Update to review: my tires were not balanced correctly. I came back and the guys in the shop got me in and out in around 20 minutes. Sam approached me to see how he can help me to change my review and before he came to me I had already decided to update this review. They are going to help me with my alignment. I was not happy with that new guy that was very much lacking in work ethic and it made me pretty upset. The other guys at NTB are without a doubt getting a review from me as 5 star. So they should not be held accountable for how hard it is to find good workers. I ll go back here as long as those guys take care of my vehicles.I ll be honest with this place. They gave me a great deal on my tires by matching the price discount tire gave me after they screwed up. But I brought my car in at 8am and it is now 1:50 and the tires are not even on the car yet. They have two people working in the shop. I understand they are massively understaffed but one of the guys has been working here two days and decided to be on his phone part of the time and decided to leave and get some water after he put the first tire on the rim. The manager on staff is running back and forth trying to help as he can but this is ridiculous. I will not be coming back here unless it is just to buy tires and take them somewhere else to mount and balance.

Took 6 hours for a simple oil change with advance appointment. They have no idea what they are doing. This location needs some serious coaching on how to do business. I am not planing to go back to this business again, I would rather go 20 miles away.

Came into NTB looking for a last minute work on my car. Sam really helped me out last second and did the best he could including a tire rotation+alignment and an oil change on top. Very charismatic and great customer service and gave me continuous updates along the way. Definitely will be returning back to Sam for another work done to my car.

I got 2 tires and a rotation done, and it all went great. They even pointed out a light on my rear lights that was out, that others wouldn t have noticed. They replaced it too. It was a very seamless experience. Sam was very friendly and helpful.

I stopped by NTB this evening because my tire pressure light came on. The manager and the mechanic were quick to assist me and found the nail and patched the hole. This is my third time at this location and they have always been helpful.

Two gentlemen, Rich and Mike went above and beyond to test my battery. Had to take apart the car practically to get to the battery under the spare tire under the luggage area. Needed replaced, and did so promptly and put everything back together very quickly. Very professional and EXCELLENT customer service.

Have a tire with a sloooow leak. NTB folks diagnosed it as a sidewall issue so couldn t repair. They offered to replace just the one tire, but with the tread wear and my (Tesla) tires, I really need all four tires. I decided to just keep filling it up every morning until all four need to be changed or it gets worse. No charge from NTB! Will definitely go there to get new tires! Great group of guys.

Pleasant staff. But slow service. Scheduled an appointment Thursday for Friday. Got my one tire Saturday at 1. Didn't need it installed. Just a flat fixed to put on myself

I had a nail in my tire and Mike quickly had my car in the shop, got it patched up and got me back on the road in no time! Definitely recommend these guys, everytime I ve been here they ve been efficient, honest, and a pleasure to do business with.

The ntb Leesburg team has been fantastic and helped me with brake problems a few weeks ago. And came to my rescue again when I needed a safety inspection asap. The team is top notch and will look forward to working with them in the future.

NTB leesburg wee the most professional and informative team I have dealt with in a very long while. They even called a few days earlier to see I could come in. I have never posted a one star review about any business, but today was bad. I had a 4 PM appointment and even showed up 30 minutes early. It took them two hours from my original appointment time to replace one tire. Never again.

Ran in here 4pm Friday with a screw in my tire after my dealer saying they couldn t schedule me for 3weeks in less than 3 hrs my tire was fixed and I was ready to go very satisfied.

I made an 8am appointment to have 4 tires, alignment and oil change. Upon arrival the manager processed my order and I was finished and on my way in 1 hour. The tires are great and the service was even better! Thanks Dino and staff you did an awesome job and I appreciate your service.
