I was in and out in an hour and 30 mins.

Dealer refuses to fix our under warranty car because the electrical system is broken. Insist someone must have backed into our car. Not a scratch on outside of car. We feel that we were sold a car that is basically a lemon. Unfortunately since we came from older cars we didn t realize that the front crash system never worked. And now nothing is working. This is a 2020 Santa Fe bought in April of this year. And the insistence that the car was backed into is preposterous. I want to add we were told that if our insurance appraiser inspected it and found no evidence of an accident they would fix it. Not responding to emails. There was no evidence of an accident.

As much as I hate to air my grievances online, I do have to warn you guys that some salespersons in this dealership are just straight up sleazeballs.I bought a car in May of 2023 (it's been since bought back by Hyundai as it's been deemed a good ole' lemon). Salesman said all the right things, was kind and showed me and my wife so much respect. Then we signed. He staye din contact for about a week afterwards and then ghosted me./ Literally stopped answering any and all my calls after that. Even when I would see him at the dealership, the dude would act like he didn't know me. And you know why? Because he "promised" me "free accessories" and never delivered. Back cargo net and cargo cover. They really prove the point people have been saying about car salesman all these years.On the flip side, Dennis, the service manager, proved to be an asset in that useless store. He went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me get rid of the lemon. He allowed me to keep the loaner for as long as I needed to (3 months) while they "worked" on the issue that they couldn't fix. Car/ Lemon was a limited trim Hyundai Tucson 2023. Issue was everything from climate control to actual performance/ engine issues. Poor all around.Here's what I learned: Have everything in writing. Don't fall, like I did, for the empty promises salesmen make. I don't know what his end game was as he kept lying for days after I bought it that "the stuff is on the way". Went as far as saying "I'll deliver it to your door." I'm embarrassed for the guy.Know who you're dealing with and get things in writing. Happy New Year.
